Parens patriae

"[A]ccording to the courts of this land, ... "A child is primarily" not his parents' offspring but "a ward of the [S]tate" ... parents serve as a mere "guardianship" which "the government places [the child] under"; ... parental authority must be "at all times exercised in subordination to the paramount and overruling direction of the [S]tate"; ... "the natural rights of a parent to the custody and control of... his child are subordinate to the power of the [S]tate";... in deciding whether parent or State will control a child's education, the child's academic progress under the parents - even as measured by State-approved tests - has been termed by State prosecutors as "irrelevant and immaterial"; and finally ... such legal principles and policies form the basis of all this nation's compulsory education laws. (pp. xix-xx)"[1]

It is traditionally held that the objective of a family is to procreate. Through patriarchy, children are taught the time honored culture and beliefs of their forebears. It is this veracity that is a threat to the Jewish ruling class.

"This is destroyed by making a family unit economically non-dependent, by lessening the value of marriage, by making an easiness of divorce and by raising the children wherever possible by the State."[2]

The new society is to be a mixture of races (multiculturalism) provided with a new religion. Former U.S. army general and democratic presidential candidate, Wesley Clark[3], [4] confirmed:

"There is no place in modern Europe for ethnically pure states. That's a 19th century idea, and we are trying to transition into the 21st century. We are going to do it with multi-ethnic states."[5]

Clark is advancing the agenda of the Zionist-Masonic financial elites. The un-Constitutional attack on the homogeneous white Christian nation of Serbia and vilification of their leader Slobodan Milosevic demonstrates the program being carried out. Recently, the Jew-controlled New York Times published a condescending article about Japan's ethnically homogeneous workforce. It claimed Japan needs 17 million new immigrants by 2050 to "restore demographic equilibrium."[6] This is a rather specious phrase demanding a multi-cultural society in Japan.

The United Nations has made it clear that miscegenation is the established agenda for the future.

"What people everywhere must do is practice birth control and miscegenation in order to create one race in one world under one government."[8]

While Judeo-Christianity today promotes race mixing, it is easily shown the Bible actually condemns it.[9], [10] Indeed, miscegenation confuses the races; cultural beliefs and traditions are soon lost. The opportunity for establishing a new order will be openly seized once multicultural devolution has gone far enough. For these callous changes to occur, raising children must be monitored and controlled from birth.[11], [12] To avoid backlash and the spark leading to rebellion, parents will be compelled to give allegiance to the regime. Otherwise, it will be considered a treasonous act. They will swear an oath that their children are the future defenders of the government and its public policy.

At first, parents will serve as the State's guardians and caretakers of their children. Parents will not know their children have been made wards of the government until it is too late. Courts already designate a maternal presumption in divorce.[13] The rising Gynarchy will serve to destroy the last vestiges of patriarchy and degrade the male to the role of sperm donor. Females will be empowered and designated as the guardians of their children with the assistance and welfare of the State.İİ This authority is required until the government establishes the infrastructure to raise children from the time they are born. State mandated daycare centers will be established and compulsory education will be imposed. They will provide the necessary propaganda to prepare children for their occupational station and service to the government.[14]

In the future, mothers will be eliminated as parents, non jus personarum. Women will not be needed for child rearing. Essentially, they will be reduced to the role of surrogates for bearing children. The absent father, already deposed, is hopelessly under the jurisdiction of the Gynarchy. If he desires to see his offspring, he will have to go through the bureaucracy. When he does see them, it will be with strictly supervised visitation - for he is considered a threat to the State.

Males will answer before feminist guardians in tribunals rather than before a jury of their peers.

Single mothers will be blamed for the great social problems caused by their undisciplined children.[15] American society has already been greatly affected by a deluge of criminals and misfits.[16] Public reproach will serve to make women feel inept and fearful for their security. They will readily hand over their children to the government to protect their State-provided welfare. The Gynaeceum will be fulfilled at this time. Females will accept the State orphan solution and will be greatly deceived. In reality, a terrifying sin will be committed by selling their kindred's birthright into slavery. Few will ever figure it out and even fewer will openly resist this evil. Their new masters will pacify them.

The organic female instinctively desires to be close to her child; to cuddle and nourish it. She will be encouraged to assist the State by becoming a wet nurses to spend more time with her children. The regime will provide women's employers with incentives of enhanced maternity leave. Indeed, the State will make it fashionable and women will in turn embrace the welfare.

There at a central place, mothers will meet under the tutelage and supervision of the Gynarchy's Lesbian officials. As their toddlers suckle at their breasts, they will feel comforted to be with their children and amongst other females. To women it is perceived as a safe house; a haven for women to reflect; to talk about inward things, . . . and help others carry out their feminine duty to the superstate. The Gynaeceum has been institutionalized. It is seen in every population center. Each female has accepted her place in the new order as women have done throughout the history of conquered nations. Heuristically, they abhor violence. As long as the new peace is maintained (even if it is brutally oppressive) they will tend to the things that provide them comfort and security.

