Subject: David Irving Appeal
[Ed. note: This letter has been sent to supporters of
David Irving and we reprint it here.]
As you know I am engaged in probably the biggest legal action involving Real
History that has ever been fought: the battleground is the Law Courts
building in London; the opposing lines drawn up are in some ways more
formidable than at Agincourt, or Waterloo, or Kursk.
On the one side, skulking in the darkness, are the massed battalions of the
old version of history, as propagated by the traditional enemies of the
truth: their champion is the unlikely figure of a professor of religion, or
of history, at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her name is Deborah
Lipstadt, but that is unimportant -- what matters is the sinister people
lurking behind her, who have funded the action against me so far to the
extent of Six Million dollars.
We won all the initial rounds (up to April last year) before the lower
judges; we then stunningly lost the crucial battle before Mr Justice Gray, a
novice judge in the High Court. We have won every further round since then,
and as recently as last Friday March 2 we persuaded the Court of Appeal to
abandon the ambush it had mysteriously set, under which the appeal hearing
was suddenly announced for March 19 -- this coming March 19! -- a date we
could not possibly have met, as we are still briefing our trial counsel.
The Court of Appeal, confronted with our expert lawyers' arguments, has
agreed to a new later date, June 11, and this is so much in our favour that
Lipstadt's junior Counsel, the renowned Anthony Julius (who negotiated
Princess Diana's divorce for her), was heard to turn to his senior Counsel
and bleat: "That is a disaster!"
And a disaster it is for them. After the extraordinary and perverse judgment
handed down by Sir Charles Gray in April last year, which resounded around
the world, none of my enemies expected me to fight back. They at once began a
round of lectures around the world -- particularly in Europe and North
America, gloating over the judgment, smearing my name (they hoped
irrevocably), and revealing piece by piece their own tactics, their own
venality, and, as is now clear, their stupidity too.
Their expert witnesses, who were paid up to a quarter of a million dollars
each to give their "neutral" evidence, have now revealed themselves in their
true colours: Prof. Richard Evans wrote a book about me titled "Lying about
Hitler." It was so libellous that his U.K. publishers Wm. Heinemann have just
announced that they will not publish it for that reason; Prof. Hajo Funke,
the defendants' "neutral" German expert on rightist organisations, gave his
first and so far as we know only interview about the trial for Neues
Deutschland, the former East German Soviet newspaper!
More dramatically, their own behind-the-scenes experts revealed that they all
realised what a close shave they had had, and that until Gray read out his
judgment they had seriously feared defeat at my hands. Professor David
Cesarani, a historian dubbed "Ratface" even by his friends, told Die Zeit, a
liberal German magazine, that my cross examination of their Auschwitz expert
Prof. Van Pelt caused them scary moments when Pelt proved incapable of
explaining the logistics of disposing of fifty thousand tons of corpses in
three weeks in one building at Auschwitz using only a small Sonderkommando;
fortunately for them, the judge willingly overlooked Pelt's failure to explain.
Lipstadt herself explained to an all-day Toronto university seminar on the
trial, three or four weeks ago, that the reason that her legal team had
decided not to call any Auschwitz survivors into the witness stand was that
they knew that "Mr Irving would tear them to shreds" in cross examination.
Getting now to the point of this letter: In the first round of this battle,
calculating that it was better to have a historian who was a poor lawyer than
to have a lawyer who was a poor historian, I acted in person (and earned
grudging praise in the newspapers even from the judge and opposing leading
Counsel for this). This time round however we are engaging not only Adrian
Davies as junior Counsel, who has already won every subsequent skirmish
against these foes; we shall also instruct a leading Counsel (or "Silk" as he
is called in the English bar) who is an expert in a very different field from
libel. And this is something our enemies will not expect.
Which brings me back to the first words of this letter: "The Appeal." It is
not only the appeal formally directed to begin on June 11 this year before
the English Court of Appeal -- and I may add that the presiding judge, Lord
Justice Pill, has already last week shown himself fairly disposed to our
honest cause; it is a personal appeal to you, as a supporter of the fight
that I am waging.
