What disturbs me in particular about your egregious choice of this criminal "charity" to support is that Staples does not appear to be explicitly a Jewish organization. Your company officers, with the possible exception of Mr. Stemberg, all appear to be of European ancestry, while most of your customers and, likely, your shareholders, are also European-Americans. Yet, your company appears to support the genocide of the White race that is the ultimate end-game for the Jews who run the ADL, and others.
Additionally, your support of the ADL even violates the "Limitations" section on the Guildelines for Grant Application of the Staples Foundation for Learning, found at http://www.staplesfoundation.org/foundapplication.html. Neo-Nazi thugs stage incident in Longford
An incident involving a life size doll with a racist slogan attached being hung from the railway bridge on the Dublin Road occurred in the early hours of Monday morning. The two men looked to be acting out some sort of a scene that could be best associated with the notorious Klu Klux Clan in the USA.
Sickened passersby told the Longford Leader that they saw two balaclavaed individuals watching and video taping the events as they happened between 5.30am and 6am on Sunday night/Monday morning.
The doll had a paper bag over its head and was hanging from the bridge with a cardboard sign which had "nigers (sic) go home, youll never be Irish" written on it, alongside three hand-drawn swastikas. It was hung from the bridge between the hours of 5.15am and 5.30am approximately when it was discovered by passersby, and it was taken down eventually by Gardai at approximately 6am when they arrived on the scene. The responding Gardai saw two individuals running down the railway tracks.
"This is the first time we have ever seen this type of thing in Longford, it is a very worrying development. It is unwelcome obviously, and if anybody has any information relating to this matter, we would ask them to contact the Gardai. We are taking it very seriously," said a Garda spokesperson
One of the passerby who spoke with the Longford Leader after the event described how he and friends had been driving on the Dublin Road at the time, when they noticed the doll.
"There was a vehicle in front of us, a van, and it slowed down to have a look at what was hanging off the bridge. We saw it and were intrigued by it as well. We drove on a bit and some of us got out and walked back."
One of the two men, who hd been out of sight, then confronted them and the passerby returned to their car whilst the two thugs threw stones at them.
The passerby guessed from their demeanour and build that the two men were not youths but in their early to mid twenties. One of the men was recording the events with a digital video recorder.
Paddie Connellan, a local election candidate who put the passerby in contact with the Leader explained that she saw the incident as being "deplorable" and highlighted the need for more Gardai resources.

"Most of the time when someone asks such a stupid question that's none of their business, I just tell them to stuff it and I don't play their game, 'cause they usually have an agenda and these days many of them are hateful and bigoted genocidists who are just trying to kill off White people in all ways possible.
"Their intolerant name calling and brow beating is just part of their agenda. It ain't gonna work, man. It ain't gonna work. Some of us know the truth and we're keeping the light alive. But this time I figured I'd go along, so I asked the guy to define the term racist. He said 'it means you hate people of other races.' I told him that I don't hate people of other races or other religions or other anything. The question got me thinking, though, about race and religion, 'cause the two are intertwined.
"Now, one's religious views are one's own business and nobody else's business, but I figure true religion is all encompassing and others often try to butt into it with questions, like this guy asked me, that on the surface may not seem to be religious questions, but which really are.
"So I told him that true science tells us that the different races are genetically different from each other in many ways and that no one with eyes to see can deny the differences and that true religion is scientific. He then said if I meant skin color that this was just a minor difference. I told him that's the way it works in nature. Seemingly minor things at this end of the microscope, so to speak, are magnified into very major things at the other end. Minor differences in the genes equal major differences as the genes are expressed. After all, we're all composed of the same basic chemicals and we all arose from the same general principles and processes. So, in one sense we're all alike, but if we want to help evolution and our purpose along, then we need to recognize the differences and we need to emphasize the differences in such a way that we can all fulfill our destinies as God or nature has intended.
"Look, everything is spinning and turning and that causes change. Only things that have no spinning or turning don't change. The cosmos is a self ordering and self organizing system and it does it all by spinning. Give DNA a little spin this way and you have this type of creature, spin it just a bit this other way and you've got something else all made from the same stuff. It's all the same, but it's all different. I figure that at the center is the One that started the spinning. Think of that One as an explosion or the natural workings of the cosmos or whatever, it doesn't matter. You might even think of that One as the axle of existence and the mouth of the tornado and the cosmic hurricane. He or she or it is the furnace of creation and destruction. But you know what? I bet if we could ever penetrate to the center we wouldn't find anything different, just more of the same like when you penetrate to the center of an onion.
"Am I a racist? Nope. The concept is wrong. I don't hate anyone or anything. Even the other term "racialist," which is sometimes defined as a person who recognizes that races are different but who doesn't hate others of other races, doesn't really describe me completely. It's too small a term and is too limited to really be some sort of all encompassing religious definition, and what I believe can't be defined except in religous terms. So, race and genes are part of the larger reality, but they ain't all of it and anyone who bases his religon soley on them has too small a vision of reality. You see pictures of those spinning galaxies far away in space? The same basic thing is in every cell of our body but much smaller.
"Everything changes. Inert chemicals change and they evolve sometimes into life. What are we? We're all animated dirt, that's what. And humans are also thinking dirt. Life evolves sometimes to higher life or sometimes it devolves to lower life or sometimes it changes and the changes make it extinct eventually or sometimes it changes and you don't see much difference. We start as dirt and we end up as dirt and we're dirt in between. But, when we're in between we're dirt that thinks and reproduces. One thing is certain, and don't forget this, all of existence is spinning in space and time and this creates a spiral spinning from the smallest things to the largest. It's in the living and in the unliving and this ensures that nothing stays the same for long. It makes everything change. It builds and it destroys through all eternity using the same material over and over again.
"Nope. I'm not a racist. Maybe what I am is a spiralist or a differentialist or an essentialist. I don't know what a good term would be, but this is my religion."
"Are you getting this stuff from that book you mentioned to me before?" I asked.
"Yup."
"You said you wanted me to type it or do something with it, so where is it? When can I see it?"

"Never mind. That just slipped out. Forget I said it. It's not yet time. I'll let you know when it's time."
"See, if you want to talk about true religion you have to talk about life and if you talk about life you have to talk about man and if you talk about man you have to talk about races and genes and all the rest. They're all part of religion. If your religion ignores them, then it ain't true religion at all. Let me skip ahead and give you a taste of this in a slightly different way. Stay with me now. See, most White people are a little like possums. They just don't get it, and they do things that will lead to their extinction. It's not that they're stupid, exactly, but their programming is wrong.
"I figure that our brains have something like defaults like in computers that were built in at the time we were created or as we evolved, or whatever, and that even though the default settings have been modified some over the years, they still remain largely locked in the past when they were first created. If things progressed without man's rapid-fire inventions, the defaults would have time to adjust, but because our technology moves so fast, these default settings don't always adjust in time to help us. This means that we must use our intellects to choose different custom settings and override some of the defaults. In other words we can't wait for blind evolution to change us. We have to take control and make it happen or we're gonna be extinct.
"See, it's like possums. One of their defaults is to play dead when they're frightened. God or nature gave them this default way back when most of the things that would kill possums were other animals whose own default settings were that they wouldn't eat something that they didn't kill themselves, because if something just up and died there was probably something wrong with the critter that might harm the eaters if they ate the thing. Now, that default setting worked pretty well for possums for millions of years. But now that we have automobiles and many possums live in urban areas, the automobiles just run over the playing dead possums and make them really dead. If possums were as intelligent as some humans and had higher consciousness as do some humans, then they would try to find a way to change the default setting so that they wouldn't play dead when cars came near them, but, instead, would run out of the way. However, they can't do this. That's because, as far as we know, they don't have the intelligence or the consciousness to even think along these lines. They can't override and change their default settings. Because to do this requires the ability to think as we can think. Thus, possums are left with the blind workings of nature to somehow change their default settings before so many of them are squished by cars that the critical number of possums falls below a level where they can survive as a species. Now, of course, there are other factors involved here such as nature increasing the defaults on possum birth rates to compensate for so many being killed, and other things as well, but I'm tryin' to illustrate a point here.
"See, White folks had our default settings set back when we lived in lands far removed from other types of humans. As a result of these settings and where we lived, we invented religions and made up laws and social structures that contemplated all people being just like us and having the same defaults as us. It's like when we zigged, most other White people also zigged and when we zagged, they zagged. Then, we invented mass transportation. Suddenly, our lands, which we had made more prosperous and desirable than the lands inhabited by the other 90% of humanity, were open to the rest of humanity that wanted the lifestyles and prosperity and low crime and all the rest that we had created for ourselves in our lands. What they and even most White people didn't and still don't understand is that these things were a product of our genes. We built the type of nests that our genes told us to build just as nature tells each type of bird to build a particular type of nest. It's the default settings in the genes, man. Instead of understanding that, and trying to overcome their own default settings in their genes that made their lands places to flee from, non-White people simply came to our lands, thinking what we had was a result of some accident of fate or because we had a better government or something like that. They never realized that the way we govern ourselves and our laws and how we relate to each other and the world around us is also from our genes. Anyway, our default settings weren't set right for us to survive in the midst of millions of people unlike us and this has led to a situation where we face our own extinction as we're swamped with their genes and our own low birthrates.
"I believe that White people can change our default settings and that we need to change them away from some of our defaults while leaving others intact and that's how we're going to survive.
"How do we change our defaults, you may ask? The first thing we must do is get our heads screwed on right and think correctly about ourselves, the world around us, and the cosmos. Then we need to get the right belief system and internalize it so that it will release hormones and other chemicals into our blood stream that will cause changes to us.
"How do we know the right things to do?" I asked.

