This is not a joke.
I have started taking French lessons, and the Madam, although several years older than me, is one fine woman. She is French–beautiful, alluring, dignified, haughtily feminine, deeply-feeling, and quietly-intelligent the way French femmes are.
She, like me, is married.
I wake up at night, thinking about her. I think she likes me, also. I think that is as far as it will go.
I did not know what femininity was, until I met her.
When White women threw away the concept of femininity, they set themselves back quite a bit.
I can see how it is the woman, the truly feminine Aryan woman, who inspires the male.

Pope Pressured to Reveal Names of ‘Lost Jews’
One reason the ancient Hebrew tribe, known today as Jews or Israelis, still exists is their steadfast refusal to be “assimilated” into other ethnic cultures. Currently in Israel there are organizations dedicated to “anti-assimilation.”
After decades of pressure on the Vatican, one such organization received electrifying news recently. A representative of the pope suggested that the Vatican might release the names of the Jewish babies who were handed over to the Catholic church during the Holocaust.
It seems that thousands of Jewish children were saved from the gas chambers by being adopted by non-Jewish families or placed in Catholic orphanages, nunneries and monasteries. It is believed that detailed records exist somewhere of the names, dates and locations where these children were placed. Apparently these children were raised as Roman Catholics and not told of their Jewish heritage.
Rabbi Shalom Dov Lifschitz, head of the anti-assimilation organization, believes that, if these records were revealed, thousands of these “lost Jews” may be alive and would learn for the first time of their Jewish heritage. Since word has gotten out that the pope might finally reveal the records, Lifschlitz’s offices have been “flooded” with emotional letters, many containing details that would help identify them.
Jewish organizations in Europe are poised to “reveal to Holocaust orphans their Jewish past and provide them with accurate information concerning their families,” should the pope choose to release the records.
This little-known aspect to the Holocaust exposes the duplicity of the Vatican during the horrors of Hitler’s attempt to solve the “Jewish Problem.” For most of the last 1500 years, the popes have done everything they could to wipe out the Jews. Declaring them “Christ killers” and unfit to exist, they have harassed them into ghettos and inflamed mobs and civil governments into executing them.
Ex-Jesuit Priest Alberto Rivera was told in secret briefings that Hitler was secretly supported by the Vatican in his attempt to execute “a final solution to the Jewish problem.” Rivera explains the details in the Alberto series Crusaders Comic, The Godfathers. Further information is contained in Section V of The Secret History of the Jesuits by Edmond Paris. Both volumes are available from Chick Publications.
What appears on the surface as an act of mercy in saving these babies, was actually a subtle attack on the Jews. By raising them as subjects of the pope and never disclosing their heritage, their Jewishness was obliterated just as effectively as Hitler’s gas chambers.
Apparently the pope thinks that enough time has passed that it is safe to reveal the names or someone misspoke and the Jews are not going to allow it to pass.
Today, this leopard has attempted to change its spots, but occasionally evidence surfaces proving that Roman Catholicism is that prostitute “church” identified in Revelation 17 and 18.
Soul winners, we must not be duped into believing that this is “just another denomination with a slightly different worship tradition.”
The precious Roman Catholic people must be told that trusting the pope will only lead to hell. They must trust Jesus alone for assurance of eternal life.

Anything that reveals the whereabouts of crypto-jews is good news so let the Pope cave this time. I bet plenty of them went into politics and finance at some level despite the lack of knowledge of their roots.
There was an article posted on VNNF not long ago detailing how a crypto-jew discovered his jew heritage only because his grandmother revealed all on her death bed. They believed they were gentiles all along. It was a politically correct article, the guy mocked his brother for being an ‘Archie Bunker anti-semite’. I don’t remember the context of the article but with one PC brother and the other a right-winger it sounded something like the Hitchens household.

However, I cannot get intimate with her–assuming such an exquisite creature would even consider such a thing, even though I feel quite sure she likes me.
If I got intimate with her, I would violate something deep within, and I would not be “me” anymore. I have finally gotten used to being “me”. Comprenez vous, monsieur McVert?

