The State of Utah is currently working on a new "hate crime" law
because-
The existing statute is vague -- and apparently unenforceable --
because it is focused on a criminal's intent to terrorize and
intimidate.
...in other words, just what would have been of some use against,
say, the blacks who slaughtered five Whites at one go in Wichita, Kansas.
Existing "hate crime" laws are biased.
Everything in our society- morality, behavior, educational
standards, job requirements, military skills, even signage and doorway
widths- anything that you can think of- has been re-engineered,
rewritten, revamped, lowered, smoothed, eliminated, so that even a fat,
blind, deaf, paraplegic, mentally challenged bisexual Triobrand Islander
with AIDS, bad breath, and a shitty attitude can trundle herself
laboriously into the gleaming elevator to "equal opportunity."
Everything has been reduced to the lowest possible common denominator
but hate crime laws, which specifically name and target only the
behavior of developed and educated, civilized people-
* the conscious, intentional formation of named, identifiable groups
with common goals
* the ability to specifically articulate ideas and concepts in a
clear, legally understandable way
* the writing, publication, and motivated, targeted distribution of
literature and other media, to achieve a preconceived result
* the conception, design, construction, and use of symbols to convey
an idea or concept
These are certainly high standards; if the Wichita killers had
possessed these skills, they'd be "starting up" a "dotcom," not pulling
home invasions! They'd have normal human relationships, instead of
abducting women and raping them in an open field.
How can blacks, Mexicans, and other poorly educated, uncivilized
people _possibly_ be expected to meet these complex requirements when
they sally forth to do murder? They are scarcely able to function in our
society, let alone meet its cognitive standards. They have trouble
getting onto a bus without getting into an argument with the driver
about the fare posted in big red letters on the door- and not just once,
but every day, never learning.
Isn't the fact that they stabbed someone three hundred and
forty-eight times, or hung them upside down and set them ablaze, or
both, sufficient evidence of- well, dislike? Are you going to "search
their hard drive for evidence of hate?" Please. They scarcely have
anything that could be considered a mind, let alone a computer, which,
to them, is only a shiny object that, once stolen, can be pawned for
money to buy "crack."
They can barely scratch their name on a welfare form, and you're
expecting them to leave behind at the scene of a crime a bound
dissertation, a thesis on "Why I Am So Distraught by Current
Socioeconomic Policies That I'm Gonna Smash Your Head with a Rock?"
These people can scarcely comprehend a "STOP" sign, from what I see on
the street every day.
A law addressing extreme, gratuitous "violence and intimidation"- a
law based not upon what people say, or write, or spray-paint, BUT ON
WHAT HARM THEY DO, and in what context, is the only sort of law that
would be of use against the primitive non-whites who routinely commit
such horrible "hate crimes."
That's why we won't see one.
The lesson taught by these laws as they're writing them today?
If you hate someone, be sure to take his wallet after you kill
him. STEALING HIS MONEY PROVES THAT YOU DON'T HATE HIM.
You can buy stuff with it, too.
Not only is the victim's money in there, but possibly an ACLU or
NAACP membership card that makes him a member of a specially protected
class, and would subject you to enhanced "hate crime" penalties if it
were found. Toss it.
Equal protection under the law? NOT FOR WHITES.

Subject: Arrested Suspects Reginald and Jonathan Carr/ Murder of Five
European Americans in Wichita December 11 and 15th, 2000.
Dear District Attorney Foulston and Chief Williams,
According to the Wichita Eagle 1/05/01 Sedgwich County D.A. Nola Foulston
stated for the first time that the Carr brothers picked their victims at
random -- the apparent motive in each crime: robbery, and the police
investigation rejects race as a motive.
We have therefore made the below assumptions about these crimes and
respectfully request that each of your offices address the assumptions and
provide us with answers to whether the assumptions are correct, and a
reasonable explanation if they are not correct.
1. Neither the victims or witnesses are aware of any words used, actions or
affiliations by the Carr brothers that would indicate that they hold a racial
animus against European Americans.
2. The interrogation transcripts of the suspect Carr brothers will indicate
that the police and/or the D.A. investigators pursued a line of questioning
that could answer whether they hold a racial animus against European
Americans.
3. The police investigative report will indicate that they utilize the
common police technique of playing one suspect against the other--that is
they would tell one suspect that the other suspect said he did the killing
because he hated European Americans and hope the truth will come out.
4. The police investigation report will indicate the precise physical
locations of the Carr brothers when they decided to commit the three separate
crimes and that they had no opportunities to commit those crimes against
non-European Americans before they targeted European Americans to be their
victims.
5. The police and D.A. investigation and the interrogation transcript of
the suspects will reveal their reasons for what they selected each European
American to be victims of their crimes.
6. The police investigation report will indicate that Carr brothers did not
proceed to a European American community to specifically target European
American victims.
7. The police indepth background investigation of the Carr brothers will
reveal that they interviewed friends, family, associates, schoolmates and
find no indication of animus against European Americans.
8. The police indepth background investigation reveals that the Carr
brothers have no knowledge of the activites or affiliation with the New Black
Panther Party headed by Khalid Muhammad and their racial hatred preachings or
any similar organizations.
9. The police investigation will indicate that none of the FBI criteria
indicators used to determine if a racially motivated hate crimes was
committed apply in these three separate crimes by the Carr brothers.
10. The police and District Attorneys office will provide a report to the
public on the individual cases submitted to the U.S. Attorney for prosecution
under Federal Hate Crime Statutes for the past three years.

