(ACN) Hundreds of thousands of Mexicans,
Mexican-Americans and other Latinos participated in
today's work stoppage, economic boycott and school
walkouts making it the most successful "Huelga" in the
history of Alta California. Visible signs could be
observed from San Francisco to Los Angeles to San
Diego of the impact of "La Huelga". Thousands of
businesses had to shut their doors for lack of workers
and customers and some predominate Latino schools
reported 2/3 of their entire student body absent even
though school administrators utilized a variety of
threats against the students to keep them in school.
The economic loss as a consequence of Latinos not
buying any products or services is yet to be
determined. Future "Huelgas" will only become more
effective as the movement gains momentum.
La Voz de Aztlan received some reports from students
concerning the underhanded measures utilized by White
teachers and administrators to force them to not
participate in "La Huelga". One disturbing report came
from Jose Cardenas, a Mexican-American student at
Overfelt High School in San Jose where Latinos
constitute about 60% of the student population of
about 1600 students. He reported, "I just wanted to
say that I am supporting La Causa by not attending
school tomorrow but wanted to make a comment on what
was announced today. Our principal is white and he
announced many consequences for not attending school
tomorrow. He is just using a scare tactic because he
knows it will greatly affect our school because of the
large Hispanic population. There are also many racist
teachers which made fun of the boycott and other
racist comments. I know this is going on in many other
schools and wanted to know if you guys could bring
this to the attention of everyone, that law states
that students can miss school as long as they have
their parents' authorization and cannot be punished."
The above scare tactics were also utilized in the Los
Angeles Unified School District and other large school
districts throughout the state. The Santa Ana School
District in Orange County, one of California's
districts with the largest percentage of Latino
students, the administration utilized "bribery" to
keep students in school to no avail. They sent out
letters to the parents that they would be raffling,
for free, "large screen Television sets" today.
Whether the raffles were actually held is unknown.
Gloria Hernandez, a member of the Coalition for
Immigrants Rights of the San Joaquin Valley, said that
a large number Latino students boycotted school in the
Porterville Unified School District.
Many large manufacturing companies were affected with
large employee absentee rates. Smaller shops had to
close their doors. San Jose's downtown area showed
that many small businesses that cater to Latinos were
closed for the day. Others reported a drop-off in
customers. "We're really affected," said San Jose
jewelry store owner Luis Romo. "We need business,
especially in downtown... it's terrible."
Hardest hit were restaurants throughout the state. In
San Francisco, Bill Higgins, co-owner of Real
Restaurants, a group of 10 Bay Area restaurants that
includes the Fog City Diner, Betelnut and BeauCoup had
to organize a non-Latino standby workers group and the
entire Latino staff of Acme Chophouse walked off the
job today, using the sick time that the restaurant
offers hourly workers. On St. Helena's Main Street,
Armadillo's restaurant will close for the day said
owner Jose Velazquez. Closing the restaurant cost him
$2,500 in daily gross revenue.
Also, in San Francisco, Santiago Ruiz, executive
director of the Mission Neighborhood Centers, which
runs many Head Start programs said that eight of the
locations had to be closed today. Ruiz said that while
he supports employees participating in the boycott, he
showed up to work because he needs to ensure that
needy families continue to get support. He said he
bought gasoline and milk on his way home Thursday to
avoid making any purchases today.
The above events repeated themselves in hundreds of
cities and smaller towns throughout Alta California.
It will be difficult to estimate the total economic
impact "La Huelga" had in the state, but one thing for
sure, future "huelgas" will have increasingly greater
consequences for those who would deny basic rights to
Mexican and other immigrants. With better organization
and increased participation by organizations, "La
Huelga Solidarity Movement" will become a powerful
political and economic weapon to be used in the
struggle for equal civil and human rights. The
National Huelga Committee looks forward to the day
when this weapon can be deployed throughout Aztlan.

CHANUKAH FEATURE
The cycle beginning with Chanukah
reflects the history of the Jewish people

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y., Dec. 1 (JTA) -- Chanukah is not only a holiday; it's
one of several Jewish new years. Judaism counts time by three synchronized
clocks: the solar-lunar clock, the seven days of the week and the Torah-reading
cycle. The solar seasons signify the three pilgrimage festivals, Sukkot,
Passover and Shavuot, which correspond with seasonal agricultural events. In
these, Judaism tells time by correlating nature's seasons with Israel's
paradigmatic events. The week, anchored by the Sabbath, commemorates creation
of the world and signifies the restoration of Eden.
And the Torah-reading cycle corresponds to the solar seasons and the lunar
months, in which the narrative of the people of Israel is told and retold. The
cycle begins with the Sabbath on which the story of creation is told -- the
Shabbat after Simchat Torah -- and continues for a year. This Torah-reading
cycle is augmented by special readings for a sequence of special Sabbaths, the
first of which is the Shabbat that falls on Chanukah, the first Jewish festival
following the beginning of the Torah-reading cycle.
Special readings mark many Sabbaths during the year. Sometimes, an additional
excerpt from the Torah is read; always, there is a special Haftarah reading,
from the Prophets, connected to the significance of that day. These special
Shabbat readings impart special meaning in addition to the regular rhythm of
the Torah-reading cycle.
What do these special Sabbaths signify, and how do they link nature's time with
the narrative of the Torah? The special readings are divided into three groups.
First come the special Sabbaths from Chanukah through Shavuot, coinciding with
the winter/spring rainy season in Israel. Then, in the summer, when the rain
has ebbed and the season of desiccation has set in, there are the readings of
the special Sabbaths of the three weeks of mourning, commencing on the 17th of
Tammuz. The readings mark Israel's rebellion against God, which brought about
God's abandonment of the Temple.
Finally, When Israel's rebellion is fully requited, there follow the seven
Sabbaths of consolation and penitence. This third season, marked by the hope
that the rainy season will return, begins in Elul, the month of penitence that
precedes Rosh Hashanah. The third season carries through the Ten Days of Awe,
which culminate in Yom Kippur and ends only with Sukkot, a harvest festival
that holds the promise of renewal and the onset of the rainy season.
The Torah-reading cycle is set forth in a rabbinic work, Pesikta d'Rab Kahana,
which expounds upon this cycle: First comes the preparation of the Holy Temple,
its dedication and its purification; second comes Passover and Shavuot; third
comes the catastrophe of the destruction of the Temple in Tammuz and Av, the
season of death; and finally comes the consolation of the month of penitence
and the Days of Awe.
The same cycle is encapsulated in Elul and Tishri -- sin, punishment, atonement,
consolation and renewal -- as the life-cycle of nature and the rhythm of the
Jewish experience correspond with each other. Similarly, the story of the
Jewish people is retold in the story of the passage of the seasons.
In the rainy season, we celebrate the dedication and repair of the Temple with
Chanukah. That leads to the end of the rainy season and the celebration of
spring, freedom and the exodus on Passover. It culminates 50 days later with
the holiday of Shavuot, when the Jewish people received the Torah at Mount
Sinai.
The next chapter of Israel's story is told during the dry season of the year.
This season of death marks the destruction of the Temple. Then comes the third
chapter, the one of repentance and judgment, which leads to the renewal of the
rainy season and the beginning of the cycle again. The story of the Jewish
people is captured in this cycle: life, death and eventual resurrection.
So why start with Chanukah and end with Sukkot? Because Chanukah, the
celebration of the Holy Temple, is the sole possible starting point. Within the
logic of the natural year embodied in the Temple rites, there is no other
sequence that could have occurred, no other starting point for the Jewish
people. Chanukah represents that starting point.

Columnist Jeff German: Holocaust very real to victims

It didn't take David Berkovitz long to understand that he was in a Nazi death
camp when he arrived at Auschwitz in 1944 at the age of 13. He said he could
smell human flesh burning in nearby crematoriums. Eventually, Berkovitz was
assigned to a construction project, but his entire family, including his
parents and two sisters, were sent to their deaths.
The first day 16-year-old Lydia Lebovic arrived at Auschwitz in 1944, her
mother and sister were killed in the gas chambers. The Nazis later moved
Lebovic to Bergen-Belsen, where she said she regularly saw "mountains of
corpses" piling up in the camp as she performed manual labor duties. At 19
Sasha Semenoff saw murder and death all around him at Sutthof, another
concentration camp. Gestapo officers would carry on public executions to
intimidate camp members and leave the bodies of unsuccessful escapees hanging
on barbed wire fences for hours at a time, he said.
As local Holocaust survivors, these are painful memories that Berkovitz, now
73, Lebovic, 75, and Semenoff, 79, would prefer to forget -- but are reminded
of when someone like David Irving comes to town to deny that 6 million Jews
perished at the hands of the Nazis during World War II. All three survivors
are among many who have responded with outrage to comments this week by Irving,
a British historian who is regarded as the world's most notorious Holocaust
revisionist. "I don't understand how the hate can be so big in a person like
this," Berkovitz said. "He actually believes his lies." Added Semenoff: "How
can he deny this? The Nazis themselves admitted it."
Michael Berenbaum, a well-known Holocaust historian and former research
director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.,
said the Nazi atrocities have been documented by millions of witnesses and
records. Irving, he said, has been thoroughly discredited. "His claims are a
fabrication of the highest magnitude," Berenbaum said.
As I reported Tuesday, Irving slipped into Las Vegas to address a small group
of followers Monday night at the St. Tropez Hotel, but not before reaffirming
in an interview with this writer his flawed contention that the Holocaust never
occurred.
The 65-year-old Hitler biographer also let his anti-Semitic beliefs surface
during the interview when he suggested that the affluent Jewish community in
the United States in 20 or 30 years will face animosity similar to what
occurred in Germany before the Nazis took power. "What comes around, goes
around," he said. "Ordinary people don't like what they see. They don't like
the networking, and they get envious of the wealth. It's going to happen all
over again."
Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Los
Angeles-based organization dedicated to preserving the memory of the Holocaust,
said that statement not only exposes Irving as a racist, but also as a
hypocrite. On the one hand, Cooper said, Irving tries to debunk the Holocaust,
but on the other hand he hopes for another one to occur. "It shows the man is
an anti-Semite who goes to sleep at night saying Hitler didn't finish the job
the first time around and maybe we will get lucky and someone else will come
along to finish the task," Cooper said.
If there is a rise in anti-Semitism in this country, it's because of people
like Irving, who spread lies and practice bigotry, said Meyer Bodoff, president
and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas. "That's one of the lessons we
learned from the Holocaust," Bodoff said. "We don't remain silent about things
like this." There's no better example of the local vigilance than the
federation's extensive Holocaust library, which has more than 15,000 books and
500 films on the subject. Edythe Katz Yarchever, who oversees the library as
the head of the Governor's Council on Holocaust Education, called Holocaust-
deniers like Irving an "aberration of civilization."
But you can't fully understand the horror of the Nazi concentration camps until
you talk to survivors like David Berkovitz, Lydia Lebovic and Sasha Semenoff
and hear them describe the pain they suffered. Then you imagine the additional
pain they feel when Irving says their nightmare never happened.

addresses, were joined in a civil union March 25, 2002, in Bolton, Vt.
Judges in Texas and Connecticut have rejected requests for civil union
divorces, said University of Iowa law professor Ann Estin.
"You can go to Vermont and have a civil union, but you can't, until now, go to
another state and have a civil union divorce," she said.
Daniel Bray, an Iowa City lawyer and chairman of the Family Law Section of the
Iowa State Bar Association, said the law is clear that marriage can only exist
between a man and woman in Iowa.
"A divorce can be entered only when there is a valid marriage," he said.
At the same time, Bray said, Neary acted appropriately -- in this case, he
signed a settled agreement, and it wasn't incumbent upon him to determine the
participants' gender.
"There are no floodgates being opened here. The issue here is that our law must
constantly adapt to change in the family. Iowa has been a forerunner in making

You don't have to travel far outside Portland's borders to find racial ignorance in full force

