Agents observed several members of the hunting party, including the Vice President, consuming alcohol before and during the hunting expedition, the report notes, and Cheney exhibited "visible signs" of impairment, including slurred speech and erratic actions, the report said.
According to those who have read the report and talked with others present at the outing, Cheney was drunk when he gunned down his friend and the day-and-a-half delay in allowing Texas law enforcement officials on the ranch where the shooting occurred gave all members of the hunting party time to sober up.

Many Jews either 1) lack, or 2) are deficient in a certain enzyme called hexosaminidase A, or Hex A for short. Jews who lack Hex A have a dangerous, hereditary disease called Tay-Sachs disease. Jews who are deficient in Hex A have Tay-Sachs trait, which means they are carriers of the disease, but they don't have the actual disease itself.
Of course, Tay-Sachs isn't the only "Jewish disease." There are actually two dozen or so different genetic diseases that Jews get, since they are historically inbred people - which is why we wonder why insurance companies don't automatically charge Jews more money for health insurance [oh, yeah, that would be "anti-Semitism," wouldn't it? And that isn't allowed in the Western countries anymore, due to various "civil-rights" and "anti-racism" laws - laws which, ironically, Jews helped to create, e.g. America's Civil Rights Act of 1964].

Navy star Owens charged with rape
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Lamar Owens, quarterback of Navy's 2005 football squad, has been charged with raping a female midshipmen last month in her dormitory room, the academy announced Wednesday.
"These charges are accusations, and Midshipman Owens is presumed innocent until proven otherwise," Cmdr. Rod Gibbons, spokesman for the academy, said.
"Any time that an incident like this occurs, it is a blow to the brigade and to the academy family," he said.
The academy did not release the name of the woman.
"We are doing everything possible to protect the victim as well as offer support and counseling," Gibbons said.
Since the alleged incident occurred on academy grounds, Owens was charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the investigation is being handled by the Naval Criminal Investigation Service, Gibbon said.
He said Owens will not be made available for questions about the charges and will continue to attend classes. He said the academy "has taken steps to prevent contact between the accused and the victim to protect both parties."
"He remains assigned to the Naval Academy and will continue to attend class, performing other duties normally assigned to midshipmen pending results of the investigation," Gibbons said.
The military academies have been under scrutiny since 2003, when women at the Air Force Academy in Colorado began coming forward with accusations that they had been sexually assaulted by fellow cadets over the previous decade and were ignored or ostracized by commanders when they spoke out.
A Pentagon task force found that hostile attitudes and inappropriate treatment of women also persisted at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and at the Naval Academy.
Earlier this month, a senior at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn., was charged with sexually assaulting six female cadets in the campus barracks and other sites. Webster M. Smith, 22, a linebacker on the academy's football team, was charged under military law with rape, assault, indecent assault and sodomy, school officials said. Smith insists he is innocent, his lawyer has said.
The Naval Academy has had a series of sexual harassment and assault cases in recent years, including 2001, when three former football players agreed to withdraw from the academy after being charged with rape. Two years later, a midshipman was expelled for inappropriate sexual contact with two women classmates.
The academy's superintendent, Vice Adm. Rodney Rempt has taken a strong stand against sexual harassment and gender discrimination. He even went so far as to remove the words "sailor men" from the school fight song because he said they excluded women from the school's heritage.
Owens, a 22-year-old senior from Savannah, Ga., guided Navy's football team to an 8-4 season record that included victories over Air Force and Army and a victory in the Poinsettia Bowl over Colorado State.
According to charging documents provided by the Naval Academy, Owens, without consent, entered the woman's room in Bancroft Hall, the dormitory that houses the more than 4,000 midshipmen who attend the Naval Academy.
The three charges filed against him are rape, wrongfully engaging in sexual conduct and indecent assault.
Rempt made the decision to file charges based on the results of a preliminary investigation by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
Gibbons said the next step for Owens will be an Article 32 hearing, which he compared to a civilian grand jury inquiry, to determine if there is sufficient evidence "to believe that a crime was committed and that the accused committed the crime."
"Sexual assault and harassment are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards of conduct of the team, the brigade of midshipmen or the academy," Gibbons said.
Since the alleged assault took place on military property, civilian authorities are not currently involved in the inquiry, Gibbons said.
Academy sports officials referred questions about the incident to Gibbons.
"The case is being handled through the superintendent's office, and it would be inappropriate for anyone in the athletic department to comment," said Scott Strasemeier, head of the Navy's sports information office.
He said Owens' athletic eligibility is complete and that next year's starting quarterback hasn't been set. He said the 2006 starting quarterback will be chosen during spring practice, which starts March 27.

