Neo-nazi holocaust denier goes on trial in Germany
Mannheim, Germany (dpa) – A neo-Nazi who denied the Holocaust ever happened went on trial Tuesday under a law against incitement to racial hatred.
Germar Rudolf called the Holocaust “a gigantic fraud,” at the start of proceedings in the city of Mannheim.
The prosecution accuses the 42-year-old chemist of making pseudo-scientific claims that it was impossible that Zyklon-B poison was used in the gas chambers at the Nazis’ Auschwitz death camp.
He is also alleged to have dismissed the Holocaust as a myth and questioned the deaths of millions of Jews at the hands of the Nazis.
Denial of the Holocaust is punishable in Germany with up to five years in jail.
Rudolf was deported to Germany in November 2005 from the United States where he lived for several years after his 1995 conviction by a court in Stuttgart on similar charges of inciting racial hatred.
During his years in the United States, Rudolf consorted with neo-Nazis such as German-born Ernst Zuendel, who is currently on trial in Mannheim for incitement to ethnic hatred over his U.S. website, which glorified dictator Adolf Hitler.

Rudolph’s courage in the face of the commie-scum I mean.
Between this , the Leuchter Report about the chemical analysis of wall scrapings from the alleged gas chambers having no cyanide residue (and he designed gas chambers for the US prison system) the common sense that there are NOT 6million bodies, not enough fuel in resource starved WW II Germany to turn 6 million bodys to ashes and that many of the ‘gas chambers’ which were supposed to kill millions – vented to the open air – – – talk about NON-habit forming behaviour; why every German for miles down wind of the alleged cloud of cyanide would have died too.
