        A quick note:

        “Rise of the West,” by Frank DeSilva, makes a wonderful complement to Brown, as well as a book well worth reading in its own right.

        It’s available from the nationalist library website for download.

        You can try biblio.com or abebooks.com. The book is listed on both of those sites but beware as it is listed anywhere between $40 and $100.