In another manipulation of the "democratic" political process, French courts fined Brigitte Bardot, the 69-year-old actress who was an international sex symbol in the 1960s, for "inciting racial hatred" against Muslims.
The $6000 fine, her fourth, was levied on the first day of European-wide elections, and is punishment for Scream In the Silence, her powerful book condemning the decline of France. Madame Bardot is a passionate defender of animal rights and a leading member of Jean-Marie Le Pen's pro-White Front National (FN).
The timing of the decision is a blatant attempt to smear the FN as "criminals" a tactic used against White nationalists worldwide.
"Mme. Bardot presents Muslims as barbaric and cruel invaders, responsible for terrorist acts and eager to dominate the French to the extent of wanting to exterminate them," the court said.

In her book, she also attacks homosexuals as "fairground freaks," condemns the presence of women in government and denounces the "scandal of unemployment benefits."
Bardot's attacks on Muslims prompted anti-racism groups to launch legal proceedings against the former star, who turned her back on film after 46 films to concentrate on animal welfare.
Bardot, who in her 1960s heyday was the epitome of French feminine beauty, was fined $3,250 in January 1998 after being convicted of inciting racial hatred in comments about civilian massacres in Algeria.
Four months earlier, a court fined her for saying France was being overrun by sheep-slaughtering Muslims.
One must salute Mme. Bardot's courage, and her statement heard round the world that non-White immigration is related to "Mediocrity ...taking over from beauty and splendor" is worth a million dollars. Some agents are irate and said they are amazed and embarrassed to find that their new orders for green shirts and trousers - and maybe other uniform items - are being filled with articles of clothing manufactured south of the border.
It is an ironic twist, they said, for the agency whose job it is to patrol the U.S.-Mexico border.
"I just received a half-dozen new shirts, pants - and the labels all say they are made in Mexico," said Rich Pierce, a Tampa-based agent and executive vice president of the 16,000-member National Border Patrol Council, the agents' union. "Why can't we have uniforms made in the U.S.? What's next? Shipping our Border Patrol jobs to the Mexicans? The other agents I've talked to all think this is some bad joke."

threatening phone calls. "Somebody smashed a window in
my truck and caused some damage in the engine
compartment. I don't know if this explosion is
connected to those incidents," peeped the bewildered,
hardworking Negro.

bought politician, we were informed that the "hate

Now, enmeshed in a guerrilla war, Americans are
demanding to know who told us we would be welcomed
with garlands of flowers. Who said our troops would
come home in a year? Who said democracy would flourish
across the Arab world? Who misled us about the weapons
of mass destruction? Who lied us into war?
But the neocons may be facing problems more serious
than entering the history books alongside the Whiz
Kids of the McNamara era who got it wrong in Vietnam

According to The New York Times, U.S. intelligence
officials claim that Ahmad Chalabi informed the top
Iranian agent in Baghdad that the Americans had broken
their top secret code and were reading their
messages to Tehran. Chalabi reportedly told his
Iranian contact he got this intel from a high American
official who was drunk.
According to writer Sidney Blumenthal, the FBI is now
visiting AEI to interrogate scholars in residence to
learn who leaked word we had broken the Iranian code
to Chalabi, who is emerging as the Alger Hiss of the
neoconservatives.
Another question is whether Chalabi was being used all
along by Tehran to goad the United States into
invading Iraq, thus opening the door to a Shi'ite
regime in Baghdad, which, with Shi'ite Iran, might
control the Persian Gulf and its oil treasures in
perpetuity.
If so, this Iranian coup would rank with Bismarck's
doctoring of the Ems telegram to goad Napoleon III
into a war that cost him his throne and
Alsace-Lorraine, and united Germany behind a Prussian
king whom Bismarck would have crowned Kaiser in the
Hall of Mirrors at Versailles.
The White House dumping of Chalabi represents a rout
for the neocons, who had all their chips on this pony.
For Chalabi had promised them that, once installed in
power, he would recognize Israel and resurrect the old

Another scandal on the back burner that could explode
and spill over before November is the Justice
Department's investigation into the White House leak
of the CIA identity of the wife of former Ambassador
Joe Wilson. That leak was a retaliatory strike on
Wilson for an op-ed in The New York Times that
undermined Bush's claim in his 2003 State of the Union
Address that Iraq was seeking uranium for nuclear
weapons in the African nation of Niger.
Apparently, Justice is not only seeking to identify
the leakers, but looking at the possibility that FBI
investigators were misled or lied to. President Bush
has himself hired outside counsel. As ever, it is
not the offense, but the cover-up that ensnares them.
Then there is the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. This
appears to be working its way up the chain of command
toward the E-Ring of the Pentagon and even the West
Wing of the White House. If orders went out to ignore
the Geneva Convention, and prisoners who had nothing
to do with terrorism were abused or tortured, or died
in captivity, famous heads could roll.
Later this summer, the 9-11 commission reports. It
seems certain to single out Wolfowitz and
administration neoconservatives along the line of
argument of Richard Clarke's Against All Enemies for
an obsession with Iraq that blinded the White House to
the real and present danger of bin Laden and al-Qaeda.
Beyond this, the national press, cable TV and the
Internet are still flush with stories of how, in a
secret Pentagon intel shop, neocons
"cherry-picked" the prewar intelligence and
"stove-piped" it up to Cheney's office, where it was
inserted into the addresses of President Bush.
The Night of the Long Knives has begun. The military
and CIA are stabbing the neocons front, back and
center, laying responsibility on them for the mess in
Iraq. Meanwhile, the Balkan wars of the American
Right have reignited, with even the normally quiescent
Beltway conservatives scrambling to get clear of the
neocon encampment before the tomahawking begins.
But a larger matter looms than the cashiering of
ideologues and apparatchiks whose time has come and
gone. If Bush's "world democratic revolution" and "Pax
Americana" are out, what is in?
What is our post-Iraq foreign policy to be? After we
come home from Iraq, how far does retrenchment go? If
the neocons are being stuffed into the Hefty bags of
history, who moves up next?

States are setting a low bar for high school seniors and requiring only middle school knowledge to pass English and mathematics exit exams to graduate, according to a study released June 10.
Achieve Inc. http://www.achieve.org/ , a bipartisan, nonprofit education organization formed by governors and prominent business leaders, analyzed public high school graduation exams in Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio and Texas. Students in those states make up a quarter of the nation's high school students and half of U.S. students who must take exit exams to earn a diploma.
Math tests required for high school diplomas in those six states measure what students in other countries are learning in seventh and eighth grades, Achieve concluded.
The study also found that English exit exams in those states cover material that most U.S. students should have covered by 10th grade or earlier. Standards for passing both the mathematics and English tests are "only a fraction" of what colleges and employers expect, according to the analysis.
Achieve compared the states' math standards to the Third International Mathematics and Science Study http://nces.ed.gov/timss/ , which has examined curricula and teaching methods around the globe every four years since 1995. The English tests were compared to a scale developed by ACT Inc. , formerly American College Testing, one of the nation's two major college-admissions testing organizations.
"Given where the bar on these tests is currently set and compared to the expectations colleges and employers have for high school graduates, it is perfectly reasonable to require students to pass these exams," said Achieve's Executive Vice President Matthew Gandal.
The report is the latest salvo in the ongoing battle over high-stakes testing. Students in 20 states must pass exit exams to earn a high school diploma, and at least four more states will require the tests by 2008. Supporters argue that the tests help raise expectations for all students and increase the value of the high school diploma.
Critics say that the exams are unfair because low-income and minority students generally fail at much higher rates than other groups of students. Instead of improving the academic performance of disadvantaged groups, the exams will push more students to drop out, critics argue.
So far, states have been caught in the middle of a heated debate over whether the tests will force improvements in the education system or just punish students who are receiving substandard schooling.
In Massachusetts this year, 96 percent of the senior class passed the state exams and will earn their diplomas. Achieve President Michael Cohen, who was an education adviser to President Bill Clinton, called that a "remarkable success." The passing rate is especially good news considering that less than half of students passed the tests in 1998, he said.
But controversy erupted last year in Florida when nearly 13,000 students, mostly minorities, were denied diplomas after failing the state's exams.
If the tests are really only at a middle-school level, then the public should be alarmed at the failure rates in some states, said Patte Barth, a policy analyst at the Education Trust , in reaction to the Achieve study. And the high number of minority and low-income students who fail is another sign of inequities in the school systems, she said.
Keith Gayler, associate director of the Center on Education Policy in Washington, D.C., was not surprised by Achieve's analysis. States should set a higher bar for their high school diplomas, but they also need to ensure that students are getting enough preparation for the tests, he said.
In Nevada last year, state officials had to lower the passing score for their mathematics exam, which required a large amount of algebraic knowledge, Gayler said. But not every high schooler took algebra because there was no statewide requirement, he said.
To avoid that problem, Maryland and Virginia students must pass exams at the end of several required courses, Gayler said.
To graduate, Maryland students must take courses and state exams in English, algebra, biology and government. But failing the tests does not yet count against graduation. The state Board of Education will vote next week whether to require students to pass the tests to earn a diploma beginning with the class of 2009.
The class of 2004 is the first in Virginia required to pass two end-of-course exams in English and tests on four other courses of the student's choosing to earn a diploma. The class of 2007 will have to pass two English exams, as well as tests in math, science, social studies and one course that the student chooses.
Requiring more than one test is one of the recommendations of the Achieve study, which also suggests that states gradually make their exit exams more challenging. States also could require a research project or a portfolio of student work to assess a student's academic achievement, it said.
"States cannot afford to back away from these requirements or they risk leaving another generation of young people unprepared," said Achieve's Gandal.