Who says there is no diversity in Maine? Well, okay, I've done so, but let's forget that for a moment. Within the context of a state so overwhelmingly white -- and I don't just mean when it's snowing -- there is impressive diversity.
In Portland.
In Portland, you see Somalis, Hispanics, Whites, African Americans, Arabs, and others -- eventually. If you're a person who requires Kosher food or Halal meat, you can find it. And if you hanker for Salvadoran food, you can find a restaurant that serves it.
Considering that the entire population of the city could be placed in a large Chicago neighborhood and still have plenty of elbow room, Portland isn't doing too badly with diversity.
But just go a mere 30 miles south on the turnpike (hell, even 10 or 20), and you can encounter people who have never talked face-to-face with someone who isn't white.
In these areas, it's still acceptable in many circles to refer to African Americans as colored; I've been called colored more than once since moving here. I know personally of Vietnam vets who refer openly and comfortably to anyone with an Asian appearance as gooks.
These are things I can forgive, to some extent at least, in older people who grew up in different times. To be honest, I'd like to change their behaviors, and I try. But teaching an old dog new tricks is pretty hard.
What turns my stomach, though, is that terms like "colored" are coming out of the mouths of young people; teenagers who are inheriting general ignorance. That's not a promising sign for progress.
For the past several months, I've been trying my hand at some substitute teaching in York County, and on more than one occasion, kids have said things to me that are pretty racist.
One kid asked me if I had ever been to the ghetto. Another one referred to me as the teacher "from the ghetto." Would I have attracted such comments if I were white? No. (And just to set the record straight, no, I didn't grow up in, nor live in, any "ghetto.")
A woman who is a professional acquaintance of mine lives in a fairly moneyed community here in Southern Maine, and she works with teenagers. Somehow, the subject of race came up and the kids said they felt black people were dangerous. One teen had recently returned from a college scouting trip in our nation's capital and she described how scared she was to be around so many black people.
When my acquaintance probed further, she discovered these teens' parents still used terms like colored, and that the kids associated black people with images of pimps, hustlers, and other unsavory types on such enriching fare as MTV. (Damn, aren't there enough other mindless programs on the WB and UPN that show black people in family settings and workplaces that don't involve drugs, guns, pimps, and whores?)
She asked me if I would be willing to meet with the teens and talk about my life as an African-American woman. I told her I'd think about it. Maybe I should be jumping at the chance, but frankly, I'm tired of being the one who has to dispel ignorance. I'd like to see a whole bunch of white people pitch in for once.
Why is it that parents in Portland are able to better familiarize their kids with various cultures, whereas a short ride away kids walk around in a haze of racial ignorance? I don't know, but let's find out, okay?
It's not enough for Portland to have a commitment to diversity. Yes, it's great that newspapers like this one exist. It's great that publications out here announce events that can expose us to a wide array of cultures and allow people like me to discuss issues like race.
But as a state, we aren't doing so well outside of Portland. And we shouldn't be leaning on the few black people here -- or Asians or Hispanics or any other minority -- to do all the educating. Eventually, we're going to get burned out and start shutting down around y'all. I don't want that; I'm trying to become a part of Maine.
The onus is on the white people in Maine to teach someone else about my culture. The roots of my black brothers and sisters dig down through 400 years of this nation's history. The Native Americans were here long before that. Teaching kids to be knowledgeable and sensitive to other cultures seems like something every parent should do, even in Maine.
It's great that parents provide food, shelter, clothing, and education. But if parents fail to expose their kids to other cultures, they are doing a grave disservice. Don't we want our kids to grow up and be able to compete and achieve in the global marketplace? Don't we want them to be able to visit a big city outside of Maine and not cause a ruckus because they referred to someone as a nigger, a camel jockey, or a chink?
I'm still thinking about whether I will actually speak to those teens my acquaintance told me about. In the end, I suppose I will. Because if just a few more people can discover the only real difference between me and them is that I don't need a tanning booth, then progress goes forward.
But I'd really appreciate it if more of you -- in the classrooms, the workplace and the grocery lines -- would give us non-whites a little help in educating the masses. Because there's still a lot of work to be done.

About 2 months ago Anthony and I made the difficult decision to sever all social contact and business dealings with Resistance Records and it's owner, the National Alliance, due to numerous and repeated instances of unethical and dishonorable conduct on their part. The requirements than we have that qualify individuals or groups to be admitted into our circles of trust and support are not very stringent: you need to 1) Be sincere and faithful in your efforts to promote the 14 Words, 2) Not have testified against your brothers or have otherwise given information leading to their arrest, 3) Engage in business dealings with us and our friends in an honest manner, and 4) Not maintain a condescending and deceitful attitude towards Skinheads and/or prisoners and not make derogatory comments about them. It is fair to say that Resistance Records and N.A. leadership repeatedly failed to meet those minimal requirements.
Panzerfaust Records is a White Power rock and roll company, and we do not make it our business to interfere with how any particular organization runs their affairs, except insofar as it affects us or our friends. It is obvious that the N.A. has experienced very difficult times since the death of National Alliance's eternal leader, Dr. William Pierce. While it is our opinion that much of this trouble has been brought on themselves by the actions of the leadership elements, we have not sought to hasten their downfall even after deciding that we could no longer support them and their current activities. While our decision was known to those close to us, we did not use the few resources available to us to "badmouth" them or attempt to turn more people against them than they were otherwise doing themselves, and it is not our intent to do so now. Most of you who are our customers and supporters will be hearing this for the first time now, months after the fact.
In California, Anthony was a rich kid who played with drugs and got caught. He did his time rather than take his former associates down with him. While incarcerated, Anthony came into contact with Dr. Pierce's writings, and began looking at the world differently. He came out of his prison experience a changed man, and began promoting Dr. Pierce and his philosophy. He personally bought and distributed thousands of dollars worth of N.A. material over the years, even after starting his own record company which was said to compete against that of Dr. Pierce, Resistance Records. That support continued even after Dr. P's death until a couple of months ago.
My wife and I joined the National Alliance years ago, although I had been involved in distributing pamphlets and stickers for years before that. After we joined, I decided to pack up my pregnant wife and 10 month old son (Forrest) and moved to West Virginia to work at Headquarters. I took a pay cut of about $800 a week to do so. As I am no longer a member, I don't feel the need to spread dirty laundry about the inner workings of the group, but I did become increasingly disturbed by the way that Erich Gliebe attempted to run Resistance Records, among other irregularities at HQ that would not be tolerated by most members. Dr. Pierce's former staff can attest to the fact that at the last employee meeting I attended, Dr. Pierce announced that we had mutually agreed that I should no longer work there, and I spent my last week training a fellow member to run the warehouse. I say "former" staff because virtually every single one of the people that Dr. P hand picked to build and run his organisation (some were there for more than 10 years) were either fired by Gliebe or resigned and quit the Alliance in protest of Gliebe's activities. While there were many causes to be alarmed at what was going on, I retained my membership and attempted to help like-minded members turn things around. Obviously these efforts were not appreciated by the new leadership, and I began to hear myself accused of being a "disgruntled ex-employee" and a "bad seed", etc. I returned to Minnesota with my family to help my friend Anthony with his record label, Panzerfaust Records, and we continued to cooperate with the new N.A., despite the growing concern among virtually every other pro-White group in the country with the negative impact the new N.A. was having on our collective situation, which need not be detailed here.
As the N.A. continued to lose members, customers and support, we began to hear that N.A. leadership was blaming us for starting a conspiracy to bring down the Alliance because of my dislike of Erich Gliebe. Nothing could be further from the truth. While it is true that I once told Dr. Pierce that Erich was dumb enough to hide his own Easter eggs, I did not personally care how badly he mis-managed his company once I ceased working for it. My concern was the things he was doing that adversely affected those outside of his group, including making divisive comments about skinheads and other groups at leadership conferences and later denying it. Such as allowing known government informants to rise to the leadership level of his organisation. Such as misappropriation of royalties that should have gone to the bands that were signed to his label. But the most egregious behavior was the way N.A. leadership mobilized a slick, well funded smear campaign against even well meaning criticism of his activities, even against his own members, in an effort to intimidate, silence, or discredit good people in order to consolidate his grip on the resources that Dr. Pierce had left in the control of his trusted Board of Directors, all of whom had resigned in protest. Of course, N.A. leadership claimed these people had all been attempting a coup against him, even though it was they themselves who had named Mr. Gliebe to his position of Chairman after Dr. P's untimely death. There are many reasons that the N.A. is currently falling apart, but knowing what is wrong with the N.A. does not mean that Anthony and I caused it...
Like a wounded animal lashing out in it's final moments, Mr. Gliebe has lately directed his leadership level to launch an all out assault on Panzerfaust Records and others to attempt to punish us for daring to lose patience with his actions. We could expect this type of slander from our known opponents, like those of Morris Dees' SPLC, but Mr. Gliebe has picked up where they left off. The national Alliance has even gone as far as to start a website dedicated to smearing our names. While we are disappointed that an organisation which formerly had so much potential would resort to these tactics, we are not surprised. We knew what we in for when we made the decision to sever all contact with them and withdraw the support that we had shown them for years. What they have stooped to merely confirms our assessment of their character and motivation. They have attacked me for using my middle name as my last name.(?) They have attempted to convince the world that Anthony is "obviously Mexican." This despite the fact that Anthony has attended almost every White Power gig in North America for years and is personaly known by hundreds of people all over the country and every band in America, and most of those in Europe. Now, all of a sudden the Alliance claims that "within 5 seconds of meeting him, you know he is a Mexican." Like I said, by attempting to smear us, they are doing the SPLC's work for them, this is what Morris Dees' group has to say about me and Anthony:

Resistance's recent attacks against Anthony apppear to be directly inspired by the rumors the SPLC hoped would take hold.
While I felt it necessary to explain to our customers and supporters what was going on, Panzerfaust Records will have nothing further to say about the matter, unless you are personally known to to us and care to ask. We will not follow the usual "movement" script and engage in an ongoing mudslinging contest with N.A. members or leaders. I don't see what productive end would come out of that. I hate to dissapoint those who wish to see the pro-White music scene in America devolve into some type of juvenile "label war" and become embroiled in an exchange of insults and threats, but we have all seen that type of situation before, and it was not productive, and did nothing to make the world safer for my kids. The N.A. has at their disposal time, money and effort to spare for their clever little dirty tricks campaign. We do not. And if we did, we would not spend it attacking those whom we wish we could still support. We have made our reluctant position known, and that is that. Two months ago, we decided we could no longer do business with the leadership of Resistance/N.A., although we remain dedicated to the vision and ideals of Dr. Pierce and will continue to welcome the support of rank and file members of his former organisation. We will not attend concerts that Resistance is permitted to participate in, if they are ever allowed to attend another one. We feel that this is the most appropriate response to their divisive, coordinated and well funded smear campaign against Anthony and myself. However, despite their recent attacks, we will also not actively do anything to exacerbate the meltdown that the leadership level is denying is taking place within that organisation. It was a difficult decision to even publically announce our withdrawal of support from them, and we wish all the luck in the world to those decent members who have been hanging on, attempting to put the brakes on what is looking like a slow train wreck. You should be careful, though, as the current smear campaign against Panzerfaust Records should serve as an example of what will happen to you if you dissent from the party line. Today's member in good standing might be denounced as tommorow's "bad seed."
Those that know us and are aware of all of the projects we are involved in know that we have lots of work to do and no time to engage in a petty, destructive feud with a failing label whose owners should know better. It is doubtful that Dr. Pierce would have permitted this type of stuff to go on under his organisation's name if he were still at the helm. Anthony and I personally mourn the loss of Dr. Pierce and the hopes he had for his National Alliance.

