The 2002 HAVA (Help America Vote Act) law was a voting law that obviously didn’t work! Look:
“Main provisions of the 2002 law focus on improvements to voting machines and access to polling places by disabled voters. The law requires the states to implement certain minimum standard election procedures. The Election Assistance Commission was established to help the states comply with the law.”
“Improvements to voting machines”? Really? Where?? When?? Note: it was a bi-partisan law, with both liberals and conservatives supporting it. What a waste of your White tax dollars.