ALBANY, N.Y. A judge Thursday dismissed criminal charges against a small-town mayor for marrying gay couples.
Barring an appeal, the ruling spares New Paltz Mayor Jason West the possibility of fines or jail time for presiding at the weddings of more than two dozen same-sex couples on Feb. 27. The weddings drew the Hudson Valley village into the growing national debate over gay marriage.
The charges were thrown out by New Paltz Town Court Justice Jonathan Katz.
District Attorney Donald Williams did not immediately return a call for comment.
West and his lawyer E. Joshua Rosenkranz called the ruling a major victory for gay rights. "If history is any guide, this is the beginning of an unstoppable trend in New York," Rosenkranz said.
West, 27, faced 19 misdemeanor counts of solemnizing marriages for couples without a license. If convicted, he could have gotten a year in jail.
He remains barred from marrying same-sex couples under an order issued earlier this week by another judge.

As I WRITE these words, I am watching the coverage on BBC Television in Britain of the Anniversary of 'D-Day' (6th June 1944) - and the so-called 'Allied' Spitfire (fighter) and Lancaster (bomber) attacks against Europe. These attacks have been glorified all my life: I well remember as a boy putting together scaled-down plastic kit models of these airplanes, and reading 'Commando' magazines weekly which portrayed in cartoon form the victory of the British 'Tommy' (rank-and-file soldier) over the German enemy. (Even as recently as my own boyhood, thirty or so years ago, manly aggression in defence of your nation and people was recognised as healthy; no longer, alas).
(ILLUSTRATION: A pleasant image only to a hater of White people -- Whites bombing Whites during WWII, irreparably harming our strength and our gene pool, causing millions of Whites to die and their children never to come into being.)
It is only in retrospect that I have come to understand that World War Two was a Brothers' War, and that had the Axis rather than the Allies won it -- or, better yet, had the European peoples all stood together for a new order of racial integrity in Europe -- the British people would not now be swamped by an invasion of racial competitors -- to the almost certain guarantee of our destruction as a people.
It is surely no coincidence that in my home town, there is also to be a local government-subsidised 'Gay Pride' event this weekend. Just as we are encouraged by our rulers to celebrate siding with the forces which in 1939 wished for our extinction as a European people, we are also encouraged to celebrate our extinction through unproductive -- and disease-bearing -- sexual activity.
The same radio stations which play continuous and indistinguishable obscene and anti-White Black rants set to jungle drums, encourage our attendance at these celebrations of perversion. 'Everyone is welcome,' they say -- but one suspects those calling the perverts sick, twisted, and requiring sectioned medical help will not be recognised -- and will indeed likely be arrested!
So my regrets today are that a healthy, pro-European society did not emerge from the ashes of World War Two; and my regards are to those people who still are prepared to work to create such a new order.

Irish voters 'back baby law poll'
The Irish government says there is evidence of "citizenship tourism"
Early results from a referendum in the Irish Republic suggest voters back the tightening of their citizenship laws.
Nearly 80% of voters seem to have supported moves to end the automatic right to citizenship enjoyed by all babies born in Ireland.
The government said change was needed because foreign women were travelling to Ireland to give birth in order to get an EU passport for their babies.
More than a quarter of ballots have been counted.
Ireland is the only EU country to grant citizenship as an automatic right to children born there.
Voters were making their decision on the constitutional issue at the same time as they voted in the European Parliament elections.
To be approved, the government's referendum on a constitutional amendment requires only a simple majority.
The amendment will allow the government to pass a bill that would allow Irish-born children to receive automatic citizenship only if at least one parent is Irish or if parents have been resident in Ireland for at least three years.
Delicate issue
Ireland's Justice Minister Michael McDowell said there was evidence of what he termed "citizenship tourism".
The government says the law, as it stands, provides a loophole that is being exploited.
Opponents - including political parties such as the Labour Party, Sinn Fein and the Greens - see the situation differently.
They say the government is playing politics with the delicate issue of race and immigration.
Critics believe there is no reason to hold a referendum on this matter and say the numbers of women coming to Ireland to give birth is so small that it does not warrant a poll.

In a rarely-given opportunity to vote directly on such matters, Irish people are attempting to reign in the impending flood of non-Europeans into Eire. Irish citizens went to the polls in a constitutional referendum June 11 to decide whether Ireland's weak citizenship laws should be amended to restrict the "citizenship" of non-Irish born in the Republic. Early returns show that -- as seen on virtually all of those rare occasions when White people are given a free choice on the matter -- a huge majority, over 80 per cent., want to abolish the 'automatic citizenship' given to mostly-non-White immigrant mothers.
Presently Ireland is seen as "Europe's backdoor" as pregnant non-Whites flock into the island, taking advantage of Irish social services to deliver their offspring, who are then automatically considered "Irish," and thus European Union, citizens.
The proposed amendment would tighten up Irish laws concerning nationality, which at present make a joke of Irish self-determination and threaten to swamp the Republic with non-Whites, along the lines of what has happened elsewhere in Europe. While the amendment is only a small step, it is widely seen as part of a fight for the very soul of Ireland.
The new law is sadly weak, however, as the BBC reports:
"The amendment will allow the government to pass a bill that would allow Irish-born children to receive automatic citizenship only if at least one parent is Irish or if parents have been resident in Ireland for at least three years."
Since only a simple majority was needed, and about 80 per cent. was obtained, one hopes for a similar law, with the loopholes eliminated. The law Ireland (and every other White nation) needs is one that preserves the integrity and living space of our race -- without a single exception or loophole -- and which would reverse the floodtide of non-White immigration until our homelands are ours alone.
Ironically, Sinn Fein, political wing of the Irish Republican Army, as well as the Sinn Fein splinter Marxist organization The Workers Party, oppose the amendment. This radical "Republican tradition" has long traded on its die-hard, "pro-Irish" reputation, which has included terrorist actions against White civilians. Yet when faced with the task of preserving the literal existence of the Irish people genetically, these frauds are actively aiding the extinction of their folk.
June 11 also marked the first day of the continent-wide European Union elections, in which pro-White organizations are expected to do well. While the Irish referendum is only a tiny fraction of what is needed in Ireland and Europe as a whole, it, as well as the growing support for openly pro-White platforms elsewhere, is an indication that people in Europe are finally waking up.

Skydiver killed in the southern Golan Heights

An Israeli skydiver was killed Friday noon in the south of the Golan Heights.
Police said that Shahar Dayan, 30, from Rehovot, was participating in a
skydiving course taking place in the Golan Heights. His companions saw him
falling down and alerted the police. Security forces and volunteers searched
for Dayan in the area. He was found and taken by helicopter to the hospital,
where doctors determined his death, Israel Radio reported.