The French like to fuck, so, I would not doubt she would under the right circumstances. The French concept of fidelity is somewhat different than ours. When the French actress Simone Signoret was tipped off that her husband, Yves Montand, was putting the blocks to costar Marilyn Monroe, she said that if MM loved him, she was happy to learn that Monroe had good taste.
My ardor was fairly quenched in France by the French concept of hygiene, also somewhat different than ours. Most of the women stunk-that essence unique of sweat, asscrack, piss and a hint of eau menstruel-covered up with cheap perfume.

Toys for Tots and other Christmas programs here in California usually benefit the illegal mestizos and their brood of kids.
So I’ve started my own little White Christmas for white families and white youngsters. Food, toys, book and clothes for white families, ONLY, on my dime. I’ve also recruited a half dozen or so of my white female friends who are pitching in money and new items for our “adopted” white sisters and brothers.
A batch of fresh baked brownies for the white supervisor (single dad raising his kid on his own) who’s working at a retail store for shitty wages. Some perfume and a CD for his teenage daughter.
Bottles of wine with Christmas necklaces draped over them for white bank tellers who usually get treated shitty by the public and paid very little.
Formula, diapers and clothing for a young mom who’s having her first baby boy next month who needs everything.
Hot meals and hygiene kits for the white homeless men in my area.
That’s my form of white activism. Helping my own. The government AND corporate America hates us and wishes we were dead, especially white men. So, I’ve started this right now in my own backyard.
I hope thats news other would like to hear.

There’s been a lot of talk on VNN, Occidental Dissent & Jim Giles radio shows lately on how to advance and promote the WN cause among the general public.
A lot of people seem to think that a top-down approach is best – i.e. use WN intellectuals to get WN ideas out there in a format acceptable to middle class / well-educated whites, and hope the ideas spread and eventually become “acceptable”.
IMO this is a good approach, but something is missing. That is: how do we get WN ideas across to young people – teenagers and kids in their 20′s? How do we make WN cool, attractive, fashionable even?
Thanks to MTV, Hollywood and the education system most young people find the WN way of thinking ridiculous, repulsive, immoral or downright incomprehensible. How do we change this? Surely getting young people on our side is crucial – but how do we do it? Any ideas?

Thank you Alex. I heard you on Mississippi Jones (did I get that name right?). Good stuff. You have a very masculine deep manly voice, reminds me of my dad’s voice. Good memories there.
Boris – today’s white youth are extremely brainwashed to the Obamabot liberal race-mixing lie. But it’s easily dismantled.
In my white activism which consists of talking to white homeless men every night, runaways and the invisible people, they’re very racially aware. The middle class is another story. But that’s a changing. Me being friends with all the white homeless males is a good thing. When SHTF they know where everything is.
With the economy continuing to dive into the toilet further and further, white people in my area are getting it. I usually wear something somewhat controversial that strikes up a conversation.
I wear a Celtic shirt that I bought at the Scottish festival this year. I always get compliments on it, young and old alike. When people ask me I tell them, this is insignia of ancient Europeans, the greatest lineage of all. Usually when I say that their eyes brighten and it starts the conversation about race. Almost everyone I talk to in So Cal is seething about the illegal muds.
Men are far less PC than women and far more racially aware. Usually at the end of the conversation, I will usually touch their hand and say nice talking to you my white brother. Most of the times they’re shocked for a few seconds and then I can see them stand a little taller. With women, you have to tread carefully on that one.
With the baby boomers (my generation) I bring up how America used to be. Everyone gets it, they just don’t articulate it.
With the teenagers I start the conversation about rising college costs, the environment (with overcrowding and then I bring up the immigration issue), most kids get it.

Rage Against the Machine
A modern-day Luddite argues that computers deaden our souls.