Vandalism, Federal Prison and the 14th Amendment
The so-called 'neo-Nazi/skinhead' Brian Hauth was sentenced to almost 3 years in federal prison on Dec. 8, 2003 for vandalizing Jewish and Asian property in Oregon, mostly via spray-paint. Why did Hauth face federal charges for a usually-minor crime committed solely in Oregon? Because Hauth did the unthinkable these days: he committed a crime against People Of Color. You see, People Of Color are special humans who are waaaay better folk than those Super-Evil White People [tm, the Jewish and Black communities].
Special 'hate-crime' considerations in any criminal case are unconstitutional because they violate the idea of 'equal protection under the law' mentioned in the 14th Amendment. Those special considerations create different jail sentences for the same crime: one version of the crime has a 'regular sentence' and one has 'extra time' and federal charges included because the person who committed the crime was 'hating People Of Color' at the time he committed the crime. In other words, the criminal was committing a thought crime.
Hauth was charged with 'conspiring to deny civil rights,' a charge that sounds neat-o but means absolutely nothing. We have read, and own a copy of, the U.S. Constitution, and the term 'civil rights' appears nowhere in that document. In fact, the term 'civil rights' was virtually unknown in America until the 1950s. Why? 'Civil-rights' as a legal term did not exist in 1910, but suddenly, in about 1962, a person could be charged with violating such rights? Seems odd, if you ask us.
Also, when a person serves time in a federal prison, he is usually sent to an out-of-state pen, so that various loved-ones have a hard time visiting him.

Boxing-gloved Negro gangs attack white pedestrians

THE Negro GANGS, working in groups of five to 15, attack pedestrians and bikers without warning.
Clad in black-hooded sweatshirts and black skullcaps, they hunt down victims in the dark, then beat them mercilessly, shouting "Get him!" and "you ain't goin' nowhere!"
In at least one case, they stabbed a young man with a knife. In another, they shot an advertising salesman who stopped to ask for directions. They're motive is uncertain.
But it's the boxing gloves that give these attacks an added bizarre twist.
"I've never seen that before - using boxing gloves to beat up people," said Lt. Walter Bell, head of Special Investigations in South Detectives.
Detective Larry McKnight, one of the lead investigators, says he's seen a lot in his 30 years as a cop. "This is a first for me as far as Negroes attacking whites."
Police say they believe seven incidents, all in South Philadelphia, are linked to one or more gangs that have been randomly attacking people near the Courtyard at the Riverview, also known as the "Tower," a residential area just south of Queen Village. In at least three of the attacks, the hoods were wearing boxing gloves.
The attacks began Oct. 24, with the most recent beating on Nov. 30 near 4th Street and Washington Avenue. In that attack - the only attack in which the suspects actually robbed a victim - the thugs stole a pair of Nike sneakers, a cell phone and a wallet.
Their victims are still reeling from the viciousness of the crime.
Randy Ruth was punched in his left ear by a youth wearing a boxing glove as he walked on 4th Street between Carpenter Street and Washington Avenue about 7 p.m. Nov. 16.
"They never said anything about wanting money," recalled Ruth, 16.
He said he was attacked by one teenager, and then suddenly, about 15 other teens - many wearing boxing gloves - unleashed their fury on his friend.
"Once two people started hitting him, maybe they thought 'OK, this is the guy to beat up,' " recalled Ruth.
His friend, who didn't want to be identified, said he tried to escape, but the hooligans blocked and grabbed him. When he finally did flee, he realized he had been stabbed in the middle of his back. He said he was cut "very very close" to his lung and received six stitches at a local hospital.
"It's messed up that it [the beating] was for no reason," said the stabbing victim, a 19-year-old Temple student who says he plans now to take a self-defense class.
Like a bunch of bullies, investigators say the gang seems to wait for their victims, trying to catch someone off guard, just walking down the street.
And they seem to do it just for fun.
Adam Carrigan is still trying to understand why he was attacked, on Nov. 17, on his way home from school. Carrigan, 31, a film student at the University of the Arts, noticed six kids hanging on the sidewalk on Moyamensing Avenue near Washington.
"I should have known when they got real quiet right as I was about to walk past them," said Carrigan.
He wasn't intimidated, and kept on walking. After all, he had passed groups of teens in the neighborhood plenty of times before.
But this time, out of the blue, "they clocked me over the back of my head."
It was a hard, heavy object, and it left him dizzy, his vision blurred. He didn't see the boxing gloves.
"They wanted to see me fall and get a joke out of it," said Carrigan, who dropped his glasses when he fell. And the thugs did: they laughed, stomping on his glasses as they fled down a side street.
"It felt like my whole world was shot out of my head for a moment. All I heard was laughter," he said.
In another case, they shot an ad salesman who found himself lost Nov. 7 on Federal Street near 5th. He made the mistake of asking the group of teens for directions.
They said they couldn't help him and, as he turned to walk away, they suddenly returned, confronting him with a gun, said the victim, who also asked that his name not be used.
He said they inexplicably began firing, shouting obscenities. He believes he tried to knock the gun away, but was shot three times - in the knee, abdomen and neck.
"I was just surprised; he was shooting so soon," he said.
Investigators have warned community groups to use caution, particularly when walking alone at night. Especially around niggers.
Police don't know who is behind the beatings or why. There is no rhyme or reason to the cases, but they believe them to be linked. Maybe it's an initiation rite. Maybe some kids, who work out at a nearby rec center, have some more aggression to get out.

Movie Review for the Haunted Mansion!
Alex, What a nightmare! I took my kids thinking it would be a typical movie centering around comical jigs. It involves a Louisiana plantation ghost who was hopelessly in love with his jig mistress. Eddy Murphy's wife it turns out is the reincarnation of the long lost mistress and the ghost of the white master tries to reclaim his lost love. What was especially disgusting was when the jig and the white master kiss at the end of the movie. My kids got grossed out by it. I explained to them that is the Jewish message that the white race should merge with the black to create one race for the new world order. I'm glad I took them. They were grossed out by the message and the movie. This movie should definitely be destroyed if the white race ever regains power along with several others. War On Holidays Is War on America

Thanksgiving is over, but the country is probably lucky it took place at all . Various reports disclose that the war against Thanksgiving is almost as ferocious as those against such other evil institutions as Christmas and the Confederate Flag.
A story in the Washington Times last week discussed the war and who's behind it. As you might expect, it's pretty much the same people who want virtually every other white, Christian and national holiday abolished or, even better, subverted to suit their own political purposes.
Two years ago the Board of Selectmen of Plymouth, Mass., where the Pilgrims landed in 1620, put up a plaque denouncing them for coming at all.
"Native Americans do not celebrate the arrival of the Pilgrims and other European settlers," smirk the officials. "To them, Thanksgiving Day is a reminder of the genocide of millions of their people, the theft of their lands, and the relentless assault on their culture."
That doesn't stop the officials from continuing to live on the land their ancestors stole, which today is worth a good deal more than when the Pilgrims swiped it. [Pilgrims' progress ? November 25, 2003, by Robert Stacy MCCain]
The Selectmen are not the only warriors in the jihad against Thanksgiving . The Times also notes that in 1996, an instructional guide published by the U.S. Department of Education warned school teachers, "At Thanksgiving, shift the focus away from re-enacting the first Thanksgiving."
The guide , written by a teacher who's a Pueblo Indian, might be suspected of containing hidden racial agendas, if it were permitted to suspect anyone but white people of such wickedness:
"The conception of Native Americans [she meant Indians, not citizens born in the United States ] gained from such early exposure is both inaccurate and potentially damaging to others."
Just to confirm her point, this year a school principal in Skokie, Ill., banned cardboard Indian headdresses in the school's Thanksgiving pageant because it might offend Indians.
Yet another Native American (I mean Indian) named Moonanum James, who led a protest against Thanksgiving in Plymouth back in the dark ages when there was no plaque denouncing the white settlers, has even more damaging lessons to impart: "The Pilgrims did not come here seeking religious freedom. They already had that in Holland . They came here as part of a commercial venture."
There are two problems with that thought: (a) it's not entirely true, and (b) so what if it were true?
The real problem with the Pilgrims' commercial venture, says Mr. James, was that it v
"introduced sexism, racism , anti-lesbian and gay bigotry, jails and the class system to these shores. About the only true thing in the whole mythology is that these pitiful European strangers would not have survived their first several years in 'New England' were it not for the aid of Wampanoag people."
The Wampanoags, as you may have guessed, were also Native Americans (even though there was no America at the time.)
"What native people got in return for this help was genocide, theft of our lands and never-ending repression."
There are those lands again.
It would be pointless to refute all this kind of stuff, since those who believe it or worry about it probably aren't terribly open to persuasion (nor are those who don't believe it or worry about it).
The point of the war against Thanksgiving is not to teach history but to destroy the national myth--and therefore the nation itself--that the holiday and its traditional representation help symbolize.
Some years ago, when the war against the Confederate flag and similar Southern symbols cranked up, a good many Americans thought it made sense to denounce them because of the blatant "racism" they represented.
What they didn't get was that they and their own local myths and symbols were next on the hit list.
Now what is happening ought to be obvious, even to them.
What is being fought in the jihad against the Confederate Flag, Thanksgiving, Columbus Day and Christmas is not the "sexism, racism, anti-lesbian and gay bigotry" and other pastimes of Western man but the West itself and its local manifestation in American civilization.
The isms being denounced are icing on the cake. The real target is the cake itself, and those taking aim at it know the only way they can get to it is by scraping off the symbols and icons that represent it in the minds of most Americans.
Americans who still care what the real meanings of their holidays, as opposed to the three-day orgies of stuffing, guzzling and spending the national ruling class wants them to mean, need to know that the war against holidays is a war against their country and against them.
If they don't hang together in defending each other's myths and icons, sooner or later their enemies will hang all of them separately.

Officials say local artist's artwork would cause too much upset, outcry

MERIDEN -- Mary Morley is no Rembrandt.
So while the Dutch master's "Christ Healing the Sick" appears in books in the children's section of the Meriden Public Library, library officials will not allow the local artist's paintings of Jesus in its gallery.
"I worked so hard on this," said Morley, who has been on the library gallery waiting list for a year.
But when it came time for her show, titled "Visions, Hopes and Dreams," library officials said no to five of Morley's images. "When it came to anything with Jesus in it, they wouldn't allow it," she said.
The show could go on as scheduled, library administrators told her, just without the images of Jesus.
The accepted paintings included a tribute to victims of 9-11, portraits of Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, Mother Theresa and even Pope John Paul II. The library would also allow images from the Old Testament including David and Goliath, Moses with the Ten Commandments and the prophet Elijah, as well as a painting of two figures in prayer and an abstract called "Angels in the Tunnel."
When library officials told her the work was not acceptable, Morley tried to convince them to at least include either the Nativity or the Resurrection paintings.
Still, Library Director Marcia Trotta said no.
"It kind of tears the whole thing apart," said Morley, who decided to cancel her show, which was meant to start Dec. 1.
Morley said library officials told her the painting of the crucifixion and one of Christ carrying the cross might be disturbing to children. As for the Nativity scene, the painting of the resurrection, or the portrait of Jesus with a halo and an inscription from the New Testament, Morley said she got no clear explanation about what made them inappropriate.
"They said it would cause too much upset and outcry. Isn't Jesus an historical figure?" Morley asked.
Neither Trotta nor Victoria Navin, the library's community affairs director, returned repeated requests for comment over the course of two days.
Human Rights Advocate and city staff Attorney Deborah Moore referred to the library's printed policy on art exhibits, which says the art should be appropriate for all ages.
"The library will not accept exhibits which are judged 'inappropriate' or 'offensive' to any segment of the community," it reads.
"It's at the discretion of the library director," said Moore. For now, Moore said, she supports the published policy. v
Meanwhile, Morley contacted the Rutherford Institute, a non-profit organization in Charlottesville, Va. that advocates for the protection of civil liberties, and was founded on Christian principles.
Before she comments further, Moore said, she is waiting for a written argument, including case law, from Morley's attorney Edmund M. Diorio of Watertown.
"This is not only a church and state problem, this is a free speech problem," said John Whitehead, director of the Rutherford Institute.
"Public libraries are limited public forums, and the Supreme Court says you can't have viewpoint discrimination," said Whitehead.
Whitehead cited cases including Lynch v. Donnelly, a case from 1984 in which the Supreme Court ruled that a crèche should be allowed on public property in Pawtucket, R.I. Because the town included other images that were not part of the Biblical story, such as a Santa Claus, the town did not violate the establishment clause of the Constitution, which prohibits governments from advocating religious beliefs.
In 1989, the Supreme Court again visited the manger scene issue, this time in Allegheny, Pa. versus the American Civil Liberties Union. In that case, the court found a town-sponsored Nativity scene unconstitutional, because there was nothing to detract from its overtly religious message.
By hosting Morley's exhibit, the city is not promoting any one religion, Whitehead said, because the paintings include secular figures and art inspired by the Old Testament.
More importantly, he said, the work expresses Morley's beliefs, not the city's. Her signature at the bottom of each proves it, he added.
"Free speech is free speech," he said, and the public library is meant to be a beacon of the First Amendment, he added. "Is Rembrandt unconstitutional?" Whitehead asked.
Morley's attorney, Diorio called Morley's case an example of political correctness gone awry.
"I certainly don't believe our government ought to endorse any one particular religious belief, however, I believe our government needs to be very careful in exhibiting our individual religious beliefs," said Diorio.
"Many municipalities are erring on the side they believe to be caution, and a lot of individual expression and free speech is taken away," he said.
Public funding does not allow the library to censor speech, Diorio said. Rather, as a public forum, libraries are obligated to uphold constitutionally guaranteed rights.
By excluding parts of Morley's show, he said, her freedom of speech has been denied.
"That's not what the law was designed for," said Diorio.