I have been asked by friends in Australia for information about the elections which have just taken place here in Great Britain. I hope people elsewhere find my report useful.
ELECTIONS IN BRITAIN AND BNP RESULTS SO FAR
(Timed at 9.30pm, Saturday 12 June 2004)
The governing Labour Party seems to have received a real pounding in the Borough Council, Greater London Mayoral, Greater London Authority and European Parliament elections held last Thursday, 10th June.
The heavy anti-Labour swing - from which minority parties seem to have derived some benefit - seems to have been stimulated largely as a result of the electorate's sustained opposition to, first and foremost, Britain's involvement with the war in Iraq - and especially disgust at the government's lies to promote that involvement.
Secondly, public opinion seems to be hardening against Britain's involvement with the European Union, the proposed European Constitution and the abandonment of the Pound Sterling in favour of the Euro ( ).
Substantial public disquiet concerning the endless flood of alien immigrants and asylum-seekers and the inequity of the Council Tax system is also part of the persistent mood music.
The results in the Borough Council, Greater London Mayoral and Greater London Authority elections have now been announced - or almost all of them. The European Parliament election results are not due to be announced until some time late tomorrow (Sunday 13th June).
Items from 1 to 3 below constitute my assessment of results announced in this morning's 'Daily Telegraph' and 'Guardian'. 'The Guardian's' report on the BNP results was headlined: "Mixed results a surprise for BNP". Item 4 is some background information concerning the BNP's Euro election arrangements.
1. BOROUGH COUNCIL ELECTIONS:
(1.1) No big leap forward seems to have been made by the BNP in the North-West region - for a long time thought of as the party's hot spot. The BNP just about held its ground in Burnley but failed to make any progress in Bolton or anywhere else in the region. (This may have implications for the outcome of the European Parliament election in which party leader Nick Griffin is standing as No. 1 candidate on the BNP North-West of England regional list.)
(1.2) In the Yorkshire region a few gains (I think 4) in Bradford. In Calderdale two seats have been added to the seat won last January. Gains predicted (by the BNP) in Leeds failed to materialise.
(1.3) In the West Midlands, the two seats won previously in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, were retained, but a seat previously won in Sandwell was lost. Birmingham's results were postponed from yesterday (Friday 11th June) due to disputed results and consequent re-counts.
(1.4) No success anywhere in North-East region. (A Sunderland candidate arrested after a brawl with Reds).
(1.5) In the 'Home Counties' (immediately around London), a seat was gained in Broxbourne (Hertfordshire) but in Thurrock (Essex) one of its two seats were lost. Three seats were won in Epping Forest, Essex (one of trio being the much-publicised Jewish lady candidate).
2. LONDON MAYORAL ELECTIONS:
(2.1) The BNP candidate got about 4 per cent, beaten by the Green Party and UKIP candidates - and of course by Conservative, Labour and Lib-Dem.
(2.2) Winner Ken Livingtone this time stood as an official Labour Party candidate. His victory and percentage of the poll was out of line with terrible Labour Party results elsewhere in the country because he continually made a point of distancing himself from Labour Prime Minister Tony Bliar's Iraq War policy, which seems to have been a big issue nationwide, even though these were local government elections.
3. GREATER LONDON AUTHORITY ELECTIONS:
(3.1) These GLA elections were organised on the transferable vote/proportional representation system which required parties to put forward candidate lists (individuals listed in descending order of electability) rather than individual candidates.
(3.2) The BNP's list did not attract sufficient primary or secondary votes to get any of its candidates elected. The overall percentage attracted was similar (or a bit less) than that achieved by the Mayoral candidate.
(3.3) Two seats each were won by the Green Party (down from three seats) and United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP).
(3.4) UKIP benefited from a strong nationwide swell of anti-European Union sentiment among the electorate, supported by much of the 'tabloid' press which tends to be anti-EU.
4. THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ELECTIONS:
(4.1) The results in these Euro elections are not due to be announced until the end of Sunday, 13th June. The full detailed results will probably not be known until Monday morning, 14th June. These Euro elections are held on the proportional representation/transferable vote system.
(4.2) At Nick Griffin's insistence, a large part of the BNP's financial resources were poured into the North-West of England Euro-Constituency where he is No. 1 order of electability! He is able to do this because the BNP has no proper Constitution, elected governing body or annual membership conference. His allocation of finances has caused some resentment among candidates in potentially winnable wards in Borough elections within the North-West region and elsewhere in the country.
(4.3) Some have asked why the leader of their party would wish to be buried away in the European Parliament rather than cultivate a Westminster Parliament constituency - where (for the moment) power still resides and where he would be able raise a much higher profile for himself and the BNP with the British electorate.
(4.4) To answer this - like any other question about what Griffin does and why - one has to follow the money trail.
(4.5) Each member of the European Parliament can expect to take home 250,000 a year. This is made up of the equivalent of the Westminster Parliament MP's salary plus HUGE Euro-Parliament "expenses" which are designed to ensure that recipients don't rock the Euro boat. Griffin's idealistic grand strategy has been devised to provide him with a 250,000 a year income. After that, who knows? He might get lucky and land a Westminster Parliament salary as well. Plenty of dosh slopping around to employ his entire family. (Daddy and Mummy have long been on the payroll.)
(4.6) At the time Griffin picked for himself the No. 1 spot on the BNP's North-West of England Euro elections list the party looked set fair to make big electoral inroads in that region. In recent months Griffin and the BNP propaganda machine has led rank and file members to believe that he would be elected to the European Parliament. Negotiations were held with Jean-Marie Le Pen of the French National Front with that outcome in mind and with a view to setting up a 'Nationalist Bloc' within the Euro Parliament (leading to a further cash cascade!)
(4.7) The unspectacular results in the local borough council elections in the North-West region [see paragraph 1.1 above] do not make Griffin's election a certainty, even with the proportional representation system - which did not do the BNP any good in the London Mayoral/GLA elections [see paragraph 2.1 and 3.2 above]. It must now be a nail-biting time for Mr. Greedy.
(4.8) Somebody who knows the BNP's internal currents better than me told me yesterday that if Griffin doesn't get elected to the Euro Parliament and if the other election results are not extremely good by way of compensation, "then he's toast". I will not predict the result. I will merely quote Harold Macmillan' s warning words about the things which can disrupt politicians' plans:

Limbaugh To End 10-year Marriage to Jewess
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. Conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh announced Friday that he and his wife, Marta, are divorcing.
The Limbaughs "mutually decided to end their marriage of 10 years" and have "separated pending an amicable resolution," according to a statement released by Limbaugh's publicist.
The couple shared a $24 million oceanfront mansion in nearby Palm Beach, from where Limbaugh often broadcast his daily three-hour show.
Spokesman Tony Knight said the matter was personal and declined further comment.
It was the third marriage for both Limbaugh, 53, and his 44-year-old wife, who were wed May 27, 1994 at the Virginia home of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Thomas officiated the ceremony.
The past several months have been difficult for the politically and socially conservative Limbaugh, who announced in October that he was entering drug rehabilitation because he was addicted to prescription painkillers.

When the Going Was Bad
Waugh Abroad: Collected Travel Writing. By Evelyn Waugh. Knopf. 1106 pp. $25.

The year 2003 marked the centenary of the birth of Evelyn Waugh, which Knopf has chosen to observe by reissuing all seven of his "travel" books in one handsome, inexpensive Everyman's Library volume. Most of these titles have been out of print, or only sporadically in print, since they were originally published. Waugh did make a selection from the first four of them in 1945, under the title When the Going Was Good, but that book omits too much material to serve either as a chronicle of the author's literary development or as a fully satisfying treatment of any of the events he recounts. And so this new collection is a considerable boon to the Waugh enthusiast.
It is not, however, a particularly notable contribution to the cause of travel books considered as a distinct genre. Such books have a rich tradition in Britain, and many occupy an honored place in the nation's literature. Indeed, many preserve some of the more perdurable specimens of English prose: the dry picaresque of Robert Louis Stevenson's travel stories, the droll elegance of A. W. Kinglake's Eothen, the haunting beauty of C. M. Doughty's Travels in Arabia Deserta, the luminous austerity of Wilfred Thesiger's books, the crystalline perfection of Norman Douglas', the fluent, faintly metaphysical lyricism of Freya Stark's. And, of course, towering above the entire fieldserene and monumentalstand the works of Patrick Leigh Fermor. Judged alongside any of these, purely as literary excursions, Waugh's books fail almost absolutely.
But this is only to say that the pleasure they afford is of another sort. For the most part, Waugh's books are not really about travel at all. True travel writers work upon the assumption that their task is, primarily, to see and to describe, and where possible to enter into as profound a sympathy for their subjects as they can; Waugh proceeds upon the (subversive) assumption that his business is to evaluate and to comment, and to avoid sympathy as assiduously as circumstances and good taste permit. For all his considerable prowess as a stylist, in these books he rarely troubles to convey any image or experience with appreciable vividness or pungency (except where an opportunity for mockery presents itself). Any reader of his novels knows that he was quite capable of painting pictures with words when necessary; but his genius lay elsewhere. His prose is urbane, unsentimental, and economical, hospitable to moments of purple abandon but at its best when its controlled and even flow allows him to pass from delicacy to savagery and back again without any visible effort. It is, in short, a prose of personality, not of scenery; of irony, not of anecdotes. And so it is in these books.

PATRIOTIC probation staff in Bolton supporting the England soccer team are furious after being told they cannot display the St George's flag during working hours.
The probation service across Greater Manchester has banned employees from flying the English flag from their cars while visiting clients.
The action was taken by bosses after concerns were raised that the national emblem had been highjacked in the past by extreme political parties such as the British National Party.
Probation service chiefs believe the flag sends out a negative message and could cause upset and offence to certain sections of society. They issued a memo to hundreds of workers in the Greater Manchester Probation service, including more than 100 staff based in Bolton.
But angry staff have hit out at the ban and said they had wanted to fly the St George's flag with pride ahead of tomorrow's England game against France in the Euro 2004 finals.
One employee based at the Bolton probation offices in St Helena Mill, St Helena Street said: "I'm furious that our bosses see fit to tell us what we can or cannot put on our own cars.
"We are trusted to go out every day to deal with murderers, rapists, paedophiles and other criminals, and we always show great sensitivity when we deal with the public.
"We have a high level of responsibility in our jobs and it's a bit insulting to be told when we can fly flags on our own vehicles, especially when everyone in town is euphoric and driving round with flags on display everywhere.
"It's very condescending to be told by management that you will not do this because somebody might or might not be offended."
The employee also said the memo had been heavily criticised by staff using the probation service's internal communications network - so much so that management had closed down the discussion sessions.
A Home Office spokeswoman said: "We took the decision to ban flying the St George's flag during working hours following concerns expressed by staff.
"It is a sensitive issue where the BNP have used the flag of St George as their emblem and this would send out the wrong message when we go into certain areas of the community.
"Employees are more than welcome to fly the flag in their own time and at home, but not during working hours."
The offending memo said: "We have received a note of concern about members of staff displaying flags in offices and vehicles while at work.
"While it is understood that people want to show their support for the England team, we are sensitive that our national flag has been used in a negative context and causes upset and offence."
"As an organisation, we value diversity and want to develop a sense of inclusiveness.
"Our intentions therefore are that national flags or similar emblems should not be displayed on or around probation premises untless they are a requirement of the building.
"We also ask that staff do not display flags or emblems while undertaking probation business. We thank you for your co-operation in that regard."
Thousands of motorists, taxi drivers and homes across the borough have been flying the flag of St George for weeks in the lead-up to Euro 2004, which starts today.
Other public service employees, including Inland Revenue staff at Bolton, have not been banned from flying the St George's flag while at work.