Russell Kirk, who may have been the only conservative in the post-war American conservative movement, forbad the importation of television sets into his ancestral manse, Piety Hill. One day, in his absence, his wife and daughters smuggled one in. Dr. Kirk discovered it, and they in turn soon discovered him, high in the tower with television in hand, pitching it off the roof.
Television, like all virtual realities, comes from Hell. (The author of this piece, having hosted several television programs, knows how difficult it is to use the medium for good; in effect, one has to do bad television.) Earlier generations of conservatives knew instinctively that machines could be Hellish, and they regarded innovative technologies with distrust.
It is perhaps a measure of how much conservatism has withered away that most American conservatives now welcome any new technology that comes along. They love cell phones, which destroy what little is left of the public space. They gush over genetic engineering, which will create weapons that bring back the Black Death. Most of all, they embrace computers and all their progeny even though, all around us, our fellow subjects of Heaven are using them to create virtual realities they can inhabit almost full-time. (Fortunately, they still have to eat.)
The first Christian principle, and the first principle of Western civilization, is that there is and can be only one reality. If there can be multiple realities, we lose both Jerusalem and Athens. If there can be more than one reality, there can be more than one God; so falls Jerusalem and monotheism. If there can be more than one reality, what is logical in one means nothing in others, where logic itself may not hold; so falls Athens and reason. All things are indeed relative where realities proliferate.
Hell has always hated reality, for in the real world, Christ is King. Old Screwtape’s problem, for millennia, was that philosophy made a poor weapon against reality. Even Hell’s most sophisticated philosophical device, ideology, fell sure prey to reality, seldom lasting more than a couple of generations. His Wormship knew that he needed a more powerful and enduring weapon than philosophy could provide. He needed convincing but false images of the true: virtual realities.
Virtual realities existed, to be sure. Nero’s Domus Aurea was one; Marie Antoinette’s life as a shepherdess another. Military headquarters were often wonderful generators of virtual reality. (We now flood ours with computers, making the problem worse.) But these took great power and vast resources to create and were also impossible to sustain.
If Hell were to triumph over reality and make it stick—which comes very close to triumphing over God—it needed to find a mechanism that could create powerful, compelling virtual realities, proliferate them widely, and enable people to live in them, self-convincingly, most of the time. And then, brilliantly, Hell’s workshops begat the cathode ray tube and the video screen.
It is clear that many modern people live lives where the video screen, in all its many variants, is the dominating reality. (Perhaps we should borrow here from Derrida and write reality.) Televisions are on and squawking throughout the house, from rising through going to bed. The children spend countless hours with their video games; sunny days are irrelevant. The adults’ version is the Internet, whose most common use is for pornography. All offer alternate realities, an ever growing variety of them, all getting better and better in their ability to seem real. First they are alluring, then satisfying, and finally compulsive. Snap! Go the jaws of Hell.
If most conservatives were still conservative, they would find this troubling. Some do find the content of many virtual realities discomfiting; the Roman arena begins to pale in comparison. But few seem to see that the Reality Principle (Marcuse’s old enemy) is itself at stake. Is watching a Mass on television the same as going to Mass? No. Is knowing that it is a fine day in Ouagadougou the same as enjoying a fine day in the park? Again, no. Is watching people on a video screen the same as knowing actual people? No, indeed. But in more and more lives, the virtual is replacing the real.
