District of Columbia v. Heller Update

The comment from justice Anthony Kennedy is great news. His opinion on this matter was iffy but it seems much clearer now. So it’s looking more and more like the court will rule in favor of the pro-gun side of the argument:

        Not exactly true. Briefs have been filed by the Bush Administration and statements by the Justices themselves that say that while it may still be an individual’s right to possess a firearm, such ownership is still subject to “reasonable” restriction.

        Well I guess it’s only because gentiles still outnumber jews on the Supreme Court.

        It seems pretty cut & dry to me. If the 2nd was intended for a militia there would have been no private ownership then.