Males will not have a voice. The fatherless society will continue to be enforced. Men will be encouraged to invest their seed in sperm banks. With the decreasing sperm counts in European and American males,[17] men may want to preserve their seed in the hopes of continuing their progeny. The increasing "lesbian-ization" and misandry of women has already spurred a movement in this direction. A growing number of Lesbian couples have chosen to be artificially inseminated by sperm donors.[18] The government increasingly supports it.

Parental Licenses

The regime will issue parental licenses[19] as a measure to further control reproductive rights and population.[20] This has already been proposed.[21] During these times, every female will be reminded of her sex's total failure as single parents. The State will also assure men are known [to women] to be inherently violent, especially against women and children. As a consequence, females will accept parental licenses as a measure for the public good.

Psychologists, sociologists, and psychiatrists will be employed to assure each heterosexual relationship is beneficial to the new society[22] These government agents will scrutinize the most personal views of men and women alike. They will assure that each person thinks correctly and is not a threat to the regime. The Ministry will enforce compulsory foster care from birth. As a precondition to the license, parents will turn their infant over to a "State qualified" foster care center. The mother will be allowed to visit and nurse her newborn. The father will be greatly restricted.

"The creation of a new social value in the United States goes through a process of identifying and discussing an issue in organizations and the media. Persuading arguments in the form of editorials, essays and political policies shape the issue so that it assumes the specificity of a value. Then education promulgates the need for the value. Finally, legislation embeds the value in our society."[23]

The ruling class will control the nation's population, its reproduction, and the stock of its herd. It is the stated goal of the Zionists and the United Nations to bring the world population down from the present 6.2 billion down to 500 million using warfare, famine and disease.

"The present vast overpopulation ... must be met in the present by the reduction in the numbers now existing. It must be done by whatever means necessary...."[24]

In fact, the campaign is well underway. A recent study found that over 20 percent of tetanus vaccines sampled in the Philippines was contaminated with an anti-fertility drug called chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG).[25] Similar vaccination campaigns sponsored by the World Health Organization (WHO) exist in Mexico and Nicaragua. Predictably, the WHO and certain "feminist organizations" attacked the report. Could the same surreptitious means be used on Caucasian people in American and Europe under present compulsory vaccinations?

There is no end to the insidious possibilities of State-mandated reproduction. If all of this sounds too unbelievable, who would have believed homosexuals would become a protected class thirty-years ago?

With parental licenses, the condition and enforcement of intermarriage could easily be established. Many states once had laws prohibiting intermarriage and regulated Negroes from coming in contact with whites.İİİ Today, all of these State Constitution Articles have been swept away. Similarly, the best breeders could be brought together and licensed to reproduce. This concept has already been proposed and according to Stephens is "well underway."[26] Scientists have succeeded in transforming embryonic stem cells into sperm cells[27] and female eggs.[28] The following quote indicates that fathers may have an even greater fight for parenthood in the future.

"Scientists said the work also would advance efforts to engineer sperm with specific genetic traits, a capability that, if applied to human embryonic stem cells and sperm, would pose new ethics questions regarding the extent to which people should be allowed to alter their genetic legacies. The advance could lead to new and controversial methods of reproduction."

Even though the hurdles for this research remain high, the success for this research may be even more elusive. The cloning of the sheep named - "Dolly," ended in an early death due to an "unusual" arthritis condition and a lung infection. The door is still open for cloning though.

Parental licenses have more of an immediate veracity for reproduction control than stem cell and cloning science. Licenses make it a dire likelihood for a government-incited breeding program to be established. Humans could be bred for the different employment stations required by the ruling class. Some will be bred for the duty of the police (guard), some for their intelligence, others for assembling widgets. Yet, others will be bred for breastfeeding the many infants in the super State's vast orphanages. Violators of reproduction will be compelled to have abortions. Any unauthorized child born will be taken from the parent to an established foster home for preparation to serve the future needs of the regime. Lykken of the University of Minnesota and others already advocate a similar system.[29] Accordingly, violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Repeat offenders would be required to submit to an implant of Norplant or a similar process of sterilization. This may sound like a horrifying science fiction, but a growing number of Judges have already ordered women to have Norplant implanted.[30] Parents will face jail time for refusing sterilization or Norplant. Boys will be sterilized by vasectomies. When a parental license is issued, the vasectomy would then be reversed. A few years ago, legislation was actually introduced in Ohio, which would have required Norplant or tubal ligation for women, or vasectomy for men, if the family had a child and received welfare benefits for their support.[31] Many people don't realize that Health and Human Services payments for child support are also a welfare payment that falls under the Social Security Act.

"Today, a welfare mother is coerced into using Norplant. Tomorrow, the state is in the parent licensing business."[32]

How will people accept the coming Gynarchy? Most will never figure out what has come to pass. They will be confused and bewildered by the events unfolding around them. They will never figure out their racial and cultural history is under attack. Indeed, the enemy has declared war on the Caucasian race and its Christian tradition long ago. It has divided them, caused them to make war with each other and promotes genocide against this most threatened race. All of this follows the writings of Sun Tsu's The Art of War.