And the image is substituting itself for the Word, the Logos. The West spent three thousand years struggling to substitute the Word for the image. The war of the Word against the image is perhaps the most basic theme of the Old Testament. Thousands of Christians gave their lives in that fight. Now, thanks to the video screen, history is running backwards because on video screens images are far more powerful than words. Not surprisingly, paganism is on the rise, beyond and within the Church.
If conservatives cannot see the danger in the thing itself, in the substitution of the false for the true, one would expect they would at least, be alarmed that all virtual realities are subject to manipulation. Today, in America, most of them are manipulated, deliberately and systematically, to serve the ideology of cultural Marxism, a.k.a. political correctness. Thus we get endless television programs and video games where men are puny and women strong (they beat up the men), muggers are white and doctors are black, and the only normal-seeming white males are homosexuals. Thanks to virtual realities, the entertainment industry has become the most powerful force in American culture, and it is largely owned by the cultural Marxists. Through it, cultural Marxism does what it is supposed to do, psychologically condition. Soon enough, in any life where virtual realities hold sway, anyone who dares think that maybe Western civilization really is superior looks in the mirror and sees “another Hitler.” Does the prospect of Brave New World not bother conservatives anymore?
The answer to all the above, from many technology-addicted conservatives, is that computers and their ilk provide wonderful sources of information. That is undoubtedly true. But it raises a further, very conservative, question: is information itself all that wonderful?
I often lecture to young people, college grads, usually on military topics. They are adept at the information technologies, having imbibed them as their mother’s milk. The problem, to put it bluntly, is that most of them cannot think. They cannot think because of information, not because of a lack of it.
An Amish friend of mine, David Klein, put it well as we talked under the trees of his Wayne County, Ohio, farmyard this past summer. Using information technologies, he said, is like trying to build a car by reaching blindly into a vast dumpster and using as parts whatever comes to hand. That is how these young minds work. They cannot grasp any sort of intellectual order or framework. All they have ever encountered are bits and pieces of this and that, spewed randomly out of some cosmic, universal vending machine. It is not simply that things do not make sense; these young people have no concept of things making sense. As Ortega warned would happen, they have become technologically competent barbarians.
Again, an earlier generation of conservatives would have understood. When life is, in effect, an endless process of interruption, thought, as we traditionally knew it, becomes impossible. Western thought is linear, but “information” is chaotic. More, thought requires being alone with your thoughts, something the technologically dependent can neither attain nor abide.
Just as intellectual chaos is normal to the information generation, so is their lowly status as humble servants to lumps of beige plastic. I will confess that a year ago, I was browbeaten by my office into putting a fax machine in my summer home in Ohio. It was more demanding than a cat. Unless I met its every beeped and coded wish, and they were many, it refused to work. (Even a neglected cat will still catch mice.) This summer, I realized I was the servant and it the master and resolved this inversion of the natural order in Kirkian fashion, by taking a sledgehammer to it. Its human replacement, a FedEx courier, does the same job with far less trouble.
But rebellion of this sort lies far outside the ken of those who worship the computer and its siblings. They cannot imagine lives without their machines, even though we lived such lives (quite nicely, too) just a few decades ago. No sabot in the gears for them; without their calculators, they cannot even add. Go to the bank some fine day and ask the young teller to do something that “isn’t in the computer,” and she will look at you with great, cow eyes.
Conservatives used to know that information does not equal knowledge and that knowledge does not equal understanding. (T.S. Eliot had something to say on the matter.) The transitions require thought, and computers, in both their informational and virtual reality guises, are enemies of thought. Thought only works if it is unplugged.

