Apparently, the definition of “threat” has been changed. A threat used to be defined as someone saying or suggesting that he/she is going to take violent or punishing action:

        Did you notice the crappy handwriting and grammar of that letter? It was probably written by some mentally unbalanced nigger who doesn’t like spics. If that’s the case, then the whole matter will be quietly dropped by the po-lice.

        At this point, a ‘threat’ can only come from a White person.
        Look at the recent, far more ‘threatening’ act of a black throwing a brick through a White womens window, with note attached;