'Hate crime' victims: Young, poor, white
210,000 targeted annually due to bias, statistics show

WASHINGTON - The most likely victim of a hate crime in the U.S. is a poor, young, white, single urban dweller, according to an analysis of Justice Department statistics collected from between July 2000 and December 2003.
A November report by the Bureau of Justice Statistics detailing a study of 210,000 "hate crimes" a year during that period has gone virtually unreported by the U.S. press.
But it does contain some surprising numbers. While race is, by far, the No. 1 factor cited as the reason for hate crimes, blacks are slightly less likely to be victims and far more likely to be perpetrators, the statistics show.
As defined by the report, a collection of data compiled by the National Crime Victimization Survey and the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting Program, an ordinary crime becomes a hate crime when offenders choose a victim because of some characteristic - race, religion, ethnicity, religion or association - and provide evidence that hate prompted them to commit the crime.
The NCVS is a database of 77,600 nationally representative people interviewed every other year about their experience with crime, while the UCR data is based on law enforcement reports to the FBI.
About 56 percent of hate crimes were motivated, at least in part, by racial hatred, according to the study, and most were accompanied by violence.
While nine in 10,000 whites and nine in 10,000 Hispanics are victimized by hate crimes, only seven in 10,000 blacks are targets, according to the report.
"Generally, per capita rates of hate crime victimization do not appear to vary based upon victim's gender, race, ethnicity or educational attainment," says the report on all hate crimes reported by victims and police. "However, young people; those never married, separated or divorced; those with low incomes; and those living in urban areas did report experiencing hate crimes at higher rates."
In fact, those between the ages of 17 and 20 were far more likely to be victims than in any other age group - with 16 incidents per 10,000 people. Those never married, with 16 incidents per 10,000, or separated or divorced, with 26 incidents per 10,000, were also much more likely to be victims of hate crimes. Those with incomes less than $25,000 faced worse odds of victimization, 13 per 10,000, as well as those in urban areas, also 13 per 10,000.
The report says 38 percent of all those reporting hate crimes said the attacker was black, and in 90 percent of those cases, the victim believed the offender's motive was racial. In incidents involving white attackers, only 30 percent attribute the hate crime to race, while 20 percent attributed it to ethnicity.
The report says 40 percent of white hate crime victims were attacked by blacks, adding, "The small number of black hate crime victims precludes analysis of the race of persons who victimized them."
The report by the Justice Department is the one most often cited by hate-crime experts as depicting the true national story. It shows the number of incidents is more than 15 times higher than FBI statistics alone reflect.
While the annual FBI report, compiled since 1992, is based on voluntary reports from law enforcement agencies around the country, the new report, "Hate Crimes Reported by Victims and Police," found an average annual total of more than 200,000.
"It's an astounding report," said Jack Levin, a leading hate crime expert at Northeastern University. "It's not necessarily completely accurate, but I would trust these data before I trusted the voluntary law enforcement reports to the FBI."
According to the new report, hate crimes involve violence far more often than other crimes. The data show 84 percent of hate crimes were violent, meaning they involved a sexual attack, robbery, assault or murder. By contrast, just 23 percent of non-hate crimes involved violence. Other studies have suggested that hate-motivated violence is more extreme than other violence.
While the press took no notice of the report, it has been praised by pressure groups promoting hate-crimes legislation and enforcement such as the Southern Christian Leadership Conference for its comprehensiveness and breadth - by far the largest study ever done on hate crimes.