For one, I think a lot of us should stop thinking that the correct approach is to suck up to the upper middle classes. If yuppy liberals and WASP conservatives, with their (ahem) bourgeois values, had what it took to change things, things would never have gotten to where they are now in the first place. The U.S. has had a vicious WASP jew-hater in its highest office — Richard Nixon — and he didn’t change a goddamn thing. And that was when America was healthier than it is today.

Thanks, Ein, I caught that after I had pushed the button to send it, but, I thought, what the heck?
That is one thing that attracted me to French — the visual beauty of it, in addition to the way it sounds (plus the fact that I was seduced in some way that I have not yet figured out by the city of Paris [what is that crazy Celt McGreen going to do with that one?]).

Thanks to MTV, Hollywood and the education system most young people find the WN way of thinking ridiculous, repulsive, immoral or downright incomprehensible. How do we change this? Surely getting young people on our side is crucial – but how do we do it? Any ideas?

In my opinion, I think you’re barking up the wrong tree. The young people whom you describe are not going to be looking here for anything that is cool or fashionable…. They’re not interested, because they already have what society considers cool and fashionable. They are politically correct, they subscribe to all the left’s values, and they support the elite’s orthodoxy. WN is decidedly un-cool, and is most definitely NOT in fashion. WN is a heavy strain to support. It is difficult and costly to speak out and to go against the herd. And young people are notoriously conformist. While they like to fancy themselves as rebels, they are in fact the biggest herd animals of all (just look at all the young guys wearing their baseball caps backwards, presumably a sign of rugged individualism. But when everyone’s doing it, it’s herdish!) Therefore, those looking to be in fashion and take the easy way by following the herd are going to avoid WN like the plague.
It is people who are already angry, fearful, upset, disgruntled — people put in am uncomfortable position that they don’t like — say crime victims, the recently fired, or college rejects — who are going to be looking for answers as to what is wrong with the System and why it failed them, rather than looking to support it. The unemployment lines are where you will find them, the crime victims rolls, not the night clubs. The happy, prosperous, employed, secure and safe will not be interested in going against the system that keeps them that way (happy, prosperous, employed and safe). And, let’s face it, there are some people (whites) who benefit handsomely from the system. They’re collaborators, selling the rest of us out, but there are a lot of them! The ZOG system rewards them well, and it couldn’t run without their support. It uses them against us. They are no help to us, and we shouldn’t look to them. They are not going to be won over. They are not going to bite the hand that feeds them. Being a WN is hard, and unfashionable, and uncool, and that’s not going to appeal to people who want to be fashionable and trendy and “cool”.

With the little flap that’s going on here about the etymology of “bourgeois”, I’d answer it simply by just saying that it’s more or less the opposite of “bohemian”. At least as Tim used it, and as most people understand the word. (Where’s the problem?)
But whether or not your lady friend is a bohemian is quite another question. Certainly, not all French peope are (despite silly American preconceptions about the artsy, loose-living, lustful French; that’s like them thinking that all Americans are cowboys). Many are quite strict and proper (especially rightists). If you come across a real bohemian, you’ll probably have a communist in your bed.
She could be either a “bohème” or very “bourgeoise” [feminine]. (I’d tend to guess the latter and play the side of caution.)

Igor – you’re right about the upper income whites. In my area these are the same race traitors who knowingly hired the illegal muds because they were too damn cheap to pay a decent wage to hire a white person.
Another good place to find WN’s is your local soup kitchen. Next week I’m going to be visiting my local soup kitchen. They feed lunch there every day. It’s 90% white men and senior citizens. Don’t see a mestizo there, don’t need to, they’re getting food stamps. I’m going to be giving them my business card in case they need to ask me a question or have me look up information for them on the net.
It’s not a matter of IF the economy is going to collapse is WHEN. That’s why I will be armed and ready to defend myself. I live in an all white area but the muds could still come to my neck of the woods to loot and destroy. Not on my dime. I’m also buying a crossbow. One of those little demons try to come in my house, the arrow will hit them in the ass.
The homeless white men in my area are SO demoralized it’s not even funny. It’s downright heartbreaking. That’s why if I can give them a little dignity and kindness I will.
Last night behind another store a white male was sleeping on the ground with a blanket over him. I asked him if he needed anything. He was too proud to say yes, but he does sleep there nightly. I’m going to bring him a blanket I made tonight. Yes I sew and crochet. I love doing that.
Isn’t this a load of bullshit? A white man sleeping outdoors in the cold, while the muds are safely enconsed in their section 8 huts. Despicable. I’m going to be taking pictures of these adventures in case anyone would like to see them in the future, maybe even have a documentary on white homeless men and waste in our society.
Once a lot of these near homeless get their W-2′s in January, I’ll be e-filing their taxes. Maybe a little tax refund will help some.The chain stores make their money off of the muds with their earned income tax credit. I worked at one of those chain stores and the muds are the most arrogant entitlement mentality jackasses I ever met. When the owner wasn’t there I would threw them out of my office.
Anyway these are some ideas I put out to some of my white brothers and sisters.
The gifts and stuff for my white friend who’s having a baby next month just keep coming in. Once my friends (who are all white) knew what I was doing (only helping citizens and white people) they were donating full court press.

The Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism today won Agence France-Presse’s Kate Webb award, which is in honour of one of our finest correspondents who died of cancer in 2007.
The small band of journalists at the PCIJ has for 20 years shown incredible courage and ethics in trying to hold the Philippine elite to account.
In many countries, investigative reporting is nothing extraordinary.
But the Philippines is the most dangerous country in the world for journalists, ahead of Iraq and Afghanistan.
A total of 134 reporters have been murdered since the fall of dictator Ferdinand Marcos in 1986.
Many readers may remember the horrific events in the southern Philippines last month when a warlord family allegedly organised a massacre of 57 people, including 31 journalists.
While memories of that story will no doubt fade for many around the world, death threats and other forms of intimidation will continue to haunt the PCIJ every day.
Yet they are as humble as they are brave.
Malou Mangahas, the PCIJ’s executive director, said this year’s Kate Webb award should recognise all reporters who worked with courage in the Philippines, particularly the 31 murdered in Maguindanao province.
“It is very difficult, almost discomfiting, to say our situation as journalists from Metro Manila could even come close to the vulnerability of our colleagues in Maguindanao or in the provinces of the Philippines,” she said.
“So I think a fitting tribute is to accept it in their honour.”
If you have got this far into the blog, you may be thinking Mangahas and her colleagues belong to another era, Kate Webb’s era, where the media industry had more money to spend on investigative reporting.
But the PCIJ is showing committed journalism can adapt and survive in our era of shrinking budgets and instant gratification.
Its website (http://pcij.org/) is engaging, it is developing a daily blog and a video service is starting to deliver more of its content to media outlets.
And I believe the fundamentals of decent journalism remain the same, no matter which platform the content is delivered.

50 – 60 years ago it was definitely not cool to be a wigger / multi-culti / race-mixer etc. Now it is. How to reverse this. There’s no point “converting” respectable middle-class, middle-aged types unless you also get young people on board. Their minds have been corrupted and poisoned over the past few decades – how to reverse this process. Making WN some kind of appealing youth subculture would be a good way to go….

There’s no policy. Here are a couple observations, though. There’s no need for a signature on every post, not of multiple lines.
A general observation is that you, Harold, have no respect for the law of diminishing returns. You say the same thing fifty times. People only read it once. You’d do far better to make far shorter posts, with a one-line signature or, even better, no signature.
In general, altho you sometimes make an apt phrase, your posting here is in a quasi-religious mode that is not intelligible, let alone persuasive.
Covington has made no conceptual breakthrough, and he is manifestly unwilling to take his case to the locals. He’s a virtual scold who does nothing but blame others for what he won’t do himself. He didn’t move to the NW to establish a homeland but to escape a court judgment.

I like the guy’s writing a lot. He has a real and near-unique knowledge of American racial history. However, his politics are a blend of the worst of left and right, topped off with a faith in a theory (Overton window) that simply won’t work for Whites, and for pretty obvious reasons. I did not realize, until we had the environmental debate, that he is a typical leftist – religiously anti-corporate and pro-government. He uses all the conventional terms, and with a conventional faith in them. I’m not even sure why he disagrees with the left on race when he agrees on the rest.
What he misses is the entire tenor of the times. Government has never been bigger or more bankrupt. It is pissing people off beyond belief, particularly the upper-middle-class smarties he and TOQ are trying to reach, and yet it continues to gorge, trying to jam another huge segment of the economy into its maw through the nationalization of medicine. The libertarians have made huge strides in educating whites as to the money problem causd by the Federal Reserve, and also to the pig-state brutality and government omni-incompetence in general. We WN should simply steal any good libertarian arguments and paint them with race; put them in the correct racial context, which the libertarians will never dare do. This makes far more sense than snuggling up to jews like Gottfried and the faileocons. Treating the paleocons as friends merely blurs the difference between our cause and theirs. It might bring in more middle-class money to do it that way, but politically it is counterproductive. All White effort should be put into polarizing the American public between jews (including paleocons, neocons, illiberals, multiculturalists and communists) and Whites – us and us alone.

Conservatives, particularly paleoconservatives, are bourgeois snobs and materialist status seekers. The ones who aren’t tend to be religious mystics. Although there are many intellectuals in their ranks, they are not activists, they’re quietists, quiescentists, passivists, declinists, gloomists, forget-it-ists, and hopelessists. The libertarians have a different mentality. Altho they are individualists by ideology, in practice they work together better than WN do, and, like us, they are far more likely to be crusaders. Conservatives are chortlers. Self-satisfied snifter-swirlers. Winning isn’t respectable, and Anglo-conservatives care about propriety more than anything else. Wining, to conservatives in the Anglo-American tradition, is for losers.