I have necessarily set a target of over $200,000 to be raised over the next
five weeks to engage the legal experts and pay the costs of this appeal,
which are already considerable. I started raising this sum when I came over
to the West Coast of the USA last week. We are already nearly one-quarter of
the way to this target. When the appeal is heard, over five days from June
11, it will become, just like the final days of the trial itself last April,
the subject of the most intense media glare. TV cameras, transmitters, news
teams, photographers, will line up all the way down the street outside the
Law Courts.
The battle for true debate, which our enemies fought so hard to avoid, has
forced them right out into the open. If it ends in victory, the appeal court
judges will in fact there and then order the gloating "victors" of the
moment, Lipstadt and her publishers, to pay colossal damages and put her book
and the version of history that she peddles in the trashcan they deserve.
Win or lose -- and perish the latter thought! -- this final superhuman battle
hammers one more hefty nail into the coffin of the self-serving, phoney
history that is now being forced upon us and our children. It will be the
beginning of the end of what Norman Finkelstein has so rightly called an
Industry.
But I can no longer carry this entire burden myself. I must turn to you, and
all my other friends, with an appeal to support this battle not only to the
best of your ability, but beyond. I and my legal team cannot a second time go
into this battle under-armed and under-equipped with the means to fight.
Give us the tools!
The other side have Stephen Spielberg, the World Jewish Congress and Edgar
Bronfmann bankrolling them. I have behind me just a few great and courageous
friends, and many hundreds of lesser but no less grave ones. I am not going
to keep making appeals to you all: this is the only such appeal that I shall
make for this big battle. This is the Big One. The contribution that I ask
you to make today is one-of-a-kind; so please think of a figure, and then
multiply it by a figure that takes that uniqueness into account. I pledge
that I will never reveal your names, even if that refusal incurs the severest
forms of punishment against me.

Subject: Fat Tuesday's Violence - Letter

Dear Mr. Ross:
Seattle city officials and media are still attempting to obscure the facts regarding Fat
Tuesday’s riot in Pioneer Square.
First, we noticed the official appeal to the lowest common denominator by the implication
that breast baring, property defacement, and instances of single-offender assaults by
whites (largely upon other whites) is morally and empirically equivalent to minority,
single-offender assaults employing weapons and to instances where minority, multiple-offender
(gang) assaults occurred where weapons may or may not have been used.
When this tactic fails, then the fact that most offenders who are presently in police
custody for felony assaults happen to be white is used to distract attention from the black
and other minority communities by "proving," supposedly, that whites are equally responsible
for the excessively brutal assaults that occurred on Fat Tuesday.
Mr. Ross, the logic here is lame. If whites are equally responsible for these excessively
brutal assaults due to the so-called "evidence" that the majority who are presently in
police custody are white, then we must presume that the rate of felony assaults perpetrated
by whites and minorities are equal.
I seriously doubt that this is the case.
The only way to determine that the rates are equal is to interview the assault victims for
the purpose of determining the race/ethnicity of the perpetrators and by estimating the
total number of white and minority participants at the event during the time of the
violence.
Undoubtedly, the Seattle police have interviewed the assault victims, are perfectly aware
of the race/ethnicity of the perpetrators, and maintain this information within "offender
profiles" (or whatever other terminology is used to describe this type of information).
Furthermore, I suspect that estimates of the racial/ethnic composition of the crowd are a
matter of public record.
With this information, race and ethnic comparisons can be made of the following
categories:
1. Multiple-offender felony assaults.
2. Single-offender felony assaults.
3. Participation in mixed-race, multiple-offender felony assaults.
4. Felony assaults vs. Felony arrests.
Furthermore, a timeline could be constructed for the purpose of determining when the
assaults occurred and, perhaps, the relative "culpability" of the various racial/ethnic
groups during the violence.