What's your response?
[Peter Brimelow replies: Our response is as follows: yawn. Notoriously, the modern definition of "racist" is "someone who is winning an argument with a liberal [libertarian/ neoconservative]." "White supremacist" is merely the version of the same smear that the entrenched Sierra Club staff apparently used in what, by a process akin to biblical scholarship, we deduce to have been a memo circulated to their Establishment media mouthpieces, who credulously reproduced it in tellingly similar pieces under their own bylines. For, as Hernandez' silly flailing makes clear, the Sierra Old Guard has no rational defense against the Sierra insurgents' point: conservation in the U.S. requires ending population growthwhich, because Americans have spontaneously stabilized their population, means ending immigration.
Absurdly, Hernandez concedes that ending immigration "might mean less overcrowding here"but then claims that, because it would not prevent Mexican environmental degradation, immigration reduction does not "deserve the name environmental policy'..."
Of course, no American domestic policy can prevent Mexican environmental degradation. But the correct policy can prevent American environmental degradation, and should.
Moreover, the U.S."ecological footprint" is much larger than the rest of the world. So stabilizing the American population has direct global implications.
Needless to say, Hernandez' real preoccupation is ethnic. As we have noted before, VDARE.COM is obviously not a "White Supremacist" site, if for no other reason than that it publishes non-whites. We do publish writers who could fairly be described as "white nationalists," in that they explicitly defend the interests of American whiteswho, however, made up 90 percent of the populations in 1960, before the disaster of the 1965 Act. And we will continue to do so, because this point of view is at least as legitimate as black nationalism or Hispanic nationalism.
Hispanic nationalism is particularly relevant here. That's exactly what motivates Hernandez himself. He is an immigrant who has chosen to be a professional token Hispanic. His King Features webpage explicitly promotes his column as "an insightful perspective on the way Hispanics are changing America, and on the way America is changing Hispanics" and reports gleefully that Hispanics are increasing because of "High levels of immigration..."
No wonder he doesn't want a rational debate on immigrationor, as it should properly be termed, invasion.
No wonder he feels such affinity - he tells us in his column - for the yellow-bellied sapsucker. (Hernandez claims to be a bird-watcher, enabling him to insinuate that illegal immigrants are just like bird migrations. Nobody here but us yellow-bellied sapsuckers!)
Not for the first time, the driving force in the immigration debate turns out to be, not the immigration reformers' "racism"but the immigration enthusiasts' treason.

Our county legislature meets once a month or so, largely to authorize line-item resolutions spending federal, state and local revenues. There are also, however, a few "Sense Resolutions" on offer to the legislators, in which they can express a collective opinion about something or other.
On June 8 one of the items before the legislature was Sense Resolution S-042: "Memorializing resolution requesting Federal government to enforce immigration laws." This resolution was hotly debated before being rejected for want of a single vote. Legislator Elie Mystal, who represents a district largely populated by African-Americans (but who himself hails from Haiti) said: "I am an immigrant and this bill is hatred."
My own representative, Republican Legislator Paul Tonna [email him], added:
"The fact is that in the history of the United States there's been a lot of unjust laws, this being one of them. I don't want the enforcement of this law because I think these laws are bad laws. They don't work."
Told that a certain gentleman maintained the doctrine that there is no intrinsic difference between good and evil, Dr. Johnson said: "Why, sir, when he leaves our house, let us count our spoons." Since Legislator Tonna believes that laws he does not like should not be enforced, I suggest that anyone inviting him to a dinner party should count spoons afterwards very carefully. Knives and forks, too, I should think.

Peter Brimelow responds: A significant number of readers have been distressingly sniffy about Ronald Reagan. (So was Sam Francis, but he's a grouch.) Of course, this sniffiness serves an important galvanizing function: Bob Simmons is quite right to stress the disaster of mass immigration, already becoming visible during Reagan's Presidency.
Nevertheless, I think this sniffiness unfair analytically and unwise politically.
Analytically, Reagan concentrated on two or three issues that were vital in his day and ignored much else in the sprawling, hydra-headed federal government. Immigration was not among those issues. But that was then and this is now. A new generation of issues has come to the fore. It is entirely natural that a new generation of political leaders will be required to deal with them. And when they do, they will have to pick their battles, as Reagan did.
Politically, dissing Reagan says in effect that all action is hopeless. And it's not. After the Goldwater disaster, the American Conservative Movement was every bit as deeply in the hole as the Immigration Reform Movement is now. It climbed out. The Immigration Reform Movement can and will do the same.
That is the real meaning of Reagan.

Suspects In Mississippi Woman's Killing Caught In Louisiana

BOGALUSA, La. -- Three people face capital murder charges after they were caught allegedly trying to cash the checks of a Mississippi woman who was found slain in the trunk of her car.
Authorities said Edith Blackwell, 85, disappeared Tuesday from her dairy farm in Tylertown, Miss. Her body was found in the car trunk in a remote area of southwest Mississippi on Wednesday.
Bogalusa police Sgt. Darrell Darden identified the suspects as Carey Williams, 28, who once worked for the victim; Williams' wife, Taquana Bell, 29; and Laroncus Smith, 21, Williams' nephew.
According to investigators, Hancock Bank officals were alerted to watch for activity on Blackwell's checking account after she was found to be missing.
Bank officials reported that a man and a woman had tried to cash one of Blackwell's checks at the Bogalusa branch, and that the transaction had been videotaped. After viewing the tape, officials with the Bogalusa Police Department and Wathall County law enforcement officers identified Bell and alerted police to be on the lookout for her car.
Bell was stopped as she was driving with Williams and Smith. The three were questioned and one of them -- whom police did not name -- allegedly decided to cooperate, confessed, and then led investigators to Blackwell's body. The cooperating individual implicated the other two, police said.
Officials said they were unsure whether Blackwell was killed before she was locked in the trunk, or died of suffocation.
Louisiana officials are processing the suspects for extradition to Mississippi.

A man suspected in the stabbing death of a Livonia trustee may be in Atlanta, according to police.
Investigators obtained an arrest warrant Friday for Jamaal Lamar Coney, 21, of Ecorse.
Coney (pictured, left) is accused in the stabbing death of Schoolcraft College Trustee Richard DeVries.
DeVries, 64, was found slain in the bedroom of his Livonia condominium on Tuesday.
DeVries appeared to have been stabbed several times. Police believe the killing took place last Friday morning.
Investigators say Coney stole DeVries car and apparently fled the state. He was reportedly last seen in the Atlanta area.
Police believe the killing was not a random act of violence. Coney was apparently an acquaintance of Devries.
Coney is charged with premeditated murder, felony murder and armed robbery.
He's described as black, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 175 pounds. He's reportedly driving a 2003, four-door, Chevrolet Impala, silver or light gray in color with Michigan license plate number GYB474.
Investigators are currently coordinating their efforts with the FBI and authorities in the Atlanta area in the search for Coney.
A memorial service has been scheduled for DeVries (pictured, right) on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Schoolcraft College Vista-Tech building at 18600 Haggerty in Livonia.

In our age of illusions the hardest things of all sometimes appear to be the simplest of all. Some observers thought that unless the BNP won hundreds of council seats across the country, then the BNP had not had a good result.This is the 'simplicity paradigm' that the media want us to believe, but it is not the truth.
Understanding elections is not as simple as just counting votes and seats. The mass media expect us to follow the same 'numbers game' as they do in relation to electoral events, but this is not what is important in relation to the recent elections. The importantissues inmost elections are usually hidden beneath the crass verbiage and shallow comment of the media scribblers. They want us to dwell on the superficial and the insignificant and ignore the important and the essential. It is the same in this election.
Here are the factors that are important:
London boost in face of adversity
1) We almost doubled our vote in the London Assembly elections and the failure to geta GLA seat was due solelyto electoral fraud and corruption at the electoral counts. Tens of thousands of ballot papers have been designated as 'spoiled' and thousands more votes have been 'lost in the post'. Even though the media gave the 'establishment alternative' UKIP millions of pounds of free publicity in the lead up to election day in order to create a ' safety valve' for public discontent they still only managed to win two seats in London.
Whilst the mediaattacked us inthe most disgusting smear campaign in British history our vote still doubled in London. We have weathered the storm of their smears and lies and wehave grown stronger.Now we will begin the process of holding the media to account for their interference in a democratic election - along with the CWU postal union, Searchlight and all the other fascists that usurped our democratic rights.
We beat the Green Party in the vote for the London Mayor. This means thatthe BNP has more right to state publically that we are one of theauthentic 'Voices of Londoners' in the media than any member of the Green Party can. The next time the media promote the Greens whilst calling us 'unrepresentative' then we will remind them that more peoplevoted for our candidate to be Mayor of London than they did the Greens.