[Good example. Ron Paul, altho his approach is non-racial, truly does scare the elite, at least to some extent, if not to the extent that Lew Rockwell thinks. What he's doing is very good for WN. He is carrying a lot of our water, since we say the same things about the Fed. All we have to do is add the jewish element he and his supporters fear to mention. The same general approach works for any libertarian criticism of government. Anything they do to advance the dismantling of what they call "the state" is good because, well, the state is ZOG. Here is the interesting part of a terrified editorial from the Washington Post, the house organ of the Fed and the DC power elite, on Ron’s Audit the Fed amendment:
Whatever good [the financial regulation bill] might do would be canceled out by the inclusion of Texas Republican Ron Paul’s proposal to subject the Federal Reserve’s monetary policymaking to regular audits by the Government Accountability Office, an arm of Congress.
Supporters suggest that the measure would merely provide “transparency” for a secretive, powerful institution. But for all its wide, bipartisan backing, this is anything but a prudent or centrist law. In fact, it is an attack — born of crisis and the attendant emotions — on the political independence the central bank must have to do its job.
The case for political independence at the Fed is elementary. Elected officials, such as members of Congress, are inherently loath to tighten the supply of money available to their constituents, even when that might be necessary to fight inflation. U.S. experience, and that of countries around the world, confirms this, which is why Congress exempted the Fed’s money-supply decisions from GAO scrutiny in a 1978 law. Mr. Paul’s proposal would effectively repeal that. Investors already spend enough energy and money trying to figure out where interest rates are heading without this additional dose of permanent uncertainty. Trust in the Fed, and, by extension, the dollar, will evaporate if markets believe that the Fed is courting the approval of Congress’s auditors.
Mr. Paul doesn’t care; he’s an “end the Fed” man. In the past, other members of Congress have basically just humored him. It’s a sign of the times — and not a good one — that they have been Fed-bashed into following him now.

The left can’t argue against liberalism (as in liberty, its older meaning) so it grasps at straws such as “the environment.”
Libertarians are used to being marginalized and radical. (Except for Reason/Cato) Some may be recruited, leading to a chain-reaction.
My parents were conservative, but I never had anything to do with it. There is utterly no way out save through radicalism. That includes radical common sense. (Radical simply means fundamental.) We are in war to-day, not to-morrow.
Conservatives will re-arrange the deck chairs forever. They like the ‘kwa the way it is. The tomorrows that were off in a distant future in 1970 are today. The comfort zone will crash- will conservatives be awake, or asleep when it happens?

My wife and her Brilliant sister are off right now to help with toys for tots. They are from a Marine family. I just told my wife what Annie Oakley is doing for white kids. My wife then informed me that today they are packing up the toys for the browning kid’s. Browning is the local Reservation town. How sickening. For as much as she seems to agree with me on racial matters,a bit to much at times,this really sickens me and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

I’ve been building and repairing tube guitar and hi fi amps for decades and have a large collection of foreign books on the subject as well. The Japanese actually do some interesting stuff which is sold only over there but it is all fairly derivative. The original work is either American or British.
I will say the Japanese are building some of the best output transformers and oil dielectric capacitors there are. We used to joke about the caps were wound only by virgin Japanese girls while not menstruating, but it turns out it was no joke. They are fanatical about execution and it shows. But they never could have invented the basic concepts, only polished and detailed and refined them.
The J’s also have the best analog oscilloscope tech with bandwidths up to 2 GHz. They simply put a CCD on the end of a small CRT. Tektronix never did better than 1 GHz in an analog scope and it was a real bastard to use. It used a 4CX250 to drive the horizontal plates and was generally ridiculous. You have to admire the little buggers, they really do some impressive development, where whites say “fuck it” and go on to the next thing.

Ill agree with you there. The Honda plant in Japan is another case in point.
However,they Do not have the ear to design real hi-fi equipment. I do not know why but even the costly gear they make sounds bad to me.