It is not by coincidence that of all the races, only the Caucasian race is decreasing.[33]

Others will not believe that the Gynarchy has arrived. They will turn a blind eye to all the evidence. They will be pacifists content with being enslaved. Alas, their lot is certainly numbered. But this will not be so for others who cherish and uphold their heritage and people. If the white race doesn't awaken soon (and there are indications that it is indeed awakening) within two hundred years, the white race may become extinct.[34] Education and public activity of the white plight is necessary for its survival.

Corpus Juris Secundum

İİ The subject matter is not complete without discussing the present Judiciary making all of this possible.

As a rule, the State benefits greatly from ambiguous laws because it allows criminalizing and bankrupting agitators as it chooses. As one former paralegal confided:

"What the public does not understand is that the judge has total control over how much it is going to cost to litigate any case in the judge's court. A lawyer soon learns that any judge can make any case so expensive to litigate that the attorney's client is going to run out of money before the case is completed and at that point in time cannot even afford the more expensive costs of filing an appeal."[35]

Learning to draft ambiguous contracts is a basic principle taught in law schools. Why? Simply so attorneys can argue its merits and profit from it. As a general rule, the real function of an attorney is not to ever embarrass the judge, prosecutor, court, or government agency even at the expense of protecting a client's rights. The lawyer is in fact, an officer of the court as defined by the encyclopedia (statement of principles of American law) known as Corpus Juris Secundum.

"His [the attorney's] first duty is to the court, not to the client, and wherever the duties he owes to the client conflict with the duties he owes to the court, as an officer of the court in the administration of justice, the former must yield to the latter."[36]

In stating this, the public has to be conditioned into believing the judiciary is balanced and actively protecting the public's rights. The judiciary will always be veiled in purported virtue and esteemed dignity. It will act as the priesthood to the regime. No one will know better. In reality, justice exists on the terms of the ruling class, which dictates public policy. Magistrates are protected with immunity as long as they uphold the societal plan.

Unsuspecting people often find out their rights are not protected in court, especially if it is opposed to public policy. Attorneys never tell their clients they are literally considered "wards of the court" by appearing in court"[37] Black's Law Dictionary defines "wards of the court" as "infants" or "persons of unsound mind."[38]

In knowing this, it provides important understanding of why the judiciary is indeed corrupt and legislates from the bench. Administrative agencies function under Administrative law. The continuous growth in Administrative agencies is nullifying individual rights declared in the U.S. Constitution. There is virtually no separation of powers in these agencies (Homeland Defense, Social Security Title IVd, and the Internal Revenue Service, et. al) as specified in the U.S. Constitution. They function as a legislative, executive, and judicial body. The Department of Human Services for instance, promulgates its own rules, which have the force and effect of laws.

The judge's continuing education will continue to arm them for recognizing potential rebels.[39] Lawyers will carry out the will of the ruling class because their profession owes its existence to the State. With the aid of the government's many agencies, federal lawyers will defend the State by eliminating troublemakers - malum prohibitum, using the State's many ambiguous crimes and civil laws. Indeed, this is certainly the case today. Any person can be charged with a crime. Sixty-year old Lovell Wheeler of Highlandtown, Maryland, was charged with a misdemeanor crime and held on $2,000,000 bail. The presiding Judge recently revoked his bail. His real crime however, is his politically incorrect views. By comparison, a drive-by shooting the year before left an 8-year old with a bullet in his neck. The shooter was released in 2 days on $15,000 bail. The Courts already have a plethora of laws and privileges to charge anyone who transgresses the jew-influenced public policy. These laws will provide authority to sentence them even unto death. All truth will be veiled in controversy. The deceiver will sound righteous and the innocent will be damned. This is the way tyranny works. We have it in America today.

Indeed, the courts are corrupt and have become the modern version of the Star-Chamber.[40]

The Gynarchy is advancing as a result of purposeful laws directed against the sovereignty of white men. As the new Welfare Reform bill is readied for passage in Congress, the Washington Times reports that child support advocates are elated over provisions that will allow child support enforcement to criminalize and plunder more citizens, using children as justification.[41] There is a provision in the bill that would allocate welfare funds for pro-marriage demonstration projects and activities. Predictably, feminist groups and the American Civil Liberties Union oppose this provision. They are in fact the laborers for building the Gynarchal system.

States Rights for Whites Only

"The intermarriage of white persons with negroes, mulattoes, or persons of mixed blood, descended from a negro to the third generation, inclusive, or their living together as man and wife, in this State, is prohibited. The Legislature shall enforce this section by appropriate legislation."

He likens it to having children in a "plague area." This psychologist is frank about the methods to be used in licensing of parents. Licenses would be checked in hospital maternity wards.