Call it the case of Christmas tree v. Indiana winter scene.
Students and professors wrapping up the semester at IU's School of Law in Indianapolis are hotly debating the dean's decision to remove a 12-foot tree after complaints that it was a religious display, then replace it with an exhibit featuring two smaller trees and a sleigh.
Many law students, who overwhelmingly opposed removing the first tree on Tuesday, wonder what the difference is. And the professor who led the charge to remove the original tree said she also opposes the alternative.
Dean of Students Tony Tarr said the new display represents Indiana woods during winter and that no one would attach religious meaning to it. That's also what he said about the first tree, which bore no religious ornaments or even a star on top.
"That was a nondenominational tree, I thought," he said. "It is now a normal Indiana scene. Some faculty and students said the other tree was too starkly religious."
One of the trees in the new display has lights on it -- but neither has ornaments -- and both trees are flecked with fake snow. The sleigh is stuffed with red and green poinsettia plants, which also are on the ground.
Law Professor Florence Roisman was the first to complain about the original tree. Even undecorated, she said, it was a symbol of Christianity on government property.
"The tree is placed there to celebrate a Christian holiday -- it is not put there in the middle of summer," said Roisman, who is Jewish. "To honor one religion and not honor others is exclusionary. This is unacceptable at a place that presents itself as inclusive of all people."

as Assemblyman for the Los Angeles 46th district on
December 2002, has risen rapidly. In his freshman
year, 36 year old Nunez was appointed Majority Whip,
making history as one of the youngest members to hold
the position. Now he is about to take over the
Speakership of the 80 member Alta California Assembly
next month.
Fabian Nunez first came into prominence in the
Mexican-American community in 1994 when he led a
100,000 voter movement to defeat the anti-Mexican
Proposition 187 which among others things proposed to
deny public school education and medical care to
children of immigrant parents. When an
anti-immigrant Republican coalition managed to pass
the proposition, Fabian Nunez, was one of the
principal Mexican-American leaders that, three years
later, persuaded the California Supreme Court to
declare Proposition 187 unconstitutional.
In an interview with Alejandro Sanchez of La Cronica
newspaper of Mexico City, Fabian Nunez said that he
is ready to wage political war on Governor Arnold
Schwarzenegger if he continues implementing policies
that targets immigrants and "Californios". It looks
like Alta California is going to see lots of
fireworks in Sacramento next year.
One of the first things that Governor Arnold
Schwarzenegger did when he took office was to repeal
SB 60, a law that allowed tourists, temporary
visitors and undocumented workers in California to
apply for an automobile driver's license. The
repeal was actually meant to target Mexican
immigrants. The campaign to repeal SB 60 was led by
people like ex-Governor of California Peter Wilson
and other xenophobes. The California Republican
Assembly ran a series of viciously racist adds meant
to demean the large Mexican-American population. One

Also, Schwarzenegger teamed up, during his campaign,
with one of the most disliked politicians in the
history of Alta California, ex-Governor Peter Wilson.

Degree in Political Science and Education from
Pitzer College and today lives in Los Angeles with
his wife and three young children.

Dear Fellow Patriot!
Of course, around the Christmas season needs to be
reminded on how horrible the life of the Jews has been
throughout history, to darken the brightness of
Christmas.
Every year, the Christmas season is high-time for the
Jew-owned media, to remind us on how no one else but
the Jews have the world corner on victim hood. It
reminds me of scenes from Roman triumph marches under
the Roman empire, you know, those where the hero
enters Rome on a wagon, with the crowd cheering, and
behind him the little men, whispering in his ear:
"Remember, you are only a man."
With the Jews, its
"Remember, we are the victims."
A new mini-series will start airing tonight, called
"Angels Take Flight." It's a six-hour event, dragged
out over three days. The most expensive of its kind
($60 million), and the American audience is treated to
another crowd of victims, the AIDS victim. However, in
the mini-series, the Jews make sure that the AIDS
victims pale in comparison to the Jewish holocaust
victims.
Before continuing, here is a background on how I feel
about the AIDS epidemic. I've always had a hard time
comparing AIDS victims to cancer victims, emphysema
victims, or, for that matter, any other terrible
disease, facing the 21st Century that causes innocent
lives. The bottom line on the AIDS epidemic: It does
not affect predominantly innocent people. In fact, in
today's climate, almost all victims are guilty.
It was in the 90's when I was considered Sacramento's
"most hateful homophobe," not because I hate gay
people, but because I supported the call for mandatory
testing of the gay community. I have to admit that
then, I had a much larger tolerance level, because of
the many innocent victims affected by the epidemic.
AIDS is a highly contagious disease and is only passed
on through blood transfusion, dirty needles, and anal
intercourse. That was then. Today, after millions
spent on education, the AIDS epidemic has reached new
heights, according to statistics revealed last month
on National AIDS Day.
Today, infections through blood transfusions have been
eliminated, and so have most other circumstances that
would involve innocent people. The disease affects
only people who are IV drug users and have promiscuous
sex. AIDS has become rampant in the black and Hispanic
community. Reasons are obvious. The numbers of IV drug
users are very high in these communities, and having
promiscuous sex is a cultural thing amongst the males
in these communities.
Sorry folks, but I cannot bring myself to feel sorry
for people who can't control their addictions and
their testosterone levels, and for their sexual
behavior. There is a cure for AIDS, you know, its
called being monogamous and celibate. Anything else is
a cheap excuse.
Think about it. Would you have ever thought that your
government spends more money to fight a disease that
is being passed on by drug addicts and those who have
promiscuous sexual behaviors? Even those with the
utmost liberal attitudes should have some questions. I
resent that my government forces me to pay for it,
when, at the same time, cancer, heart disease and
emphysema are rampant and AIDS still tops the list
with funding.
Yes, it is tough for me to find some compassion for
these people. Those of you, who disagree, let me
remind you again on how AIDS is transmitted. Through
IV drug use and sexual promiscuity. What I resent the
most is that the Bush administration has given $15
billion to Africa to fight that disease, so they can
continue to "intercourse like rabbits."
"Angels Take Flight" is all about AIDS. About gay
couples one of which has AIDS. The mini-series makes
it a point on how the poor victims have been abandoned
by their families and churches. But, surprise,
surprise, one community hasn't - the Jewish Community.
When one of the AIDS victims finally dies, abandoned
by the Mormons, Catholics and Baptists, the ghost of
Ethel Rosenberg hovers over the dead body to give the
last Sacrament. The mini=series is also unabashed
criticism of the Reagan administration, which is
blamed for the epidemic.
Al Pacing plays an outspoken "Gay Hater" who turns out
to be gay himself and also dies of AIDS. The
mini-series is based on the Toni Award winning play of
Tony Kushner, who also won the Pulitzer Prize for it.
Meryl Streep plays several roles, including Ethel
Rosenberg.
One scene particular displays the hateful mannerism of
the Jews. When one of the characters - Louis - is
asking a Rabbi for help in forgiving himself, the
Rabbi says:
"Catholics belief in forgiveness. Jews believe in
guilt."
This mini-series is a good way for those of you to
diet for a few days.

coverage of Jewish pain in the national magazines
"Parade" coverage of the SS St. Louis, a ship,
carrying 937 Jews (including children) fleeing the
Nazis. Turned away by the Americans, the SS St. Louis
landed back in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1937.
Parade Magazine carries this story on their front
page, and in great part in the entire magazine.
Instead of blaming the US for doing the same thing
that they accused today the Nazis of doing, the
magazine goes on with stories on how most of the
passengers ended up in concentrations camps and died.
So, there you have it. Over the next few days, the
gentile world will hear about the Jewish victim hood
until the climax of Chanukah. By the time Christmas
comes around, the Jews hope that you will feel so
guilty, celebrating a joyous Christmas, that you have
written a big, fat check to the Simon Wiesenthal
Center.

were correct in your assessment about 'Christmas' v.
the watered down "holidays". Just as we should refer
to the period of 1939-45 as World War II, not THE
HOLOCAUST or the holocaust.
We are not denying anything. We (Revisionists) are the
liberated skeptics. The distinction is important. I
refer to the notion of 'the gas chambers'. This
identifies me as a skeptic. The last Roper Poll of
several years ago showed that 25% of the 10,000 U S
citizens polled did not agree with the 6,000,000/gas
chamber myth. I am one as are you and many like us.
When someone says to me, ..."blah-blah-blah, the
holocasust" and asks my opinion, I simply state that
it was safer to be in Auschwitz or another
concentration camp during the period of 1939-45 than
it was to be in any of the major german cities during
that period. When someone (a non-revisionist friend)
recently ask me if I 'said that 'THE HOLOCAUST' didn't
happen', I said to him, "No, I don't deny that 600,000
germans were holocausted during the firebombings of
Hamburg, Dresden, etc., et, al during WWII.

Just this morning I opened his email about the latest
Zundel hearing in Ontario and noticed his "Jew swine"
characterization.
He failed to clarify if he meant only a certain
number of "Jews" involved with the Zundel matter are
to be regarded by him as "swine" or if he meant to
include "Jews" universally. Now, "swine" as plural
"swine" usually refers to all of the ungulate [that
is, having hoofs] mammals of the family Suidae of
pigs, hogs, and boars, but it may be used
metaphorically for despicable persons.
Since "despicable persons" can cover members of every
class of homo sapiens--including Bill White and
whatever he categorizes himself to be his mixed racial
delineation--he thus fails to offer a meaningful
description to me and, thus, he merely vents his
spleen emotively and displays what might be a
drug-induced state of inequilibrium at the time of
writing.
I prefer to receive emails and news items that allow
me to form my own opinions about Jews and non-Jews; in
addition, since I really do like to consume
occasionally the meat of swine, especially bacon and
sausage and pork roast and barbecue pork sandwiches
[which Alabama excels in], I take culinary objection
to Mr. White's general denigration of this God-created
class of mammals and its fine food products.
As tasteless and profane as his commentaries often
are, I shall continue to take an occasional look at
his emails and decide whether or not to read further.
Mr. White is an example of a man with seemingly
capable mental capacity, but he seems to have allowed
his emotional fixation with "Jew swine" to cloud
rational _expression. I personally object to his
characterization if he is including my friend John
Sack and Israel Shamir and David Cole and an Israeli
professor friend in such. It is a person like White
who gives Germans and things German a bad name, but
most of all, he gives the Human Race a bad name.