Mr. Ross, I think you should demand that unedited copies of media videotapes concerning the
riot be released to the public. Perhaps you could also solicit privately-owned videotapes
of the violence for comparison with the media’s, then make these available to the public.
This would go a long ways toward establishing whether the media purposely focused upon
black violence due to white racism, or whether blacks were indeed responsible for the most
violent assaults.

We've seen videotapes of indiscriminate beatings, and
debated whether race played a role in Seattle's Mardi Gras
violence. But why did it take nearly two weeks to start talking about
what happened to women in Pioneer Square that night?
(Diversity has its penalties. Have you visited South Africa lately?
No need. Seattle will serve the same appearance. Debated whether RACE played a role? Are
you all blind? Oh, perhaps RELIGION played a role! It took 2 weeks because of political
correctness. Your local officials had to have time to weigh their words to the "Khazar
owned press" so as not to upset the proverbial apple cart. Let's be honest here. Remember
Jasper, Texas? How much coverage did that case receive? Let's compare that case to the
murders in Witchita, Kansas last Dec. 14th. How much press did that case get? NONE....
especially on a national basis. Did your paper cover it? Why was it blacked-out? Think it
had anything to do with RACE?
Picture this ugliness. Two dozen young men are crowded around a woman who has been pushed
flat on a slab. Five men are fondling her breasts. Four others are at her crotch. Two more
are pulling off her pants. Another grips her right elbow.
Most of the men are smiling. The woman appears dazed. Her left
arm flails about.
(When a nation closes its borders to productive European immigrants and opens them ONLY to
Third World "NON"- producers....hmm...
The woman, shown in a series of images captured by a Seattle Post-Intelligencer photographer
on Fat Tuesday, fights to get up. Several men pin her down. At one point, there are
19 hands -- white, black, Asian, Hispanic -- on her body.
(It needs repeating..."Diversity" Do your homework. Who created the
ADL...the NAACP...Morris Dees...etc.
The P-I can't publish those photographs without violating the privacy of the woman, who
apparently was able to slide off the slab and escape.
Or how about this one: A woman on a friend's shoulders is trying to get down. Men grab her
from behind, grope her chest and knock her to the ground, where a
half-dozen men jump on her and pull her clothes off.
(This set of photos.... let's not mention the race of the
attackers.....why?
That scene played out several times during the night as video cameras rolled. The tapes and
the photographs show reprehensible, infuriating conduct.
Were these men having fun? Did those who witnessed the assaults feel any responsibility to
report the crimes? I keep wondering what their parents would think if only they
knew.
(Very similiar to South Africa? DIVERSITY....?
None of the women who was attacked have reported the assaults to police. That's probably
because they're embarrassed. Many were drunk. They used extremely poor judgment. What were
they doing at a street party swarming with thousands of lecherous,
intoxicated young men?
(Let's be good reporters here. Thousands of lecherous, intoxicated
young men. Of the numerous photos that I have of Fat Tuesday, 3 display "white" males
turning over an automobile. Eighteen photos CLEARLY display "black males and black females"
hammering "whites" with fists, feet, bottles and minature baseball bats. Why the lengthy
discussions on whether it's about race? DIVERSTY....HATE-CRIMES...hmm................Truth,
madam, is incontrivertible. South Africa is a picture of what's to come if reporters like
you fail to report the facts. Call a spade a spade. Equality is never measured by
DIVERSITY.
The mob of more than 4,000 people came for titillation, and they got it.
One woman stood on a platform above the crowd, masturbating.
A man streaked by; another climbed a light post and exposed himself.
( I'll bet our nation will see much more lewd displays than that on
their tv and movie screens. Do your homework. Who owns, and or controls, the massive
industry that produces tv programs and movies since the death of Walt Disney? Oops...better
be careful...might label us "anti-semitic. NOT! perhaps a better label would be
ANTI-KHAZAR. Ask a local rabbi to educate you on Khazar.
Dozens of women bared their chests in exchange for Mardi Gras
beads. But as the crowd became more inebriated, friendly groping morphed into
assault.
( A fair exchange by today's moral yardstick?
