Jewish-Created Hate Crime Laws – a.k.a. Thought Crime Laws – Are Unconstitutional and Therefore Illegal

From 2009:

“Until recently, motives only mattered in proving the mens rea of a crime, ie, the desire to commit the crime. Motive matters in murder, for instance; a drunk driver can kill a pedestrian and a person can kill a spouse to collect on the insurance. Both happen with depressing regularity. The difference is that the latter had an explicit desire to kill (for profit) while the other had a depraved indifference to life but no explicit desire to kill, and that’s why they get charged with different crimes.”

Exactly. Those are different crimes. Having different punishments for the exact same crime (e.g., a punch in the nose, which is an assault) is completely unconstitutional, totally un-American and just plain wrong. In other words, you can’t sentence one guy to 10 days in jail and another guy to 1 year in jail for the exact same crime of punching someone in the nose. The U.S. Supreme Court should void all hate crime laws. The fact that those laws even exist shows how far America has strayed from constitutional law and from common sense.

Yeah but what’re you going to do about it? It’s like complaining that your enemy won’t fight fair.

Don’t know, but Step 1 is to be aware of the problem.

It’s obvious that homosexuals, along with coloreds and Jews, are considered groups that are entitled to special protection under the law if attacked by heterosexual Whites. Patently unconstitutional. But liberals and Jews only whine about the unconstitutionality of laws if their precious anti-White agenda is threatened.

Beware of right-wingers and their “solutions” to crime! Kahnservatives argue that all we have to do is lock ’em up and throw away the key. And then what? Require the taxpayer to support the world’s largest prison population at a cost of $40 K a year per inmate? The ancient Romans had the right idea. Severe punishment for even minor infractions, including the death penalty. That way the taxpayer is spared the cost of having to maintain a massive prison-industrial complex.

      Haa, haa.

Like the way you state it plainly.

The Constitution was transformed into a weapon to strike gown the interest of the people a long time ago. It should be placed in the stacks of a museum. The Bills of Rights opened the door for the federals to be even more oppressive.

Common Law says that if no person or property is harmed, there is no violation of law.