HILBERG VERSUS HILBERG ON THE HOLOHOAX
During his testimony at the first Holocaust Trial in Toronto, I was assigned to read "The Destruction of the European Jews" by Raul Hilberg. This book appeared in 1961, in other words, about the time the Allies changed their "death camp" lies to include only six camps in Poland: Auschwitz, Belzec, Sobibor, Maidanek, Chelmno and Treblinka. These are the only "death camps" named by Hilberg, who conveniently omitted the heretofore "death camps" of Bergen-Belsen, Buchenwald, Dachau, Mauthausen et al., without exonerating any Germans hanged by the Allies for "gassing" people at those camps. In 1960, the Dachau "gas chamber" constructed by jew film-director George Stevens, which he used for his official Allied atrocity film, was labeled: "Never used," although many thousands were allegedly gassed there.
I attended Hilberg's testimony and made notes. In one of his statements under oath, he declared that the "Holocaust" was "an incredible meeting of minds of a far-flung bureaucracy, with no budget, nor written orders." When he saw Dr. Faurisson and I with our mouths agape, that statement which we both heard, along with everyone else present in the courtroom, was deleted from the official transcript. Hilberg admitted that he was not a historian, nor a statistician, and that he selected only such data as would prove his thesis, and rejected all data which would contradict it. Hilberg said that he was an empiricist. That was honest, for one definition of empiricist is 2. "A quack; a charlatan."
After reading Hilberg's book, I realized the Zundel defense team had a treasure trove of fictions and contradictions which would demolish Hilberg under cross-examination, but Zundel's jewish dominatrix had convinced him, "If you win, the jews will kill you," so he pulled his punches. Unfortunately, both defense witnesses Faurisson and Mark Weber "respected" Hilberg, even though they had not read his fatuous book, so that project was shelved because of egomania. If anything, Zundel is a genius at sabotaging himself, as events have proved.
Ditlieb Felderer pointed out the absurdities and contradictions of "The Anne Frank Diary", so I shall now do the same with Raul Hilberg's opus, as I attempted to do during the Toronto thoughtcrime trials. Obviously, Hilberg got off easy, because his book was all but omitted.
In his testimony, Hilberg described the ways in which jews could be "exterminated": (1) By defining and identifying them; (2) By refusing to recognize them; (3) By moving them; (4) By making them stay put; (5) By concentrating them; and (6) By dispersing them. According to Hilberg, he was "exterminated" several times by his own definitions, even though he was alive on the witness stand, to all intents and purposes. These "extermination" procedures are mentioned in his book, even before "gas chambers" are added to the list. Obviously, if emigration means "destruction", the jews destroyed themselves by emigrating to America and to Israel. Therefore, Hilberg's use of words like "extermination" and "destruction" omits death, which is normally included in proper definitions of those terms, for they both include "to kill" in their dictionary definitions, but "territorial solution" equals "killing" for him!
In his 1967 edition Hilberg states in his preface his major themes which are contradicted throughout his book, along with subthemes: (1) He alleges that there was a "vast organization of the Nazi machinery of destruction". (2) He alleges there was "correspondence, memoranda and conference minutest" which circulated throughout the German bureaucracy. (3) He further alleges that these documents revealed the "decisions to destroy, utterly and completely, the jews of Europe." After stating such categorical allegations, Hilberg leaves an escape hatch open, for he states his unwillingness to emphasize "the effects of the German measures upon jewry in Europe and elsewhere." In other words, the "Nazi extermination program" may or may not have killed any jews! Subsequently, Hilberg claims "5 million people were killed" or "annihilated", but he avoids mention of them being jews or Gentiles. In his testimony, Hilberg gave a figure of "5.1 million", after stating that he would not discuss the effects on jewry, but only how the alleged extermination process came about and how it functioned.

German Parliament To Vote On Penalizing Anti-Semitism

BERLIN, November 30 (IslamOnline.net) - The German parliament (Bundestag) will debate and vote Tuesday, December 2, on a new draft law penalizing anti-Semitism in the country, reported a leading German newspaper on Sunday, November 30.
The preamble of the proposed legislation vocalizes concern over spiraling anti-Jews activities in different sectors of the society after they had been confined to small far-right groups, reported the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung.
According to the paper, the articles of the new bill, drafted by lawmakers from the various political parties represented in the legislature, will condemn anti-Semitism and penalize all its forms - ideas, statements or activities.
A specific article of the law will implicitly carry the possibility of politically isolating any politician indicted of anti-Semitic charges, said the newspaper.
It states that politicians who attempt to create a new framework for propagating Nazism, cast doubts on the crimes perpetrated by Nazis against Jews or place the society and Jews at a clash course have no place inside the society.
The bill also exhorts all German lawmakers to exert their utmost efforts and shoulder their responsibilities in persistently reminding the German people of the so-called Holocausts.
The parliamentarians are also asked to work tirelessly to normalize the situation of Jews in Germany by opposing water-tight and around-the-clock security procedures around Jews facilities in the country.
Daim Agueler, a legislator of a Turkish origin and one of the bill drafters, called on the government of Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder to conduct a comprehensive survey of anti-Semitism across Europe, not only Germany.
Agueler, a member of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) leadership council, stressed that the findings of the study must be published in full.

I have to take issue with Frey's list of the "core of basic principles" that unite White Nationalists, for his priorities are extremely questionable:

It seems odd to put "fighting for a white future" third, but maybe Frey is saving the best for last. The priorities seem wrong with the second point too. I am all for stringing up child molesters and rapists, but there are people far more deserving of the rope.
As for the first point: we do not all hate queers. I certainly don't. Homosexuality is a misfortune that afflicts many admirable and talented members of our extended racial family. Even though few homosexuals will contribute children to the next generation, some are very concerned with the survival of our race.
Yes, the contemporary homosexual subculture is extremely degenerate. But, frankly, heterosexual behavior is pretty degenerate too. I think that a healthy White society would have to adopt more conservative sexual mores for both heterosexuals and homosexuals. But I am sure that most homosexuals who are inclined to support White Nationalist causes would agree with that.
If Alexander the Great, Frederic the Great, Plato, Leonardo da Vinci, or Gore Vidal were to endorse our cause, it would seem stupid to spurn them.
Maybe I am taking Frey's letter more seriously than it deserves, but even though not all White Nationalists need be straight, our priorities should be.

I just finished reading through the notorius EU report on Antisemitism
and that this is taken as seroius scholarship is indeed telling about
what times we are living in. For instance, every critcism directed
against Israel is regarded an Antisemitic act, which is strange
considering that Jews and their henchmen usually lay stress on that
Israel and world Jewry are two totally different things. Even the
charges against Ariel Sharon in Brussels are considered an Antisemitic
act by the report. In fact, any comparison with Israel and Nazi
policies is Antisemitic according to the report. The chapter on Sweden
is full of errors. For instance the National Socialist Front is
accused of having "applauded Islamic anti-Semitism and terror,
including the acts of al Qaida", while that group in fact by no means
have applauded such terror. On the other hand they have tried to
explain why the West, and America in particular, is hated by Muslims
and the danger posed by the current policy putting Jewish interests
above everything else. The clash between Muslim youth and Jews on
April 18 2002, mentioned in the report is very biassed. According to
the report the Jews were "protesting against both anti-Semitism and
phobic attitudes to Islam" and "did not take sides in the Middle East
conflict". That is nonsense. Several leading members of the Zionist
organizations in Sweden took part in the meeting and polemized about
Israel. The clash took place after Muslims were chanting anti-Israeli
slogans and Jews were hailing Israel. The claim "that four leading
Nazis, two of them living in Karlskrona, have been sentenced to six
months prison for re-publishing a 1930s anti-Semitic book titled 'The
Jewish Question'", is not true. Only two persons were sentenced for
publishing the book, though even the prosecutor admitted that nothing
in the book is against the law. However, he convinced the court that
"the context" still should result in a penalty. What the book was
about? Well, it listed the names of Jews in leading positions in
media, the universities, business and politics in Sweden during the
1930s, and also complaind about kosher butchering. The magazine Salt
has never published any issues with anti-Semitic content, as claimed
by the report. It onced questioned the purpose of why Sweden all in a
sudden arranged an expensive, now annual, conference about the
Holocaust. There are also some ludicrous claims about anti-Semitism in
Swedish media and refers to how the Swedish-Israel Society, the
Swedish branch of the Israel Information Office and the Swedish
Committee Against Anti-Semitism, published an article in the main
daily, Dagens Nyheter, in which they protested against "the one-sided
reporting in the Swedish media about the conflict in the Middle East".
At the same time they report how a "television programme in November
2001, Mediemagasinet, pointed out that three out of the six Swedish
reporters reporting from the Middle East were Jewish. The programme
put in question the objectivity of these Jewish reporters". Well, how
could their objectivity be put in question while the Swedish media at
the same time is one-sided? The simple truth is that Swedish media is
not as biassed as media in USA, still it is very pro-Israel. Swedish
media is not only controlled by Jews to a large extent, it also almost
never complains or criticize Israeli policies or the Zionist ideology,
while at the same time any politican in Europe who question the
current high rate of immigration is called a Nazi. Well, lies, lies,

Iraqi mass graves don't justify war

In the past few months the graves of thousands of civilians have been
unearthed in war-torn Iraq. Not surprisingly, the White House wasted no time in
declaring the dead to be prime examples of Saddam Hussein's brutality and a further
justification for the US-led invasion.
But a check of the historical record on this matter reveals yet another
calculated distortion by the US administration and its supporters.
At the end of the 1991 Gulf War legions of Shia radicals the kind we've
seen clamoring for an Islamic state - assaulted and killed anyone associated with
Iraq's secular government. Urged to 'take matters into their own hands' by
the first Bush administration and wrongly believing that Iraq's army had been
destroyed, armed militants went from city to city in southern Iraq mercilessly
butchering scores of innocents.
As put forth by regional analyst Sandra Mackay: "The rebels utilized their
guns and numbers to seize the civilian operatives of the Baath government while
former Shia conscripts turned on officers of the army. They hung their
captives from rafters of an Islamic school, shot them in the head before walls turned
into execution chambers, or simply slit their throats at the point of
capture.' (The Reckoning: Iraq and the Legacy of Saddam Hussein, page 24)
Dilip Hiro, another Iraqi historian, documents atrocities in the holy city of
Kerbala: "Insurgents had attacked the army headquarters and seized weaponsŠ
They decapitated or hanged 75 military officials, some of them Shia, and
tortured many more." (Desert Shield To Desert Storm: The Second Gulf War, page 402)
All said, several thousand policemen, clerks, military personnel and
employees of the government were slain, according to Omar Ali, another regional
authority. (See Crisis in the Arabian Gulf, page 147)
Meanwhile in northern Iraq, Kurdish separatists were gearing up for their own
shot at the regime. As far back as 1961 seven years before Saddam Hussein
came to power - they had been staging violent attacks on Iraq's central
government, trying to leverage off a piece of the country to form their own fledgling
state.
Accepting Washington's pronouncements about a vanquished Iraqi military, up
to 400,000 Kurds undertook a ferocious spree of mayhem that rivaled that of the
Shia. According to Mackay, in Kirkuk "no one bothered to count how many
servants of Baghdad were shot, beheaded, or cut to shreds with the traditional
dagger stuck in the cummerbund of every Kurdish man. By the time Kurdish rage had
exhausted itself, piles of corpses lay in the streets awaiting removal by
bulldozers." (The Reckoning, page 26)
This unrestrained carnage, documented by several additional sources, is what
the White House (and the media) characterize as "rising up against Saddam".
Unfortunately for the Kurdish and Shia murderers, Iraq's army was far from
destroyed. After withdrawing from Kuwait in accordance with US mandates, the
Republican Guards and other units regrouped and commenced a methodical campaign
to hunt down the assailants and restore order. Using tanks, artillery, mortars,
and helicopter gunships, they subdued city after city in succession.
In the north hundreds of thousands of Kurds took flight to the rocky
mountains bordering Iran and Turkey. There they stood, cold and hungry, until the Bush
administration began airlifting emergency supplies a tacit admission of
partial responsibility for their plight.
In the south the Shia who fought back were easily overwhelmed and killed,
while hundreds more were executed at point of capture, their bodies immediately
buried in accordance with Islamic law.
This is the principal source of the mass graves of Iraq.
What government in the world would refrain from using all necessary means to
quell a violent uprising of this kind? No one denies that the regime's
response was swift and merciless, or that many innocents were caught up in the
retaliation and destruction. But if blame is assigned, shouldn't it start with the
instigators of the carnage along with the foreign government who misled them
about the forces they were going up against and yet egged them on?
Like claims about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction or Baghdad's links to Al
Qaeda, the mass graves of Iraq are another example of history and reality
being distorted to fit the ulterior motives of the White House.

