Jews really are emotional people [1]. It wasn’t logic that moved them to create a state in Palestine surrounded by Arabs. In fact, that’s why some Jews are anti-Zionist. They know it was a bad idea. They would rather pose as White people and assimilate into the West:

I’ve been predicting for years that as life in Israel becomes untenable
we will begin to see a tsunami of Israeli Jews emigrate to the U.S.
Face facts, who here will stop them? If you think this country is fucked up now, wait until we have six million or so more Jews.

Actually, more Jews already live in the United States than live in Israel.

Those are just the “official” Jews, at that. But in fact, so many of them are “passing” and are crypto that I suspect the true number is actually much higher thatn that. Much higher than we would even imagine.