I host a talk radio show and decided to write to you at home to make
certain you know I'm serious.
Yesterday in Philadelphia, PA over 1,000 illegal aliens held a public
rally in front of the building which houses The Liberty Bell. They were
protesting pending legislation which would make their presence here a
federal crime.
Not one of these filthy, brown-skinned, third-world slimebags was
arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a bureau of
Homeland Security under your responsibility.
On October 23, 2003 one-thousand five-hundred other diseased, sub-humans
who came here illegally from every third-world cesspool on earth,
gathered in Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ demanding amnesty from
our laws and none of them were arrested either.
Please pardon the bluntness of what I'm about to say, but I need to be
blunt to convey my true emotions about this matter: I don?t know what the
fuck you think you're doing down there at Homeland Security, but you'd
better get your skinny little jew ass in gear.
Unless you begin aggressively enforcing our immigration laws, I will use
my talk radio show to spawn protests in front of your house.
Every time the Illegal aliens hold a public rally anywhere in this
country, where none of them are arrested by ICE, I will cause a rally to
happen in front of your house. I can even arrange similar rallies at your
local Synagogue while you're there; perhaps even at personal social
functions you attend.
Sooner or later, your family, friends and neighbors are going to start
becoming aggravated that your failure to do your job is causing these
rallies to impact their blissful ignorance.
It will all be legal and non-violent, but rest assured it will be
aggravating to no end! Maybe even embarrassing or humiliating!
Eventually, those family, friends and neighbors are going to start
telling you to do what it takes to make these rallies stop. When family,
friends and neighbors start getting on your back, you won?t be able to
simply have security whisk them away to jail or have a Justice Department
lawyer sue them to shut up.

reasons to spark more and more rallies wherever you are. With a few words
into my microphone, your world will become cluttered with protesters.
So that's the deal, Mike. Do your job better and I will have no reason to
'petition the government for redress of grievances' in front of your

If you continue failing to do your job, life as you know it is going to
become a sea of noisy rallies right where you live and breathe.
Don't bother sending the FBI, Secret Service, DSS or any of those types
of folks to see me about this. They cannot intimidate me and have no
power to stop what I'm planning. The same holds true for Justice
Department lawyers, Judges and courts. Free speech is a wonderful thing,

A call to open up a huge archive about victims of the Holocaust has sparked an international row.
The United States wants the files of the International Tracing Service, which holds information on 17.5 million people, to be made available to historians. But Germany and Italy and the archive are opposing the move over concerns that it could lead to lawsuits claiming that personal details were given out illegally, The New York Times reported. The archive, held at Bad Arolsen, Germany, is based in part on documents gathered by Allied forces as they liberated Nazi concentration camps.
The tracing service, part of the International Committee of the Red Cross, has used the files to help people to uncover the fates of relatives who disappeared during the Second World War.
The US says that because the task is now largely completed, the archive should be opened and used for scholarly research.

It's a scary law and should be done away with. The only upside is that people are educated as to how violent the black culture (not race, I said culture, folks) is in America. I grew up poor and white in a housing project in Illinois. I have experienced this first-hand, so-to-speak. I was beaten-up many times for being white and "in the wrong place", a few times smacked around just for looking at a black guy, had things stolen from because I was white, called honky hundreds of times, and picked-on constantly by the older cousins, brothers, fathers, uncles of my black buddies because I was white and in their house.
There have been many black people in my life that I love and respect. This is not about genetics. I fear for black people in this country because they are being so mislead by those that claim to be on their side. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Farrakhan, Bryant Gumble are no friends of the black community. Liberals are racists! The racism they practice is the deadliest kind. It's covert. It's insidious. It's the racism of LOW EXPECTATIONS. They view blacks as perpetual victims. They are taught this by politicians who have to perpetuate this false belief to sustain a voting block. It's the new oppression that blacks face and it must end if they are to evolve as a people.