Dear Fellow Patriot!
This is probably one of the hardest Patriot Letters I
have ever had to write. Contributing writer to
Community News, Steve DeLany, died suddenly on Monday
at age 37.
Just the Saturday before, we had coffee and dessert
and a great conversation about his next piece in the
January issue of Community News. However, when I did
not find his column on Monday in my box, I called him
and his answering machine was already full. I called
Tuesday and Wednesday, still, no answer. So today we
went to his place and found a note from the coroner on
the door. Rushing to the Coroner's Office, our worst
fear was confirmed, that he was found on Monday, dead
in his place.
Still, the cause of death is being investigated. It
was an incredible shock for us, and for all who knew
him. He was a strong, healthy looking man. Loved to
eat, but not overweight, and an ardent Christian. I've
known him for five years and he was a really good guy.
I am not good at this, but I'll keep you informed
about the funeral arrangements.

Presentation of The Hoax of the Twentieth Century
(French Edition)
For Arthur Butz, the author of The Hoax of the
Twentieth Century, the alleged physical extermination
of Europe's Jews during the Second World War
constitutes one might justly call a historical lie, a
myth, an imposture or, as he puts it, a hoax. In
France and in quite a few other countries this hoax
has become an official truth, protected by the police,
the judicial system and, above all, by the omnipotent
mass media. It has taken on the character of a
religious belief, a social prohibition, a taboo. "The
kosher account of the Second World War," as it may
also be called, is the only version allowed in
schools, universities, the book trade, law courts, the
press, the cinema or on television. The "Holocaust" or
"Shoah" has become a religion, a business, an
industry.
The writers and scholars who are known as revisionists
contend that the Germans, in fact, never exterminated,
or sought to exterminate, the Jews. They further
contend that the Germans neither built nor used gas
chambers or gas vans to kill Jews. Based on their
research, the revisionists conclude that the number of
European Jews who actually perished between 1939 and
1945 as a consequence of the war, together with those
who died of hunger or disease, – notably in outbreaks
of typhus (which was nearly endemic in eastern Europe)
– certainly did not reach the extravagant figure of
six million but, more likely, about one million, all
in the course of a conflict that claimed tens of
millions of lives. As in any modern war, civilians
were as severely affected as soldiers. Children paid a
heavy toll. Many Jewish children died, while at the
same time many German and Japanese children were
atrociously killed in flames of phosphorous or nuclear
explosion. It has become commonplace to mention that
entirely innocent Jewish children were deported
because they were Jewish. On this score, and using the
same turn of phrase, it should be noted that entirely
innocent German and Japanese children were killed
because they were German or Japanese.
During the 1950s and 1960s, the most prominent
revisionist was the Frenchman Paul Rassinier. (He died
in 1967.) Although he studied certain aspects of the
Great Lie, he lacked either the will or the time to
present a comprehensive analysis of this subject. All
the same, his works and his struggle are worthy of
admiration.

It was in 1976 that the American Arthur Robert Butz
published the awaited comprehensive analysis. This
work is so powerful that still today it deters other
revisionists from attempting to produce a
comprehensive study of his own that might compare with
the "masterstroke" of The Hoax of the Twentieth
Century. Let us add, for good measure, that the first
successor of Arthur R. Butz is Arthur R. Butz himself.
In effect, the texts that he has since published on
certain particular aspects of the question complement,
piece by piece, his masterwork. Perhaps the best proof
that The Hoax has been, since 1976, a durable overall
evaluation is the fact that each of the author's later
essays naturally fit with the basic construction; none
of the additions compels a modification of the general
structure, either of the argument or of the book.
It took an exceptional mind and character to confront
and fell the monstrous taboo.
Arthur Butz has, all at the same time, the mind of a
scientist, of an analyst of texts and of a historian.
By training he is a scientist; his specialty is
advanced information technology. In the analysis of
texts, he is not really a specialist, although an
information scientist will often have to analyze texts
or documents. Finally, he is not a professional
historian – as he makes a point of underscoring – but
experience has proven that, on the perilous ground
that he has chosen, he can put to shame or bring envy
to all those persons, academics or not, who happen to
be professional historians and who, for the most part,
have kept quiet and let the historical imposture
proliferate.
As for Butz's character: it is, rather distinctively,
that of a man able to set out on the most daunting of
missions with moderation, prudence and wisdom.
The sum of knowledge that he acquired in about five
years in order to accomplish his work is, in itself,
impressive. He succeeded in putting this rich mass of
data in order. He has a talent for demonstration. He
knows the art of persuasion. Not for nothing has
Pierre Vidal- Naquet dubbed Butz "the foremost and
cleverest revisionist," adding:
[…] if a prize for mendacity were to be given, I would
say that Butz's tome, The Hoax of the Twentieth
Century, represents, at times, a rather hair-raising
success: the reader is persuasively led by the hand
and brought little by little to the idea that
Auschwitz is a tendentious rumor that skillful
propagandists have gradually transformed into a truth.
Such are the "good tidings" whose clumsy evangelist
Faurisson has become. It is Butz and not he who might
be defined in Zola's terms as the "diabolical
craftsman of the judicial error." Ought one to refute
Butz? It would be possible, of course, and even easy,
assuming one knew the archives, but it would be long
and tedious [...] When a fictitious account is well
prepared, it does not contain elements allowing one to
destroy it on strictly internal grounds. 1
One is tempted to compare Butz to the best of all
possible guides for a journey of exploration into a
particularly hostile world. He knows the territory.
Even so he advances only with caution, with measured
steps, as if, progressively, he were discovering this
territory along with us. Often he halts his advance
and takes stock. Before starting off anew, he once
again consults map and compass. Yet again he examines
the surroundings, foreseeing the pitfalls,
anticipating our apprehensions, never eluding our
questions or objections, which, moreover, he had
obviously foreseen. To these his response is either
immediate or deferred; in the latter case, he promises
to answer later on and, in effect, the answer comes in
due course. At the end of each leg of the journey -- of
each page or set of pages -- we seem to hear his voice
murmuring in our ear: "I believe we're making headway.
Turn again towards the obstacle that looked
threatening. We've overcome it. You thought you were
lost in the darkness and fog: look! The fog is lifting
and the horizon is coming into sight!" At the end,
when the adventure -- or the reading -- is over this
guide, wise and prudent, soberly takes leave of us. In
a few sentences the summary is made, and we can then
note that the promise has been kept. In a brief
statement at the start of the adventure, he had
unaffectedly announced what we were setting out to
discover; at journey's end, he gives us a short
reminder of that introduction and is content to add
just a word or two. And that is all. But let us take a
closer look.
The title and, in later editions, the subheading of
his book (The Case Against the Presumed Extermination
of European Jewry), have the same American frankness
as a sentence in chapter III: "The thesis of this book
is that the story of Jewish extermination in World War
II is a propaganda hoax". In chapter I, in a tone just
as blunt, he had written "The simplest valid reason
for being skeptical about the extermination claim is
also the simplest conceivable reason: at the end of
the war they were still there."
At the very start, in the first lines, the author had
made his bid and, at the end of the book, he is there
to remind us of it. In a way, it's like he were
declaring: "This version, so widespread, of the Second
World War is a tissue of lies. It is nothing but a
variation on the outlandish Jewish stories that make
up the Talmud." Those who promote the rabbinical
version of Second World War history dare to present
the fate of the Jews as that of an exceptional people
whose god, incredibly perverse, had chosen to subject
them to exceptional suffering; to do so, this perverse
god allegedly decided to hand over his "chosen people"
to satanic forces, those of German National Socialism.
These Talmudisms are but phantasms. They are not
history: they are mere stories. More precisely, they
are stories like those that were already to be found
in abundance in the Old Testament. And with such
fabrications, even in the absence of any foul intent,
it is seldom that money and publicity are not made.
On the final page Butz mentions the 1952 "Treaty of
Luxembourg," by which the Bonn government made
colossal financial "reparations" to the Jews because
of the "unspeakable criminal acts" supposedly
committed by the Third Reich against the children of
Israel; these "reparations," it may be noted, are set
to continue until the year 2030, and constitute but a
fraction of what German taxpayers and German
businesses disburse to Shylock. Butz concludes that
his book has shown those alleged crimes to be "largely
a hoax and, specifically, a Zionist hoax." He is not
one to think "Jewish" and write "Zionist". If he means
to call "the Jews" into question, he will say "the
Jews", and if he means "the Zionists", he will write
"the Zionists". But – and this is one of his most
clear-cut demonstrations – he proves to the reader
that the "Holocaust" myth was chiefly forged and
launched by specifically Zionist circles. He
demonstrates as well that the judicial masquerade of
the Nuremberg trial was rather less a creation of the
United States government or of prosecutor Jackson than
of influential personalities who were Zionists and not
simply Jews. Our American draws the logical conclusion
that, since there was a Zionist hoax followed by a
swindle, the State of Israel "owes Germany a lot of
money," as he, a man of understatement, puts it.
One may imagine that a Frenchman or a European will
find this American frankness a bit curt but, in Butz's
case, that tone is perceptible only at the beginning
and at the end of his discourse. Nearly the whole of
the rest of the book bears, on the contrary, the
features of a slow and serene exposition.
The work of this revisionist of ours is an undertaking
of demolition and construction.
Butz kills the "Holocaust" myth and even, to borrow a
word from cold-war parlance, "overkills" it. He razes
to its foundations an edifice of lies, each of which
is more absurd and dangerous than the rest.
Furthermore, he sketches in broad outline the real
wartime experience and suffering of Europe's Jews. He
recalls the measures taken by the Germans with respect
to a minority whom, often rightly, they deemed
hostile, at times even considering them as a
belligerent, and whose resources on a global level
boded ill for Germany. He portrays the reality of a
policy aiming at a "territorial final solution"
(territoriale Endlösung) of the eternal "Jewish
question" (Judenfrage). This solution meant finding a
territory (other than Palestine) for the Jews of the
entire world: the island of Madagascar had been
seriously considered before the outbreak of war. It
was foreseen that this relocation would allow for a
"Jewish renewal" after the inevitable hardships
endured, but the project was rendered impossible by
the new world war's progressively tragic development.
The author evokes the reality of the "provisional"
solutions, which involved the confinement of Jews in
ghettos or, sometimes, in concentration camps, transit
centers or forced labor camps. He constantly keeps in
mind a truth so elementary that it tends to be
forgotten: "There was a war going on during World War
II." This turn of phrase, intentionally tautological,
is rich in meaning. It is by effectively disregarding
the war and its necessities that the Reitlingers,
Hilbergs and Dawidowiczes have succeeded in giving a
completely false portrayal of the Germans' treatment
of the Jews from 1939 to 1945. Those Shoatic writers
have not noticed, or have not cared to notice, that
the first and foremost preoccupation of Germany's
wartime decision makers was with winning the economic
and military war, and not with assailing the Jews. The
principal measures adopted concerning the Jews were
based primarily on the need to ensure the safety of
German soldiers and civilians during a time of "total
war," and by the vital need to procure as abundant a
workforce as possible. Subsequently, if the
authorities in charge of the camps that lodged those
Jews, together with non-Jews, built crematoria there,
it was because of the epidemics that had struck both
Germans and members of their workforce, whether Jewish
or non-Jewish. It is incredible that those orthodox
authors do not even mention the epidemics as the
reason for the construction of the crematoria.
Finally, to speak of war is to speak of "the horrors
of war." In that war, in that crusade, which so many
of them had wanted, the Jews suffered their share of
its horrors. As they were not the only ones to suffer
from the effects of the Second World War, it is
absurd, for a historian of the "Holocaust," to fail to
fully refer to that war, which claimed the lives of so
many others, including the many who, in the defeated
nations, fell victim well after their defeat.
"Auschwitz" cannot be judged equitably by isolating
that camp as if it were located on Mars, but rather by
locating it within the history of the war as well as
within the history of all concentration camps --
German, British, French, American, Soviet or others --
before, during and since the period 1939-1945. A
judeocentric and fixated vision of the history of the
Jews will never allow us to understand this part of
human history.
Arthur Butz's analytical capacities are, of course,
obvious – but what is most striking is his global
approach: he never fails to see the forest for the
trees. The meaning of the word "context,"
unfortunately so overused, has become so extended that
today it too often covers particularly vague
considerations, quite removed from the word or subject
being studied. By "context" our author, for his part,
that word means before anything else that which is
closest to the object of his analysis. In the first
place, it is for him a question of the immediate
context (for instance the terms that flank the word
being studied); then, step-by-step, it is also a
question of the facts, persons and period under
consideration, with a full inventory thereof. One may,
by way of example, read the staggering Appendix E on
"The role of the Vatican." A stream of studies have
been published devoted to the controversy of what is
called "the silence of Pius XII" on the "Holocaust."
Let us invite the authors of such studies to read this
chapter. In doing so they will realize that they have
lacked the analytical acumen or the global approach
that has allowed Butz, a non-professional historian,
to solve the false enigma of that silence. For if Pius
XII kept quiet, during and even after the war, about
the extermination of the Jews and the gas chambers, it
is because the latter did not exist and because, at
the very least, the Pope had doubts about their
existence, a fact that suffices to make him a
"revisionist" in his own fashion. It is normal to keep
quiet about what has not existed, and even about what
cannot have existed. If a crime appears to belong,
either with certainty or probably, to the realm of
fiction, one does not come out and denounce it as
though it had really occurred, for to accuse someone
of a crime that has not occurred is to lie and to
slander, and, when the accused has just been defeated
in a war, it is to dishonor oneself. In this matter,
Pius XII wanted neither to lie, nor to slander anyone,
nor to dishonor himself.
In the same manner by which he sometimes steers his
reasoning, Butz progresses with such scholarly
deliberation as to leave some readers disconcerted.
"Where is he taking us?" they may ask themselves.
"What is the meaning of this passage that has all the
appearances of a pure digression? When will we get
back to the main thread of the argument?" The American
reader will grumble, if his habitual reading is in the
comfortable pages of the "digests." The French reader,
who likes things lively, will moan. Both will be
wrong. Our man, for his part, knows that "he who goes
slowly goes surely." Besides, Butz is armed with the
potent Anglo- Saxon sense of humor that can well stand
a certain plodding unbearable to the Latin
temperament.
Let us take one example of this long and slow
reasoning that, in 1975-1976, led the author to a
particularly bold conclusion, and see in what
providential form an event that occurred a few years
later, in 1979, came to provide a spectacular
confirmation of Butz's dialectical genius.
A section toward the end of chapter II is devoted to
the industrial role of Auschwitz, in which the author
holds forth at some length on technical considerations
of synthetic oil and rubber. When he does not speak of
"polymerization" or "vulcanization", he instructs us
on "butadiene" and "sodium." The reader may begin to
worry and ask himself whether this Butz is not a
stuffed shirt, whether he has not gotten hold of a
volume full of that supreme brand of foolishness:
academic or polytechnic twaddle, more asinine than an
ass. Has he just come face to face with one of those
pedants who master a subject so poorly that they have
to make a display of their borrowed wisdom? Not the
case at all, as we shall be seeing.
The start of the following chapter deals with the
United States rubber crisis of 1942. On December 7,
1941, most of the American Pacific fleet at Pearl
Harbor, Hawaii, was suddenly destroyed. As a result,
the Pacific Ocean became a Japanese sea. Overnight the
Americans thus saw their rubber route from Malaya and
the East Indies cut off. It was an emergency that
called for immediate research into the making of
synthetic rubber. But which country was, at the time,
the most advanced in the world in this field? The
answer: Germany. And, the author asks himself, at
which spot in Germany had such research been most
extensively pursued? The answer, this time, is
Auschwitz. It was at Auschwitz, a town in Upper
Silesia (annexed by Poland after the war), that a
large industrial complex was located at which the
Germans were producing synthetic gasoline, and trying
to set up similar production of a synthetic rubber
substance called "buna" (a compound word derived from
"butadiene" and "Na", the chemical symbol for the
element sodium).
It is then that Butz has the daring to conclude that
the Americans certainly must have paid the fullest
attention to Auschwitz both for the manufacture of
synthetic gasoline and for the efforts to make
synthetic rubber. Going still further in his daring,
he provides a lengthy exposé on aerial photography for
surveillance or espionage. He ventures that, given the
quality of aerial photographs at the time, the
American intelligence agencies, in their desire to
know what in fact was going on at Auschwitz, logically
must have resorted to this source of information in
addition to all the other intelligence-gathering means
at their disposal. He adds that, up to now (1975),
those photographs have not yet been made public. He
concludes that, if, in that camp, in 1942, there had
really been set in motion an abomination exceeding all
standards of horror, and if such an extraordinary
scheme as an industrial program of physical
extermination of the Jews of Europe were really being
carried out, then the American army's intelligence
branch would not have failed to learn of it. To
complete the author's thought at the time, let us
mention that what he says here of 1942 applies, even
more, to the years 1943 and 1944. If, during the war,
the aerial photographs had corroborated the rumor of
the existence and operation of enormous "death
factories", they would inevitably have been published.
If, 30 years after the war they were still being kept
secret, it was because they did not corroborate the