Our place in the south as well as the north
2) The important factor in the local elections is our rise in the South of England and our taking of seats in Bradford. These wins show that we can still grow evenwhilst the media attack us to the point of hysteria. The win in Burnley shows that we can 'embed' our votes in an constituency and build on them. The local elections also allowed us to publicise the party and build our local support bases. These will be the foundation of future growth.
The win in the south in Epping shows us thatwe can take seats anywhere in the country, not just thse northern towns afflicted with the worst of the poison of multi-culturalism. The people of the south arenow aware that unless they act soon, the problems of the north will soon be the problems of the south. This realisation is of historic importance.The southis about to experience massive growth for the BNP. We are all aware that the problems of immigration, Islamic extremism, crime, social welfare cuts, enviromental destruction, incompetent and impotent politicians andcorruptpoliceand these problems will only escalate over time.
We are now on the map in the South as the only party that can take council seats - UKIP are regarded as an one trick ponyand seen asonly able to win in European elections and rigged elections like the London election. UKIP spent 2 million pounds on advertising in the local elections - they won two council seats and two GLA seats.That is truly disastrous. The BNP could noteven get our election leaflets delivered by the postal service due to the actions of the marxist bigots in the trade unions. Once we have finished legally eviscerating the CWU union and the Royal Mail, then come nextelection we will ensure every election leaflet from the BNP is delivered.

UKIP folly
3 ) UKIPare being touted by the media as 'doing well' and under the terms of the 'simplicity paradigm' they did do well in the elections. But let's examine the facts. They won just two local council seats in the whole of the country and one of these is under legal review. They won twoseats on the GLA, but will be totally impotent to enact any of their policies. All they will do is demonstrate to the London public that a vote for UKIP really was awasted vote. The votethat the timid patriots of London lent to UKIP, they will give to us next time.
They have sold their souls to a celebrity idol, Robert Kilroy Silk, and as aresult they willeventually undergo a painful and very public split into vicious factionalismasthe current leadership struggle to save their positions from the perma-tanned interloper.
The support that UKIP received in these elections may actually kill it. In the event of it surviving it willbe encouraged and allowed by the mainstream media to disseminate 'nationalist' ideas into the collective consciousness of the British public and thereby preparing the population for our revolutionary nationalist message in the future. As the futility of a vote for UKIP becomes clearer then the disappointed nationaliststhat voted UKIP will flock to our banner, or be faced with the choice of watching as even more of our freedoms are surrendered to Europe and the international economy.
The nouveaux richesocial climbers and redundant ex-aristocratsof UKIPare about to enter the abyss of a globaleconomic collapse. The millions they spent on the party will no longer flow into its coffers. The Europe that they despise may, in the short term as result of this global crisis, actually even start to support the UK economy as it is hit hard by the global economic downturn. As we no longer have any manufacturing industries and the service economy is being hit by the export of jobs to Indian and China, then the United Kingdomwill be hit especially hardby a collapse in the global economy.
UKIP's sole policy - out of Europe - will seem absurd if the UKsuddenly becomes the recipient of much needed European aidmoney instead of anet donor of cash in the event of the United Kingdom economy collapsing as a result of the downturn of the global economy. Of all the European countries the United Kingdom is the weakest due to its dependency upon the global economy to survive.
But the issue of immigration will continue to grow and grow over the next decade. The issue of Europe will wane, as the issue of immigration rises. The BNP policyof working with our European nationalist partners to form a Pan-European Bloc working for the rightsof all indigenous European peoples and cultures and in the British national interest is the only policy that can defend both the interests of Britain and Europe. A strong nationalist British BNP government united with our European Nationalist partners in a strong Euro-Nationalist European Allianceis the only solution to the immense immigration crisis and civil chaos facing Europe in this century.The BNPwill force Europe to work from withinits own political institutions to protect the interests oftheindigenous European peoples first, and not prostrate itself to the global economy or America whilst its own people suffer.

Why didn't the BNP win any seats in Oldham or add to its number of councillors in Burnley ? was the sneering question thrown at BNP press spokesmen on the morning of 11 th June. The answer is simple: Because New Labour rigged the election to stop us winning seats, and the trick worked. This is nothing for anyone who values democracy to feel glad about.
Threats and lies
They changed the date of the council elections, changed the system by which we vote, advised their campaigners to drive a coach and horses through the spirit of the rules laid down by the Electoral Commission, replaced the secret ballot with instant computer recognition bar-coded voting papers - and then had party activists spreading rumours that BNP voters would be identified and would lose their jobs.
And, just to be on the safe side, in certain key areas at least, someone has been stealing ballot papers. What evidence do we have for such a serious allegation? Two so far: In Leeds, individuals who we know for certain voted turned up on the final list of people who had voted as not having done so.
Meanwhile, in Oldham, one ballot box in the St. James ward was spotted by a sharp-eyed BNP scrutineer as having only 412 ballot papers in it despite officially containing 579 votes. The ballots were counted three times, and confirmed as numbering just 412. The Civic Centre was called three times, and twice were adamant that the box contained 579 votes. Only on the third call did the answer change, becoming a claim that a mistake' had been made and that the real figure was indeed supposed to be 412.
Theft of votes
Given that this was in the ward being contested by Mick Treacy - the man the Powers That Be would least want to see standing up for local people in Oldham - we believe that a mistake was indeed made: Someone mistakenly failed to cover up their tracks when stealing 167 BNP votes just to make sure that the balance was tipped against the BNP. Those missing votes equate to more than 28% of the papers in that box, this is not an error, it's perhaps the only concrete evidence we'll have of a scandal of national proportions - a scandal that the controlled liberal media will ignore.
Significantly, the theft of BNP ballot papers, at the count itself, was a factor in Labour's successful drive to stop the BNP from winning extra seats in East London in 1994. The Labour party are past masters of such operations, just as the LibDems are now the leaders in the field of postal vote fraud.
Same stunts
We have no doubt now that the same stunts will be pulled across the country between now and the counting of the European election votes on Sunday. The local election results from many areas show that the three Old Gang' parties' unprecedented mutual co-operation pact against the BNP has prevented any further advance in our percentage vote, and led to a see-saw in terms of BNP council seats lost and won.
Our share of the vote is easily high enough to elect MEPs but, quite simply, we believe that far-left and Labour civil servants at town halls the length and breadth of this land will succumb to the temptation (and the nods and winks from the upper levels of their party) to give the democratic process a helping hand in coming to the results that they believe are best for us all.
Stain on British politics
From beginning to end, the elections of June 10 th have become a stain on British politics, the least secret ballot since the Great Reform Act of 1832, and the most undemocratically run contest since the introduction of universal suffrage.
The driving force behind all this is the liberal elite's horror at the prospect of the British National Party giving the electorate a real choice after decades of totalitarian rule by three factions of the same ruling elite. But there is another, even more sinister aspect to this: New Labour's cultural war for the Abolition of Britain has broken almost every single part of our unwritten constitution and distorted almost every single thing that once made this nation of ours different and special. Abolishing the secret ballot and losing' votes for non-approved parties is just another step on New Labour's road to a Third World Republic.
A renewed call to the colours
This is not a reason to despair, not least because of the large number of superb second place votes secured by BNP candidates against all the odds. But it is a reason for every BNP member and supporter in the country to understand that we aren't going to win our country back on the strength of a floppy protest vote at the next general election. This struggle is going to take years, and will only be won when the defining majority of British nationalists become as dedicated and fanatical' as the 20 per cent who at present do at least 80 per cent of the work.
Revolution has already started
And the work we have to do includes a conscious, deliberate and systematic effort not just at election times, but 365-days a year in local communities, in the unions, in the law courts, and in cultural fields that we have scarcely even begun to think of. We must, in short, make the jump from protest party to revolutionary movement.

James J. Martin: The Passing of a Great Historian

One of the most prominent and influential of American revisionist historians, James J. Martin, has died. He was 87. He died on April 4, 2004, at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Jim Martin was an exceptionally discerning and productive historian, gifted with an impressive memory and a keen and skeptical eye. During the intellectually barren decades of the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, he was one of the few American scholars who kept alive the flame of authentic independent historiography. He knew personally the outstanding revisionist scholars of that era, including Harry Elmer Barnes, Charles Tansill and Francis Nielson.
Martin was born on September 18, 1916. After graduation from the University of New Hampshire in 1942, he studied at the University of Michigan, where he earned a Master's degree in 1945, and a doctorate in history in 1949.
His teaching career, which spanned 25 years, included teaching posts at Northern Illinois University (DeKalb), San Francisco State College, Deep Springs College, and Rampart College.
Probably the greatest of Dr. Martin's scholarly works is American Liberalism and World Politics, 1931-1941, a two-volume classic published in 1964 by Devin Adair that documents the transformation of liberal opinion in the US during the 1930s from a policy of peace and neutrality to one of interventionism and war. Harry Elmer Barnes called this work "the most formidable achievement of World War II Revisionism." Clyde R. Miller, journalist and educator, praised it as "probably the most massive contribution to the study of twentieth-century journalism and political propaganda," and "a masterpiece of research, organization and forceful exposition."
He also wrote Men Against the State: The Expositers of Individualist Anarchism in America, first published in 1953 and reprinted in 1970. His 360-page work, The Man Who Invented 'Genocide': The Public Career and Consequences of Raphael Lemkin, was published in 1984 by the Institute for Historical Review in both hardcover and softcover editions. His final book, An American Adventure in Bookburning in the Style of 1918, came out in 1989.
Martin was also the author of three volumes of collected essays: Revisionist Viewpoints: Essays in a Dissident Historical Tradition, published in 1971 and again in 1977; The Saga of Hog Island and Other Essays in Inconvenient History, which came out in 1977; and, Beyond Pearl Harbor: Essays on Some Consequences of the Crisis in the Pacific in 1941, which appeared in 1983.
He was the author of some 200 articles, reviews and essays, which appeared in dozens of periodicals. He contributed to the Encyclopaedia Britannica, and was a three-time contributor to the Dictionary of American Biography.
For years he edited the books and booklets of the Ralph Myles publishing enterprise, which specialized in works of revisionist history and libertarian thought. (Several years ago its considerable stock of books and booklets was acquired by Noontide Press, an affiliate of the IHR, which now sells and distributes them.)
Jim Martin was a staunch friend and supporter of the Institute for Historical Review. He addressed its First Conference in 1979, as well as the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Eleventh IHR conferences.
Until his death, he was a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee of the IHR's Journal of Historical Review, and over the years a number of his essays and reviews appeared in its pages.
He was married for some years, but he had no children.
I will long remember Jim Martin with gratitude, not only because he was an important influence on my life and outlook, but also as a colleague and friend for more than 20 years. On numerous occasions he welcomed me to his modest home, and I appreciate that we stayed in touch by letter and telephone until the final months of his life.
Jim had little patience for ignorance or foolishness, and was sometimes curt and acerbic. But behind his brusque demeanor was a great mind, a courageous spirit, and a generous heart.