Do these women share responsibility for the street party getting out of hand? Absolutely.
But should sexual assault be the penalty for stupidity?
Seattle police Chief Gil Kerlikowske said last week that the Mardi
Gras violence was not directed against a particular race or gender. He called them
"equal-opportunity assaults."
(A sound bet that Gil needs glasses. He's walking on DIVERSITY
induced thin ice. More political correctness. "Equal opportunity South Africa".... TRUTH is
so evasive, isn't it?
"Women got punched and kicked, and women were punching and kicking," he said. "A 13-year-old
girl will be one of our arrestees."
At the time, Kerlikowske hadn't seen evidence of the kind of "wilding" reported on several
occasions in New York's Central Park. In June, dozens of men in the park sprayed women with
water, then stripped, groped and assaulted them. In 1989, a stockbroker was beaten and
raped by a mob of teenagers who called the vicious assault "fun."
On Friday, told by his staff that similar incidents had happened in Pioneer Square,
Kerlikowske urged victims of assault -- sexual or otherwise -- to call police and report
it. "A sexual assault is just that," he said. "Whether (a woman) was intoxicated -- that's
irrelevant. We would want to prosecute her offenders."
A police task force is dissecting videotapes and photographs of Mardi
Gras activities. It has 70 suspects identified, and 50 cases have been assigned, police
spokesman Sean O'Donnell said. "They're working it. Hard."
(Is this police task force anything like the three stooges or
Keystone Cops? I'm not a police officer, but I could have made numerous arrests just from
the photographs alone! TRUTH...such a slippery eel. How long will it be before
"Sean O'Donnell's Shamrocks and Green beer" are considered
"hate symbols" due to DIVERSITY?
That's nice to hear. But more frightening than victims' not reporting their assaults is
what this says about our young people. What kind of mentality allowed
this to happen? What made it OK to laugh while watching a woman being groped by two dozen
men?
(Let's do our homework. Remember the "Roman Empire"...? Remember when
Ethiopia was considered a "bread basket"....? hmm....anti-Khazar? Who owns and promotes
the vast industry "porn"......? TRUTH...hiding it induces slavery...uncovering it
guarantees justice (for ALL).
"We are seeing something new," Kerlikowske said, "something we
can't quite explain."
(Excuse me. Where was this guy educated? The TRUTH is surely beyond
this stooge's reach. But, on the other hand, it's easy to pass the buck by acting?...
ignorant...? Ever ask yourself why "blonde jokes" are accepted and POLISH jokes are nixed?
DIVERSITY...second class citizens...(Try this the next time you have an office party: Tell
a blonde joke. Now, ask: "Did you hear the one about this black chic.....? DIVERSITY?
TRUTH....
If we can't explain it, how do we stop it?
(Try saying NO!! No to diversity. No to creating a level playing
field. No to politicians and their lobbyists (Khazars?) who constantly attack the rights of
all to protect THE FEW! No to those who attempt to continue control over what is or what
isn't covered on the news! Try showing a bit of Character and give us the TRUTH. We have
equal laws for criminal acts. Regardless of the race...the penalty should always be the
same. But, is it? TRUTH. Hate crimes...crime is crime...let's punish the "act", or if
you are not careful....you and your brothers in press shall give us the "Thought Police"...

I just phoned the office of Chief Kerlikowske, of the Seattle Police Department
and spoke with his secretary, a nice (white sounding) lady who told me they were getting
a lot of calls about black-on-white Mardi Gras Mayhem and Murder.

Here's our basic conversation (maybe you can do better):
I asked if they were getting calls about the incident and the nice lady told me, yes, they
were getting a lot of calls.
I asked if I could speak to the chief. She told me I could write him a letter, or she could
write down my comments. I responded that I would like her to register my outrage at the way
the Seattle Police Department handled (or didn't handle) the situation -- and the way that
the media, owned by "certain unsavory parties," was covering it up.
I told her it looks as if her department is setting us up for a race riot. She replied, "We
don't want a race riot."