In February 1979, almost three years after the
publication of his book (which had prompted major
consternation, notably within America's Jewish
community), Butz had the satisfaction of seeing the
CIA finally bring out… aerial photographs of Auschwitz
2! Those photographs proved that Auschwitz had never
been anything but a complex of concentration camps
near which the Germans developed a vast industrial
complex. There was nothing at all special about the
crematoria buildings. They were surrounded by lawns in
good condition, neatly laid out and showing no sign of
the trampling by those crowds of people who, it is
claimed, regularly waited there before entering the
structures in order to be gassed, and then
incinerated. No waiting queues were to be seen in the
vicinity. Nor was there the least trace of the great
heaps of coal or coke that would have been needed to
cremate, we are told, thousands of victims per day. In
particular, two of those structures, far from being
concealed, were situated just near the internees'
soccer field. The photographs showed when and how the
vast industrial zone had been bombed by Allied
aircraft, and why the camps themselves had not been
targeted. If the latter had been intentionally bombed,
the inmates would have been killed in great numbers
precisely because they were "concentrated" there, and
the survivors would no longer have had dormitories,
latrines, showers, laundries, cookhouses, infirmaries
or shelter. With the crematoria destroyed, the corpses
would have stayed lying on the ground in an area
where, the water table being very high, burial was
impracticable. Typhus would then have doubled its
toll. (It was to be discovered, in the end, that the
Allies carried out a total of 32 aerial reconnaissance
missions over Auschwitz between December 27, 1943, and
January 14, 1945.)
This release of the aerial photographs confirmed
Butz's thesis, and all the more as in 1979 the two
authors of the publication bearing the images adorned
them with arrows pointing to the location of the
"undressing room[s]" (sic) and the "gas chamber[s]"
(sic). Any reader endowed with a minimum of analytical
sense could only laugh aloud at the naiveté or
deviousness of those two CIA men. In the end, Butz had
been so right that his adversaries were reduced to
retorting, as we see, with pure childish tricks.
The author has shown the same clear-sightedness on a
good number of other subjects. At a conference in 1982
he presented a paper whose text is given in the
present volume 3, a detailed exposé in which he
enumerates a series of simple observations that happen
to fortify his thesis. But, in a preamble, he has the
judicious idea to bring up, as a precedent in the
history of great hoaxes, the text of the "Donation of
Constantine," purportedly discovered in the Ninth
century. He does so to describe how an enormous
historical fraud, one of capital importance for the
papacy, was finally exposed in 1456 by the humanist
Lorenzo della Valle (Contra donationis, quae
Constantini dicitur, privilegium ut falso creditum est
et ementitum, declamatio). The emperor Constantine,
promulgator, in 313 AD, of the edict of Milan, had, in
reality, never donated the Roman Empire to the papacy.
The text of the donation was merely a fake, and, for
that matter, a thoroughly crude one. No sensible
person should be taken in by historical lies of this
kind, but nonetheless they endure because society or
the powers that be need them; once that need is no
longer felt, they may disappear. Moreover, Butz
reminds us, the man who endeavors to expose such a lie
often accumulates a mass of arguments of disparate
value even though a few precise arguments would
suffice. After this lengthy introduction, he returns
to the heart of the matter. He lists the simple
reasons – there are eight – why the alleged
extermination of the Jews cannot have happened. To sum
up: if, in the middle of Europe, in the space of three
years, the Germans had killed so many millions of
Jews, such an extraordinary phenomenon could not have
gone unnoticed. But the Vatican did not perceive this
awesome occurrence. The International Committee of the
Red Cross did not see it. The German underground
opposition did not mention it. The European Jews had
no information on the subject and did not truly
believe the vague, absurd and cacophonous rumors
circulating here and there of a physical extermination
of industrial proportions. Jews overseas (United
States, Palestine, international Jewish organizations)
did not behave as if they themselves lent credence to
the alarming accounts that they were disseminating,
and nor did the Allied governments. It is here that
Butz inserts what may be called his parable of the
miraculous elephant, which deserves to be quoted:
It is demanded that we believe that these "events
continental in geographical scope, of three years in
temporal scope, and of several million in scope of
victims," all transpired without one relevant party
being cognizant of them. It is like telling me that,
while I saw no elephant when I looked in my basement,
he was there anyway. Also while I was sitting in my
living room I did not notice that the elephant managed
to come upstairs and romp about a while, relevant
stairways, door openings, and floors having suddenly
miraculously become compatible with such activities.
Then the elephant dashed outside into a busy mid-day
shopping district, and then walked several miles back
to the zoo, but nobody noticed.
In conclusion, if the genocide of the Jews had
happened, at least eight authorities or agencies would
not have failed to notice it; none of them noticed it;
therefore that genocide cannot have happened. To
persist in believing in its reality would be like
lending credence to the eight enormities contained in
the tale of that elephant. A brief tale that says more
than a long speech!

