“More caviar, sir?” “Shall I get the limo, sir?” People actually say these things to Blacks today! That wouldn’t be happening if the African countries were still run by Whites under colonialism. Black dictators didn’t even exist until rather recently . In fact, negro rule is a truly horrible idea, given the track record of it in Africa.
 before circa 1966, most African countries were governed by Whites, e.g., Belgium controlled the Congo, France controlled Niger and Chad, and Britain controlled Uganda, Nigeria and Kenya. Nigeria didn’t have a Black leader until Nnamdi Azikiwe in 1963. Prior to that, White, British men ruled Nigeria