A shocking new study reveals how key figures in the pre-state Zionist
establishment proposed castrating the mentally ill, sterilizing the poor and
doing everything possible to ensure reproduction only among the `best of
people.'
Castrating the mentally ill, encouraging reproduction among families "numbered
among the intelligentsia" and limiting the size of "families of Eastern origin"
and "preventing ... lives that are lacking in purpose" - these proposals are
not from some program of the Third Reich but rather were brought up by key
figures in the Zionist establishment of the Land of Israel during the period of
the British Mandate. It turns out there was a great deal of enthusiasm here for
the improvement of the hereditary characteristics of a particular race
(eugenics). This support, which has been kept under wraps for many years, is
revealed in a study that examines the ideological and intellectual roots at the
basis of the establishment of the health system in Israel.
In the Yishuv (pre-state Jewish community) in the 1930s there
were "consultation stations" operating on a Viennese model of advice centers
for couples that wished to marry and become parents. In Austria, with the
Nazis' rise to power, they served for forced treatment. Here the stations were
aimed at "giving advice on matters of sex and marriage, especially in the
matter of preventing pregnancy in certain cases." They distributed birth-
control devices for free to the penniless and at reduced prices to those of
limited means. In Tel Aviv the advice stations were opened in centers of
immigrant populations: Ajami in Jaffa, the Hatikvah Quarter and Neveh Sha'anan.
These are some of the findings of a doctoral thesis written by Sachlav Stoler-
Liss about the history of the health services in the 1950s, under the
supervision of Prof. Shifra Shvarts, head of the department of health system
management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. They were presented at the
annual conference of the Israel Anthropological Association at Ben-Gurion
College.
The father of the theory of eugenics was British scholar Francis Galton. It was
he who coined the term - which literally means "well-born" - at the end of the
19th century. The aim of the eugenics movement was to better the human race.
Galton proposed a plan to encourage reproduction among "the best people" in
society and to prevent reproduction among "the worst elements."
Forced sterilization
Between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th, Galton drew
many followers and his ideas spread rapidly to other countries in Europe (among
them Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Sweden and Belgium), to the United States
and to some countries in South America. In various countries laws were passed
that allowed for the forced sterilization of "hereditary paupers, criminals,
the feeble-minded, tuberculous, shiftless and ne'er-do-wells." In the United
States, up until 1935, about 20,000 people - "insane," "feeble-minded,"
immigrants, members of ethnic minorities and people with low IQs - were
forcibly sterilized, most of them in California. The Californian law was
revoked only in 1979. According to Dr. Philip Reilly, a doctor and executive
director of the Shriver Center for Mental Retardation, in 1985 at least 19
states in the United States had laws that allowed the sterilization of people
with mental retardation, (among them Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota,
Mississippi, North and South Carolina, Vermont, Utah and Montana).
"Eugenics is considered to be something that only happened in Germany," says
Stoler-Liss. "Germany was indeed the most murderous manifestation of eugenics,
but in fact it was a movement that attracted many followers. In every place it
took on a unique, local aspect. It is interesting to note that both in Germany
and in Israel a link was made between eugenics, health and nationalism."
Stoler-Liss first encountered the eugenics texts of doctors from the Yishuv
when looking for instruction books for parents for a research project for her
master's degree. "I presented a text at a thesis seminar and then the
instructor of the workshop said to me, `But why aren't you saying that this is
a translated text?' I replied: `No, no, the text isn't translated.' `In
Israel,' he said, `there are no such things.'"
She decided to look into whether there was only anecdotal and non-
representative evidence, doctors and public figures here and there who
supported eugenics - and she found many publications that promoted eugenics.
Supporters of the idea were key figures in the emerging medical establishment
in Palestine; the people who managed and created the Israeli health system.
One of the most prominent eugenicists of the Mandatory period was Dr. Joseph
Meir, a well-known doctor who acquired his education in Vienna, served for
about 30 years as the head of the Kupat Holim Clalit health maintenance
organization, and after whom the Meir Hospital in Kfar Sava is named. "From his
position at the very heart of the Zionist medical establishment in the land of
Israel in the mid-1930s, he brought young mothers the gospel of eugenics,
warned them about degeneracy and transmitted the message to them about their
obligation and responsibility for bearing only healthy children," says Stoler-
Liss.
Thus, for example, in 1934 Dr. Meir published the following text on the first
page of "Mother and Child," a guide for parents that he edited for publication
by Kupat Holim: "Who is entitled to give birth to children? The correct answer
is sought by eugenics, the science of improving the race and preserving it from
degeneration. This science is still young, but its positive results are already
great and important - These cases [referring to marriages of people with
hereditary disorders - T.T.] are not at all rare in all nations and in
particular in the Hebrew nation that has lived a life of exile for 1,800 years.
And now our nation has returned to be reborn, to a natural life in the land of
the Patriarchs. Is it not our obligation to see to it that we have whole and
healthy children in body and soul? For us, eugenics as a whole, and the
prevention of the transmission of hereditary disorders in particular, even
greater value than for all other nations! ... Doctors, people involved in sport
and the national leaders must make broad propaganda for the idea: Do not have
children if you are not certain that they will be healthy in body and soul!"
`Problematic and dangerous'
In its full version, the article, which was published in the "Health Guard"
section of the now defunct labor Zionist newspaper Davar, the doctor proposed
castrating the mentally ill. Stoler-Liss found many more examples in
the "Mother and Child" books that were published in 1934 and 1935 and in
journals like Eitanim, which was edited by Dr. Meir.
"The support of Dr. Meir and other senior people in the health system for these
ideas has been kept under wraps for many years," claims Stoler-Liss. No one
today talks about this chapter in the history of the Yishuv. In the mid-1950s
Dr. Meir's articles were collected into a book that came out in his memory. The
article mentioned above was not included in it. Stoler-Liss found a card file
with notes scribbled by the editors of the volume. They defined the article
as "problematic and dangerous." "Now, after Nazi eugenics," wrote one of the
editors, "it is dangerous to publish this article."
During the latter part of the 1930s, adds Stoler-Liss, when word came out about
the horrors that eugenics in its extreme form is likely to cause, they stopped
using this word, which was attributed to the Nazis. Overnight eugenics
organizations and journals changed their names and tried to shake off any signs
of this theory. Dr. Meir, however, during all the years he was active,
continued to promote the ideas of eugenics. At the beginning of the 1950s he
published an article in which he harshly criticized the reproduction prize of
100 lirot that David Ben-Gurion promised to every mother who gave birth to 10
children. "We have no interest in the 10th child or even in the seventh in poor
families from the East ... In today's reality we should pray frequently for a
second child in a family that is a part of the intelligentsia. The poor classes
of the population must not be instructed to have many children, but rather
restricted."
"I'm not making a value judgment," says Stoler-Liss. "Zionism arose at a
certain period, in a certain ideological atmosphere - there were all kinds of
ideas in the air and there were also eugenicist Zionists. Some of the doctors
were educated in Europe, and at that time the medical schools taught not only
medicine but also the theory of eugenics."
Judaism of muscle
Dr. Meir was not the first Zionist leader who supported eugenics. According to
studies by Dr. Rapahel Falk, a geneticist and historian of science and medicine
at Hebrew University, other major Zionist thinkers - among them Dr. Max Nordau,
Theodor Herzl's colleague, a doctor and a publicist, and Dr. Arthur Ruppin, the
head of the World Zionist Organization office in the Land of Israel - presented
the ideas of eugenics as one of the aims of the Jewish movement for national
renewal and the settlement of the land.
Prof. Meira Weiss, an anthropologist of medicine at Hebrew University,
describes in her book "The Chosen Body" how the settlement of the land and work
on the land were perceived by these Zionist thinkers as the "cure" that would
restore the health of the Jewish body that had degenerated in the Diaspora. In
Nordau's terms, a "Judaism of muscle" would replace "the Jew of the coffee
house: the pale, skinny, Diaspora Jew. "At a time when many Europeans are
calling for a policy of eugenics, the Jews have never taken part in the
`cleansing' of their race but rather allowed every child, be it the sickest, to
grow up and marry and have children like himself. Even the mentally retarded,
the blind and the deaf were allowed to marry," wrote Ruppin in his book "The
Sociology of the Jews." "In order to preserve the purity of our race, such Jews
[with signs of degeneracy - T.T.] must refrain from having children."
"Many people dealt with eugenics as a theoretical issue," says Stoler-
Liss. "They even set up a Nordau Club with the aim of researching the racial
aspects of the Jewish people and ways of improving it. What was special about
Dr. Meir and the group that joined him was that for them eugenics was a very
practical matter." They wanted to pursue applied eugenics.
The main institution was the advice station. The first station was opened in
1931 in Beit Strauss on Balfour Street in Tel Aviv. The aim was to work
in "pleasant ways," through persuasion and choice. As Stoler-Liss
explains: "Why should people work against their personal interests? It is here
that the connection to the national interest comes in. If I understand that by
having a baby I will harm the national interest, the building of the land, the
`new Jew,' I will refrain from giving birth. But just to make certain, Meir
told the doctors, in the event that a woman comes to you who is `a risk' for
giving birth to a sick baby, it is your obligation to make certain that she has
an abortion."
"Gynecologist Miriam Aharonova also wrote extensively on the subject of
eugenics," adds Stoler-Liss. "In articles for parents under headings such as
`The Hygiene of Marriage' she gives a list of eugenic instructions for parents -
from the recommended age for giving birth (between 20 and 25), to the
recommended difference in age between the father and the mother (the reason for
which is the betterment of the race) to a list of diseases that could infect
the spouse or "be transmitted through heredity to their descendents after
them." In the diseases, she mentions "syphilis, gonorrhea, tuberculosis,
alcoholism, narcotics addiction (fondness for morphine, cocaine, etc.) and
diseases of the mind and the nerves." In the volume of "Mother and Child"
published in 1935, says Stoler-Liss, the publication and discussions by doctors
who supported eugenics was greatly expanded. Why, in fact, did they not use
force? The establishment had a great deal of power over immigrants and refugees.
"The medical establishment's power was limited at that time. This was an
establishment that developed hand in hand with the system it was supposed to
strengthen and suffered from constant shortages: a shortage of doctors, a
shortage of nurses and a shortage of equipment. It had to examine, treat,
inoculate and so on. We are talking about the period of the British Mandate.
When at long last there was a state, eugenics theory declined. My explanation
is the change of generations: that generation had come to an end
professionally, and a new generation with more national motivation came along
that was not educated at the European universities during that period. They had
already seen what the Nazis had done with it and the ideological identification
was lower. The ideas themselves seeped in but they're not using the same
rhetoric."
Have eugenics really vanished?
The eugenic chapter in the history of Western culture has been closed, but have
eugenics really disappeared?
"Eugenic thinking is alive and well today," asserts Stoler-Liss. "It is
expressed mainly in the very high rate of pre-natal tests and genetic filtering
[of genetically deviant fetuses]. Mothers are very highly motivated to give
birth only to healthy children and the attitude toward the exceptional, the
different and the handicapped in Israeli society is problematic."
At hospitals today future parents are offered a plethora of genetic tests that
diagnose the fetus before birth. Some of them are aimed at identifying serious
disorders, like Tay-Sachs disease, a degenerative disease that causes a painful
death in infancy. Others, however, are aimed at screening fetuses with
conditions like deafness and sterility, the bearers of which can lead full and
satisfying lives.