Tempers are reaching boiling point in the French Jewish community after the torture and murder of a young Jewish man by a suburban gang calling itself " the barbarians".
Police had said that the gang kidnapped Ilan Halimi, 23 using a beautiful, young, blonde woman as bait to extort money from his family. However, the victim's family and many other Parisian Jews are convinced the crime was, at least partially, racially motivated.
Last night the Justice Minister, Pascal Clement, confirmed that investigators had alleged "aggravated circumstances of anti-Semitism" . He said that one suspect had indicated M. Halimi was selected "because he was Jewish and because a Jew was rich". He added: "That is an aggravating circumstance, it means that the resonance is no longer the same."
A Parisian member of parliament, Claude Goasguen, said yesterday the city could face "extremely serious intra-community violence" unless the authorities abandoned their "persistent silence on the real motives for this murder".
At the weekend, a mainly peaceful protest march by Parisian Jews was marred by a number of violent actions by radical young Jewish men. A black man was beaten up, allegedly for "smiling" at the protest. An Arab-run grocery was attacked. A motorist who was caught up in the march was assaulted and had to be rescued by demonstration marshals.
Tracts were handed out by Jewish radical groups which claimed that Ilan Halimi, a mobile telephone salesman, was a victim of "Islamo-fascism" .
Fifteen people have been arrested in connection with M. Halimi's abduction and death. Three were placed under formal investigation at the weekend, including Audrey Lorleach, 24, who is accused of picking up the young man at his shop and leading him into a trap.
Seven other alleged members of the gang were formally accused of kidnapping, murder and lesser crimes after appearing before an investigating magistrate yesterday afternoon.
The alleged ring-leader of the kidnap gang, Youssouf "Mohammed" Fafana, 25, who called himself (in English) the "brain of the barbarians " is still on the run. Police have branded him as "the most wanted man in France".
M. Fafana is a convicted petty criminal of Côte d'Ivoirian origin. French investigators say that the gang has been involved in half a dozen other kidnappings and attempted kidnappings. Most of the other victims, or intended victims, were not Jewish. Officially, therefore, police insist that there is no reason to suspect that the torture and murder of M. Halimi were racially motivated.
The young man disappeared on 21 January after making a date to meet Mme Lorleach, whom he had met in his mobile telephone shop in Paris. His family said that they had received a series of ransom demands via e-mail, text message and telephone, demanding a ransom of ¤450,000 (£308,000), which they were unable to raise.
He was discovered last Monday, three weeks later, in the southern suburbs of Paris, naked, gagged and handcuffed. He died soon afterwards from multiple injuries and burns.
His family insists that he was the victim of an "anti-Semitic crime" . During telephone calls demanding money, they said, gang members read out verses of the Koran. Even if money were the original motive for the abduction, they said, they believe that M. Halimi was tortured and murdered because he was Jewish.
The fugitive, M. Fofana, and several other gang members, lived in a troubled housing estate at Bagneux, west of Paris. Although the self-proclaimed " brain of the barbarians" had served time in prison for petty crimes, neighbours said that they were astonished to hear that he was suspected of kidnap, torture and murder.
A local youth said: "This is a gang made up of jetsam and flotsam young people without an idea in their head, who probably didn't realise the seriousness of what they were doing." Another neighbour described him as "an ordinary young man jeans, trainers, hello, goodbye, that's all. "

U.N. Guard Reprimanded for Swastikas
The United Nations has reprimanded a security guard for drawing swastikas on a log sheet later seen by a guard from Israel, a U.N. spokesman said Tuesday.
The guard who drew the swastikas was issued a letter of reprimand and was asked to attend sensitivity training for the September incident, U.N. spokesman Stephane Dujarric said.
Dujarric would not identify the guard who was reprimanded. The Israeli guard also was not identified.
The United Nations in recent years has tried to live down an infamous 1975 resolution that equated Zionism with racism, which was repealed in the 1990s. Some critics still accuse the world body of being anti- Semitic because a bloc of Middle Eastern, African and Asian states have in the past used the General Assembly to broadcast their opposition to Israel.