How long will it take before some type of web filter is installed at AOL,
screening mail/URLs for right-wing "anti-Semitic/hate speech?" Not long.
And, they can do it legally. It is a private company/corporation. (Public

guessed it- Jewish groups like the ADL).
Yes, soon many Web companies will be bought up by Time-Warner and others

In an act that can only be called terrorism and Police brutality,
Evangelist Vincent Bertollini of The 11th Hour Remnant Messenger was
followed home yesterdday evening by three police cars.
When Vincent left his vehicle and entered his garage
police followed him into the garage, threw him to the ground and
pummeled him several times. Bertollini suffered a serious injury to his
left eye damaging an inter-occulatory transplant performed earlier this
year.
The attack culminates several years of Sandpoint, Idaho police
harrassment of its citizenry, especially Vincent Bertollini becuase of
unpopular, politically incorrect views that Bertollini holds. Bertollini
is claiming Police brutality, use of excessive force, violation of
Civil Rights, harassment and oppression.

Life in Germany today...
We all are aware of the problem, but speaking out, is very dangerous. To get put on a list
of possible Neo-Nazis or anti-government or whatever they wish to call someone who questions
is problematic. It should be made aware that none of us are 'neo-nazis'. We are human
beings that have been told we cannot say certain things. Human beings that have been told
that we are now no longer Germany, but now part of the European Union. We have no say in
our destiny, our freewill has been determined since WWII, just as it was after WWI. We are
troublemakers on the scene of the world.
I notice something interesting, that it appears that the world hates us Germans, and also
equally hates the Muslims. One thing I have found interesting is that both the Germans and
the Muslims dislike one particular group -- the Jews. Am I an anti-semite? Very possibly
I am against the Jewish influence, but not because of their skin color or their religion,
but because I do not believe that a minority should dictate everything for us. They do. I
believe you have already have had criticism for (.......) being anti-Semitic. Obviously
your research tells you what we feel everyday and moment -- the Jews are not merely
troublemakers, but they will not leave us alone to have our own destiny. Why can they not
just leave us alone? Look in the tele directory and you will find 90% of the lawyers and

limited. It will go in our work file. Sometimes I wish that America never entered the war
in WWII, because honestly, I can't believe this is living. Our suicide rate is up there
with Japan. I don't know what the government says about this publicly but I know of people
who have killed themselves because how we are forced to live. Once we were warriors, now

I just heard an ad over the radio for the much ballyhooed MTV hate crime fun fest. The ad
played a clip from the proceedings that will be aired this evening. The ad featured a group
of Asians whom attacked a group of hispanics and MTV used what was apparently quoted
verbiage from the "hate" criminals. The Asians said to the hispanics "what are you wetbacks
doing in our neighborhood?" It was immediately evident by this tactic that this hate crime
fest is ultimately aimed at promoting "hate speech" laws. The new paradigm for the bovine
masses is hate crimes start with hate speech. Of course the corollary to this is: If we
stop hate speech then we will prevent hate crimes. Beware of the true agenda behind this
Jewish sponsored hate extravaganza. Your first amendment rights are under attack by MTV's
Sumner Redstone. Also we are having another spate of "gun crimes" being committed. After
months of almost no "gun crime" talk, suddenly we are being assailed daily with yet another
shooting in one form or another. The agenda for gun confiscation is being cranked up once
again for an attack on your second amendment rights as well as for your first amendment
rights. I believe these new attacks may well develop into a full blown assault on the
Constitution. The Jews are becoming very worried about their position. They apparently
believe they are losing their grip due to the fact they cannot control the content on the
internet. The light of truth is beginning to shine brightly on their dark agenda. Dr.
Pierce has noted a distinct increase in interest and membership in his organization. In
Europe, white resistance is rising, white Europeans are starting to openly question and
confront Jewish sponsored policies on immigration and "hate" laws. The onerous, new
Canadian gun laws are being openly rejected by the public and more importantly by the
police. Dr. Toben is still up on the web and the Jews cannot seem to find a legal loophole
to stop by him from questioning their hollow hoax and the same is true for other
revisionist. Time is beginning to run out for the Zionist agenda and they know it. The time
has come for white gentiles to tighten their chinstraps and prepare for the full frontal
assault. No doubt the Jews will pull out every weapon they have for this battle to dominate

