I think its apropriet to but Ramsey same line …

When the old land-owning aristocracy steadily lost power, they intermarried with the Jew merchants and financiers. The old ruling class decayed rapidly, it lost its ability, its daring, finally even its legendary ruthlessness, until a time came when a non-entity like Churchill would stand out as the best of all possible war lords while men like Sir Barry Domvile became rarer and rarer.
