Rioters can face “10 years in prison under the Veteran’s Memorial Preservation Act.” Free advice for this fellow: if you’re in the prison shower and you drop the soap, don’t bend over to pick it up! Especially if there’s a large, well-hung negro standing nearby; in fact, the negro may “have you” anyway even if you don’t drop the soap (because negroes are funny that way).