I asked if she was an officer. "No."
I asked if she held a law degree. "No, I'm just his secretary."
I said that she seemed to be well educated; I asked her if she knew the reason we even have
a system of law in the first place. Before she could answer (rude of me) I told her we have
a legal system to prevent Private War (e.g. the sort of thing that just happened in
Seattle). I asked what we, the regular citizens, are supposed to do when those who are paid
to enforce the law refuse to do so?
She didn't know what to say, or didn't say anything, so I continued:
"I suppose your Chief is one of those politically appointed people who want to ban guns and
disarm us all, so we will be easy victims."

I also mentioned that I am tired of being called a racist, every time I mention the fact
that blacks are murdering and assaulting whites like it's open season. I said I almost
never see whites doing the same thing to blacks, despite what the media claims.
I asked if she had heard about the Wichita Atrocity.
She said she didn't know much about it.
What I should have said: "Whether or not I am a racist is off point. Some people insist
that there is no such thing as "race;" they say we are all the same. If so, then why were
those blacks trying to kill only white people? And why do you cops handle blacks so
gingerly, giving them special treatment and privileges. It sure looks to me as if race
exists!"
What I shouldn't have said (No matter what Mr. Linder of VNN http://www.vanguardnewsnetwork.com/
may believe): I shouldn't have yammered on and on about the "jews" to this secretary. All I
needed to say was to mention that certain unsavory people control the news (and I said
that). Not everyone must blab about "jews" all the time, Mr. Linder, it tends to turn off
the uninformed. Read the piece that you posted in your own newspaper, by Angry White Woman.
It takes time to get the message across to the uninformed. Plant a few seeds ("Gee, I
wonder why the media is covering up the ongoing genocide? I wonder what they stand to gain
by that, etc.") Plenty of people (Linder, for one) are already doing a good job spreading
the news about the jews. The rest of you need to awaken your friends, family, neighbors,
and co-workers to the fact that there IS a problem to begin with (most DO NOT know that
yet). When they find out about the problem, THEN they can discover who's behind it, and
decide what to do about that. All the information they need is waiting for them.

Dear Seattle Post Intelligencer,
I'd like to make a comment on your cover-up of the black-on-white assault and murder that
took place in Pioneer Square recently. I'd also like to comment on your censorship of some
of those who chose to comment on it in your Internet so-called "forum."
Yes, I'd like to comment on that, but your Terms Of Service say that inappropriate posting
behavior includes posting content that is ""racially, ethnically or religiously offensive."
So I cannot post to your forum, because I would mention the fact that the mayhem and murder
was committed by blacks, and if they are offended when someone points that out, tough luck!
I would also remind forum readers about the "religious ethnicity" of the self-chosen people
who not only censored the news, but who also put the black apes up to it in the first
place, by preaching for decades and decades that "Whitey" is to blame for all the black
man's problems. I damn well know that such "reminders" would offend you Jews, and thus
violate your Terms Of Service.
So I won't post to your forum, but, since private email has no "Terms Of Service," I am
sending the attached "interesting" image as a little memento that maybe some of your older
owners and big shots will understand.
Note: I don't claim to know a whole lot about the man who originally flew the attached
flag, but I do know that he had at least a few good ideas. And I think more and more
Americans are waking up to that fact. Don't you?

Subject: Mexican Invasion
What would have been the fate of our cities without Jew-driven
niggers, Mex, globalization, the vast government metastasis needed to "deal with
problems" formerly nonexistent or solved by working for a living?
Envision an alternate future- merely the White past,
abundant jobs, plenty of housing at low cost in a viable, livable city without the
tremendous "sprawl." The latest census reports indicate that Whites are moving out
of the inner suburbs as they go Mex, black, Indian, to the outer suburbs. As the outer
suburbs meet, rural America will continue to disappear, with land acquired
and "banked" by the federal government, untouchable. All so the Third World
can recreate itself here to make Jews feel better, to cement America's status
as a colony of Israel.