I find it somewhat disingenuous that the motives ascribed to the Blacks who murdered and

Were the _rapes_ totally divorced from the fact that the women victims were White and the
male perpetrators were Black? If you really believe _that_, your capacity for
rationalization is boundless. Statistics on those rapes which are interracial in nature
show that they involve Black rapist/White victim at a ratio far greater than even the most
determined "color-blind" ideologue can attribute to any factor other than a deliberate
choice made on the basis of the _race_ of the victim. Certainly there have been enough
"writings" by such darlings of the left-liberal-egalitarian press as Eldridge Cleaver and
others during the 60's, which state explicitly and proudly that such racial motivations
were paramount among such rapists, that it's clear that your paper and others are suffering
from a case of what the psycho-babblers call "denial."
The statisically insignificant (when compared with the opposite) cases of White
assailant/Black victim occur against an unrelieved background of constant social race war
of Black against White. Of rapes, carjackings, murders. There is _clearly_ a double
standard at work here, not only in the prosecution of such crimes, but in the reporting
of them.
We will probably never know what foul-mouthed -- and YES, RACIAL -- "epithets" were
shouted at the women as they were raped or both the young men and women as they were
horribly MURDERED -- but we who have to live in neighborhoods, ride buses, and share
public space with Blacks on a daily basis can assure you that such words were uttered.

Greetings,
Americans must contact the FBI and insist that the Bureau perform its duty and investigate
potential Capital Federal Felonies: the alleged Black-on-White Hate Crimes that occurred in
Wichita, KS and Shreveport, LA recently.
To help get the word out, I have reworked a document first posted by someone else, and have
constructed a Citizen's Tool, that may be downloaded, printed on one page, photo copied and
distributed in your reader's locale.
Note: To the original poster's excellent information, I added the observation that if local
"journalists" have covered up the fact that these murders may actually be "hate crimes,"
then those "journalists" may also be guilty of Capital Federal Felonies, and may be placed
on trial for their lives. An interesting concept, I think you'll agree.

Dear VNN:
Thanks for operating one of the very best sites on the Web. Here are some thoughts that might
not be completely irrelevant.
Sometimes I gaze into the future and wonder if we will ever be able to overcome all the lies
being told. For example, that Jews are innocent, harmless people who have been persecuted
over the centuries for no reason. That blacks are the intellectual equals of whites. That
most violent interracial crime is white on black. That blacks deserve special privileges to
help them overcome the harm done to them by whites. That the white race's main contributions
to the world have been slavery, genocide and destruction of the environment. That diversity
and multiculturalism are beneficial to our society and that therefore massive nonwhite
immigration into the West should be viewed in a positive light.
These and similar lies wash over America and the rest of the Western World day after day,
finding their way into every cranny of our minds. And again, I wonder if truth can ever
triumph over such odds. My feeling is that it can't. We are in George Orwell's world already
and may not be able to break out of it short of a collapse of civilization and a return to
primitive modes of living.
But then I draw some comfort from a passage in one of Arthur Schopenhauer's essays, "Our
Relation to Others," part of his Counsels & Maxims series. I've been familiar with the
passage for years. It goes like this:
When any wrong statement is made, whether in public, or in society, or in books, and well
received or, at any rate, not refuted, that is no reason why you should despair or think
that there the matter will rest. You should comfort yourself with the reflection that the
question will be afterward gradually subjected to examination; light will be thrown upon it;
it will be thought over, considered, discussed, and generally in the end the correct view
will be reached; so that, after a time, the length of which will depend upon the difficulty
of the subject, everyone will come to understand that which a clear head saw at once.
In the meantime, of course, you must have patience. He who can see truly in the midst of
general infatuation is like a man whose watch keeps good time, when all clocks in the town
in which he lives are wrong. He alone knows the right time; but what use is that to him?
For everyone goes by the clocks which speak false, not even excepting those who know that
his watch is the only one that is right.
What an encouraging thought! And it's hard to disagree with one of the greatest geniuses of
all time. However, Schopenhauer, who died in 1860, probably never imagined the existence of
a pervasive communications network touching virtually every human life and, at least in the
West, controlled almost completely by one small, malignant group with a secret agenda.
Still, let us take Schopenhauer's paragraphs to heart and draw courage from them. Maybe he
is right and someday a "correct view"of things will be reached.