EVANGELICAL LEADERS PROTEST JEWISH ANTI-CHRISTIANITY

In a recent email alert, I advised that next time you hear or read of anti-Christian litigation, especially take note of those who are behind it. Almost invariably, they will be Jewish.
Recently, a lawsuit was filed against the Air Force Academy for allegedly allowing evangelical Christians too much influence over cadets. The suit was filed by Mikey Weinstein, a Jew.
Over the past 40 years, Jews or Jewish "civil liberties" organizations have initiated many dozens of such actions.Yet Christians, protective of the Jewish people, have habitually averted their eyes, preferring to describe such anti Christianity as the work of "liberals" or "secular humanists."
Things may be changing.
Rift in Christian-Jewish Relations
According to the Jewish newspaper, Forward (Jan. 6, 2006), Ted Haggard, president of the National Association of Evangelicals, accused Weinstein of "endangering Jewish-Christian relations" by attempting to "limit freedom." Haggard says "... you are working to muzzle freedom of expression under the guise of separation of church and state." The author of the Forward article, E. J. Kessler, says there now exists "growing tension between leaders of the Christian right and Jewish activists, as Jews have pressed the evangelicals over matters pertaining to church-state separation. Haggard has added his voice to a small but growing chorus of evangelicals who suggest that the Jewish community's tactics in the church-state debate could weaken Christian conservative support for pro-Israel causes."
The Forward article continues: "After Anti-Defamation League's national director Abraham Foxman gave a speech last November warning of a broad-based conservative campaign to 'Christianize America,' a top official of one of the leading Christian groups, Focus on the Family, told the Forward that evangelical groups might temper their strong support of Israel in light of Foxman's sallies. ‘If you keep bullying your friends, pretty soon you won't have any,' said Tom Minnery, Focus on the Family's vice president of government and public policy."
On radio, Rev. Donald Wildmon, leader of the American Family Association, echoed Focus on the Family. "[T]he more [Foxman] says that 'You people are destroying the country,' you know, some people are going to begin to get fed up with this and say, 'Well, all right then. If that's the way you feel, then we just won't support Israel any more.'" (Forward article)
Land of Blessing for Jews
America is supposed to be a land of tolerance and fair play. Yet the ADL mentality asserts that, having suffered so bitterly at the hands of Christians for the last two millennia, it's now payback time. Such evil Jewish leaders have the right to mock, weaken, and even attack Christian symbols and values. Christians, they feel, should take it on the chin, or even in the solar plexus, without being so "anti-Semitic" as to identify the race or religion of their attackers.
For at least the last century, Christians have given evil Jewish leaders what they wanted: freedom from criticism. Meanwhile, such Jews have permeated the courts, government, finance and the media.
Yet, despite unprecedented favor, evil Jewish leadership only bites the hand that protects it.
America: Temple of Freedom
Emerging 300 years ago from the strife and persecutions of Europe, the United States of America gleams as a splendid temple of freedom to the nations. It is still a sanctuary of hope that all may visit and be ennobled by. Yet evil Jewish "civil liberties" organizations have set themselves up within this temple as not only its moneychangers, but also lawgivers. Instead of God's law and the Constitution, they substitute twisted definitions of those critical values that guide society.
For example, under the Hate Crimes Statistics Act of 1990 Congress gave ADL authority to preside over hate crimes definitions, education, and statistics-gathering for state governments and local police. ADL instructs government officials that "hate" equals bias against federally protected groups, especially homosexuals. "Tolerance" equals acceptance of homosexuality as normal. Thus, Bible-believing Christians and social conservatives become haters in the eyes of the law. (Already, on Oct. 10, 2004, eleven Christians were arrested as "hate criminals" by Philadelphia district attorney and ADL national board member Lynne Abraham. Her proposed penalty for the Christians? 47 years in prison and $80,000 fines each.)
Similarly, ADL/B'nai B'rith constitutes the new "Department of Anti-Semitism" within the U.S. State Department. It asserts that anti-Semitism is agreement with the New Testament that Jewish leaders had Christ crucified. Bible-believing Christians (most of whom are passionate supporters of Israel) are thus made into anti-Semites. (In Canada today, the penalty for conviction of the "hate crime" of anti-Semitism, under B'nai B'rith's federal hate law, is up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.)
Hollywood: Fountain of Evil
Such perversion of America's Christian values has also spewed out of Jewish-controlled Hollywood. The recent Golden Globe awards gave top honors to Brokeback Mountain, Capote, and Transamerica, all promoting sexual perversion as normal. Such continues the Jewish media's sordid record from its inception: encouraging immodesty and pornography, fornication and adultery, profanity, tobacco, alcohol and drug use, gratuitous violence, teen rebellion, the theory of evolution, the occult, and all forms of liberalism and secular humanism.
How Jesus Reacted
Two thousand years ago, Jesus found evil Jewish leaders, the Pharisees, ensconced within God's temple in Jerusalem. There, they bought and sold, transforming God's house of prayer into an ancient strip mall.
Christ went on rampage. He upended their tables, sending coins clattering and doves flying. He whipped the astonished moneychangers into panicked exodus. In the weeks that followed, He publicly excoriated the Pharisees, the fathers of modern Judaism, in the most specific, vitriolic, and extensive manner.
Now, as ADL threatens even greater opposition to Christian symbols and witness in America and ADL/B'nai B'rith laws indict Christians worldwide, Christians and their leaders, may have to react differently in order to survive. Contrary to all the church and the Jews have taught them, and against all their instincts, even perhaps against the law of the land, they may have to do the unthinkable:
Respond like Jesus.