A TEACHER banned from working in France for peddling revisionist views on the Holocaust has been sentenced to two years in prison by a French court after he made a film contesting a brutal Second World War massacre by Nazi SS storm-troopers....
As those who survived screamed for mercy, the SS built a human bonfire by throwing wood on to their badly injured bodies and setting it alight. Only one woman escaped from the church, by throwing herself from a 12ft-high altar window. Among the 60 troops who perpetrated the massacre were 14 French nationals from the eastern region of Alsace, of whom all but one had been conscripted by force.
I'd like to know: Why would forcibly conscripted French troops take part in a massacre of French women and children? If they did so willingly, there's your scandal and story. A tale of their heroic refusal to participate, and subsequent murder, would be heartening; it seems, however, that this did not happen, and like so much we read about World War II, it just doesn't make any sense.
The only Bells I've known personally were jewish.

New York Democrats - after mistaking South Boston's historic L Street
Bathhouse for a gay club - have demanded their official convention party be
moved out of the neighborhood entirely because of its "racial'' past.
Thirty years after the forced busing crisis rocked South Boston, New
York's Democratic Party chief told Boston officials the neighborhood isn't
good enough for the Empire State's Democratic National Convention reception.
"I am deeply concerned about the selection of South Boston as the
reception site given its history of racial turmoil and tension,'' Herman
Farrell Jr., the New York party boss, wrote in an April letter to
organizers, obtained yesterday by the Herald.
Farrell, who is black, said, "For those of us who were on the
frontlines of (the civil rights) struggle, the prospect of celebrating in a
neighborhood that so fiercely opposed integration is very troubling.'' The
letter had Southie pols fuming - even as New York delegation officials
yesterday grudgingly accepted South Boston as a reception site.
"It's obviously written by someone who is ignorant,'' said South Boston
City Councilor James M. Kelly.
Southie native Michael F. Flaherty, a city councilor at large, said,
``They can always bring their resident pit bull Don Zimmer to protect them,
if they feel that's necessary.'' Zimmer, a former New York Yankees coach,
went after Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez in a brawl during last year's
playoffs....

Government Running $344 Billion Deficit

WASHINGTON - The government ran a deficit of $344.3 billion in the first eight months of the 2004 budget year, according to the latest snapshot of the nation's balance sheets.
The data released by the Treasury Department (news - web sites) on Thursday showed more red ink than the $290.9 billion shortfall for the corresponding period last year.
For the current budget year, which began Oct. 1, spending has totaled $1.53 trillion, 5.5 percent more than the same period a year ago. Revenues came to $1.19 trillion, 2.3 percent more than the previous year.
So far this year, the biggest spending categories are programs from the Health and Human Services (news - web sites) Department, including Medicare and Medicaid, $356.7 billion; Social Security (news - web sites), nearly $349 billion; military, $285.2 billion; and interest on the public debt, $190.5 billion.
On the revenue side, individual income tax payments came to nearly $502 billion for the first eight months of the 2004 budget year, 3.1 percent less than the corresponding period a year ago. Corporate income tax payments totaled $96 billion so far this year, a 46.6 percent increase.

The article below, which was forwarded to me, mentions "grenades filled with poison gas"--which is the first time I've ever heard of such a creation. So, not only would shrapnel explode, but it would shoot out poison gas too? So what happens when you lob a few away, and the winds start blowing back in your direction? Does the gas then go down your lungs too? I'm sure these poison-gas-grenades were filled with Zyklon-B, and left over from Auschwitz--some of which probably made their way to Hussein, who, being so clever, hid them so good that even the entire U.S. Army can't find them. (Actually, if the truth be known, Hussein murdered 60 million Jews with all his poison gas, etc., and that's why his weapons of mass destruction can't be found--because he used them all up on the Jews. Or, at least, that's what the Jewish propagandists will probably start telling us in a few years.)

FBI Warns Of Possible Eco-Terrorist Activity

OLYMPIA - The FBI has warned officials in Olympia and 12 other cities of possible eco-terrorist activity.
One of the possible targets is the Olympia Auto Mall. Manager Alicia Nelson told KOMO 4 News: "Strength lies in being prepared. Knowledge is power."
Nelson has doubled private security for this weekend.
The warning is the result of a website that declares Saturday a day of solidarity for Jeff Luers.
Luers is in prison in Oregon, sentenced to 23 years for torching three SUV's.
Radical environmentalists and other groups quoted on the Web site say the punishment doesn't fit this crime.
Olympia is among 13 cities listed for weekend protests. The Web site refers only to a planned nude bike ride to protest gas-guzzling cars.
But Commander Tor Bjornstad of the Olympia Police Department told KOMO 4 News: "The actions of this group -- they've been unpredictable in the past. It's hard to know what they might target. Certainly we are concerned."
One of the reasons patrols are being increased in the auto mall is there are 55 acres of cars, SUV's and vans. That's a concentration of 4,000 vehicles. All 11 dealers have been warned.
As Nelson said: "Told them just to beware. Heads up. Put the SUV's, if they need to, put them inside. Put them undercover. That's all you really can do."
Police say cars are not the only potential targets. The Port of Olympia is a major log export facility. Police say the Port has been targeted before.
Local investigators believe one environmental activist group, the Earth Liberation Front, was responsible for Snohomish County fires set just about six weeks ago. So housing contractors from Olympia to Dupont got the warning: be alert this weekend.
If anyone tells police they are overreacting, they say just remember a spectacular fire four years ago, which destroyed the UW Horticultural Center. That they point out was a $1 million arson for which E.L.F. took credit.
In addition to Olympia, the bulletins were sent to police departments in Eugene; Ore.; San Francisco; Modesto, Calif.; Morgantown, W. Va.; Portland, Maine; Worcester, Mass.; Lake Worth, Fla.; and Lawrence, Kan.