U.K. lets Jewish soldiers in Gulf erase religion from dog-tags

LONDON - The British Army has allowed its Jewish soldiers involved in the war in Iraq to erase mention of their religion on their dog-tags, fearing they would be executed if they were captured. There are some 15 Jewish soldiers among the 45,000 British fighters currently in action in the U.S.-led campaign.
The British Ministry of Defense made the decision following concerns expressed by Jewish community leaders in Britain. The ministry added that kosher rations had been provided to t hose Jewish soldiers who requested them.
During the 1991 Gulf War, the Iraqis would beat and parade prisoners in front of the television cameras, and the British military fears that Jewish prisoners would come in for a worse fate.
The British dog-tags list the soldier's name, rank, identity number and religion, with the latter intended to facilitate proper burial in the event that the body of the soldier cannot be brought home.
On Friday, Britain's chief rabbi, Jonathan Sacks, published a special prayer for the safety of the soldiers in Iraq. The prayer was to be recited in all synagogues over the Sabbath.

Detroit's financial mess has put the Detroit Zoo on the endangered list. City council members said their vote was not to close the zoo, but some felt they were being bullied by a state deadline and lawmakers who look down on Detroit.
Council Negroid Barbara-Rose Collins said the state's deadline for the city to sign over zoo operations to the Zoological society boiled down to disrespect. Many council members felt they were being bullied into handing over zoo operations without an agreement they were comfortable with.
Some city council members said they were largely opposed to giving $10 million in capital improvement funds to the society and paying almost $1 million a year for insurance and security without getting any of the revenue.
City council members said they also wanted to have a say in who would be hired as the director.
Council Negroid Martha Reeves said, "Whoever runs the zoo should have an understanding with the city council. And it was not clear what the actual agreement was, it was never completed."
Collins said, "The symbolism is that Detroit is a black city and that we're unable to govern ourselves. So we need an overseer, the state legislature, or what have you, to step in and tell us what we must do and how to do it."

Frederick Douglass, the prominent African-American writer, speaker, and
government official, warned Congress of the potential for the de facto
reenslavement of blacks in the absence of real reforms to the antebellum
political system. In the essay excerpted here, Douglass exhorted Congress to
pass a civil-rights amendment affirming the equality of blacks and whites in
the United States.
Self-Reliance

The African-American spokesman and educator Booker T. Washington argued that
black education's first priority should be to empower blacks with practical
skills like those he taught at his own Tuskegee Institute. By learning to
efficiently manage their own households and produce goods and services of
use to the community at large, he suggested, blacks would come to be
appreciated by their white neighbors as valuable fellow citizens.