The Hoax has suffered from imperfections. To begin
with, the first edition was presented in an
unprepossessing layout. For want of money, low quality
paper had to be used, the composition had to be too
compact and the type too small. The mass of text
appeared all the harder to take in as there were too
few subheadings. There was nothing in the way of signs
or markers to guide the reader and make easier his
progress through the exposition. The style was lacking
in polish and the vocabulary lacked finesse; the
author, for his part, agrees, as will be seen in his
preface to this French edition, which, incidentally,
is the first to carry subheadings in sufficient
number.
Butz terms his analysis "horizontal" as opposed to the
"vertical" analysis conducted by other revisionists.
He means, rightly, that he has held the whole of the
subject under his gaze whilst others have taken into
consideration only certain aspects of it. As concerns,
for example, the alleged Nazi gas chamber, he admits
that, in his book, that aspect of the "Holocaust" has
not got much attention. He goes so far as to say that
those who are interested in that question could skip
his book. At the same time, he does not imagine that a
serious person can venture into the controversy of the
gas chambers without having first taken, through his
book, a general view of the revisionist interpretation
of the "Holocaust".
This distinction between "horizontal" analysis and
"vertical" analysis is a bit too abstract. When he
analyzed the type of synthetic rubber that the Germans
were trying to produce, when he taught us about
polymerization and vulcanization, when he explained
the combination of the butadiene and sodium in buna,
was the author of that distinction then not in the
"vertical" rather than the "horizontal"? Would it not
be right to say that, in the whole scope of his book,
which constitutes a global attack without equal, the
author nonetheless conducts a series of particular
inspections that may be characterized as "vertical"?
Conversely, is the researcher who decides to approach
the vast subject of the "Holocaust" from the angle of
the gas chamber alone, before anything else, really
working only in the "vertical"? Will he be merely the
analyst of a particular aspect? Can he not too, in his
own way, have a "horizontal" and comprehensive view of
the "Holocaust"? If I judge by my own case, I became
acquainted with our American's global approach (1976)
only after having read Rassinier in the early sixties
and having decided, considering the huge mass of the
Great Lie, that I should attack it from its most
vulnerable angle: that of the magical gas chamber. For
me, The Hoax has not performed the role of an
initiation; it has had but the value of a providential
confirmation. In observing the colossus that is the
Great Lie, I quickly noted that it had feet of clay
and it was therefore on this weak point that I decided
to concentrate my assaults. Assuredly, the spectator
to this struggle who, for his part, has not seen the
feet of clay will be surprised at my relentless
landing of all my blows, as it were, at ground level.
He will find me short-sighted. Nothing of the sort. I
had indeed taken complete measure of the monster.
Besides, how could its formidable dimensions have
escaped me? In truth, discerning what I took to be its
weak spot (those hazy gas chambers), it was for that
spot, to begin, that I saved my blows. He who
confronts Achilles must, like Paris, aim for the heel.
But enough of these images and comparisons! Butz
wanted to prove that "the unprecedented crime" (the
genocide) imputed to the vanquished by the victor had
not happened whereas other revisionists, choosing a
different path, wanted to demonstrate that "the
unprecedented crime weapon" (the gas chamber) had not
existed. If that crime is imaginary, it follows that
one need no longer even add that the weapon is
imaginary as well. Conversely, if that weapon is
imaginary, then so is the crime. The result is
identical and only the methods used to attain it have
been different.
Butz's mighty intelligence is perhaps too abstract.
The only concentration camp he has ever visited is
that of Dachau. On the subject of the alleged
homicidal gas chamber there, he has written nearly
nothing than that, in the opinion even of the
accusers, that structure, " disguised as a 'shower
room' ", had not been completed and, consequently, had
not been used.
This actual indifference towards certain material
contingencies (not all!) was to be noted elsewhere.
Among the essential arguments that may be brought
forth to show that the Nazi gas chambers cannot have
existed outside of the imagination, there is, it seems
to me, the argument dealing with the existence – a
quite real one – of the execution gas chambers in some
American penitentiaries. It is enough to see an
American gas chamber and to study how it works in
order to realize that the supposed Nazi gas chambers
and the way in which they supposedly worked are mere
imagination. And Butz is American. How is it that he
did not use this argument? As if it were not enough to
refrain from examining any alleged "Nazi" gas chamber,
why did he not inform himself about any of the gas
chambers in his own country's prisons? Had he done so,
he would immediately have realized how daunting a task
it is to execute one prisoner with hydrogen cyanide
gas (the active ingredient in the pesticide Zyklon B)
without gassing oneself. He would have grasped that
nothing is more dangerous than to enter an American
gas chamber after an execution, and he would have seen
that it is impossible to handle the gassed corpse
without drastic precautions. He would have noted that
only a sophisticated mechanism can prevent the worst
from befalling the physician and his two aides, who,
in rubber gloves and boots, and wearing masks fitted
with special filters, will have to penetrate the gas
chamber and handle the still dangerous corpse. He
would have realized that the accounts telling of
Sonderkommando members walking into the "Nazi" gas
chambers to handle casually, without gas masks,
hundreds or thousands of cyanide-infused corpses were
grotesque. By the same token, Rudolf Höss'
"confessions" to his warders would have collapsed and,
along with them, a fair number of other "confessions,"
"testimonies," "memoirs," "items of evidence," and
"trials": in short, the whole base of the Great Lie
edifice would have disappeared.
Returning to the "Donation of Constantine", the
"revisionists" in the style of Lorenzo Valla had
thought it necessary to put forth a hundred arguments
in order to expose the fraud. But one single argument
would have sufficed, although so modest, so laughable,
so basely material that one barely dares mention it:
in effect, one little Roman coin was enough to prove
that after Constantine the Roman Empire continued to
have at its head other emperors and no Popes. In
reality, heaps of coinage in the effigy of
Constantine's true successors proved that the text of
the famous donation, "discovered" in the Ninth
century, could only be a fraud. The humblest coin
collector held in his hands the proof, material and
irrefutable, exposing the entire fraud. None of these
coins bore the effigy of a Pope; all bore the effigy
of an emperor. Similarly, nowadays, two eyes and a
minimum of practical knowledge are enough to see that
the alleged gas chamber to which, at Auschwitz,
capital of the "Holocaust", tourists and pilgrims are
led in droves, is nothing but a Potemkin gas chamber.
As for the other alleged "Nazi" gas chambers, either
they are no longer shown to visitors, or we are told
that since they were left unfinished they were never
used. No historian dares any longer produce a drawing,
a model or any other representation of this diabolical
weapon. Sometimes, Voltaire's Candide imagines that he
sees, off in the distance, the nowhere-to-be-found gas
chamber in question; he draws near; it disappears from
view: it was only a mirage. The alleged "Nazi" gas
chamber is, in a way, the constant no-show of Jewish
historiography. I shall say then, to conclude, that
Butz, not noticing the precious argument within arm's
reach, makes me think in this case of a Lorenzo Valla
who failed to see the Roman coin that he held in his
hand, even though that coin enabled him to kill and
even "overkill" the historical lie that he was seeking
to combat.

The reader will know that these reservations do not in
the least diminish my esteem for the work and for the
man. Built as solid as a rock, the work will
unquestionably outlive its author. Will it be what
Thucydides called "an acquisition for ever" (ktêma es
aei)? It would deserve to be such. In more than a
quarter of a century no historian has ventured to
refute it. In the endless flood of anti-revisionist
publications, not one book, not one article offers a
parry to the exceptional reference work that The Hoax
of the Twentieth Century has proved to be for the
study of historical revisionism.
Unhappily, the hoax that the revisionists have tackled
still has some fine and wicked days ahead of it in the
21st century. It is difficult to see how a powerful
brain, be it even that of the American Arthur R. Butz,
could have done with so colossal an imposture as the
alleged "Holocaust" of the Jews. Neither the will of
scholars nor the quality of their work can prescribe
the events that alone will determine the moment of
this imposture's demise.
One may even wonder whether a belief of this kind will
ever end. Its character is increasingly religious. The
religion of the "Holocaust" or "Shoah" tends, amongst
the Jews of today, to take over from the Torah and
Talmud. It is holy. It serves God, Mammon and the
Golden Calf, as well as, at the same time, the Jews'
eternal anger and unquenchable thirst for vengeance.
The consumer society and its quest for profit are
ideally adapted to it. Neither that society nor that
religion shows, for the time being, the least sign of
weakening.
Twenty-six years. It will have taken twenty-six years
(1976-2002) for The Hoax of the Twentieth Century to
appear in French. And not for want of trying, over a
quarter of a century, to make available to the
French-reading public the masterly work of the
American Arthur Robert Butz. Every time, a lack of
money and of material means, to say nothing of the
whims of the prevailing repression, frustrated those
efforts. Today, at last, the work has come out for us
in French, even though it still had to be published
abroad. The new inquisition is here, peering from the
battlements. "An unbearable Jewish thought police" (as
the late Jewish intellectual Annie Kriegel called it)
is on guard. Each year, with the appearance of new
revisionist writings, it lengthens the lists of its
Index Librorum Prohibitorum.
Historical revisionism is decidedly the great
intellectual adventure of our time.

News from the Simon Wiesenthal Center, and their
attempt to criminalize suicide bombings. I am not sure
how that would work, because most suicide bombings
kill the bombers - suicide bombings? Get it? Or will
they drag the dead bodies in front of a tribunal?:

The Simon Wiesenthal Center is initiating a worldwide
campaign to make suicide bombings a crime against
humanity.
Such a move in the international community should be a
simple task, but tragically in these troubled times it
is no easy task. It seems that only United Nations
resolutions hostile to Israel, such as the recent ones
on the Road Map and condemning the security fence are
adopted. But recent attempts to introduce
straightforward U.N. resolutions condemning
antisemitism and the murder of innocent Israeli
children were withdrawn because of lack of support.
We cannot allow such a dangerous double standard to go
unchallenged, especially since the scourge of
international terrorism and suicide bombings have
reached far beyond the United States and Israel to
include civilians even in Arab and Moslem nations
including Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
Still, in spite of the horrific mounting toll of
innocent victims from Bali to Nairobi to Istanbul, no
country has yet shown the courage to come forward and
introduce a resolution branding such attacks as crimes
against humanity. It seems that fear of an automatic
veto from sixty Moslem nations and possible negative
economic consequences in relations with those regimes,
outweigh the dangers that terrorism poses to us all.
We must work together to overcome this dangerous moral
and diplomatic inertia. And, an important new legal
development shows that international law can be
harnessed in the struggle against crimes against
humanity and genocide when just last week an
international court convicted three Rwandans for
crimes against humanity for using their newspapers and
radio stations to incite genocide against the Tutsi
minority in Rwanda. Is there any doubt that all those
directly tied to suicide bombings - those which have
murdered thousands of men, women and children around
the world on buses, in schools and restaurants, and
which endanger all civilized societies, should be held
equally accountable?
That is why the world desperately needs a legal
mechanism that will help bring before the bar of
justice the agencies that dispatched suicide bombers
and those who inspired young people to embrace a
culture of death. That is why last week a delegation
of the Simon Wiesenthal Center raised the issue with
Pope John Paul II in a special audience at the
Vatican.
AND WE KNOW THAT OUR EFFORTS CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Just twenty-four hours following our meeting with the
Pope, he told participants in a Catholic-Islamic
meeting, "I appeal to you, and to all men and women of
good will, to join your voices with mine as I repeat
that the holy name of God must never be used to incite
violence or terrorism, to promote hatred or
exclusion."
In the coming weeks, the Wiesenthal Center will be
meeting with leaders in Europe, Canada, Turkey,
Germany, France, and Argentina who have the power to
designate suicide bombings as crimes against humanity.
This is the most important international initiative
that will be undertaken by the Wiesenthal Center in
2004 and as we prepare to approach every nation that
is threatened by terrorism on every continent - we
need your help and solidarity!
Please join the Simon Wiesenthal Center's campaign by
sending an initial message to U.S. President George
Bush, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, German
Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, and French President
Jacques Chirac urging them to take the lead in making
every suicide bombing - whoever the perpetrator and

Another blow dealt to Ernst Zuendel, reported to us by

TORONTO. December 10, 2003.
FEDS GET ANOTHER SECRET HEARING TO DELAY ZUNDEL'S BAIL
Mr. Justice Pierre Blais has granted a request from
federal cabinet ministers for yet another secret
hearing in the detention or bail hearing of jailed
German-born publisher Ernst Zundel. Returning from the
afternoon break, Blais announced: "The Registrar
informs me that the Ministers have requested a private
session for new evidence. Therefore, I will not
reserve" judgement this afternoon.
The 38 free speech supporters who packed the small
seventh floor courtroom in support of Mr. Zundel were
stunned. The afternoon session had been taken up with
Crown Attorney Donald MacIntosh's arguments against
granting Mr. Zundel bail after nearly 10 months in
solitary confinement. Perhaps, chastened by Doug
Christie's strong submissions in the morning session
that he recuse himself for an apprehension of bias
having been Solicitor-General in charge of CSIS, Blais
repeatedly interrupted MacIntosh and challenged and
dismissed many of his arguments.
It seemed that Mr. Justice Blais was on the verge of
releasing the dissident pacifist on bail. Shortly
before the mid-afternoon break, several observers saw
Lorne Rudner of the Canadian Jewish Congress leave the
room, apparently to make a phone call. He returned
about 15 minutes later. After the break, the
atmosphere had changed and grown distinctly frosty
toward the jailed publisher. The earliest Mr. Blais
can hold the secret hearings is next week. If he
chooses to release any information, he may solicit
further submissions from counsel before he decides,
thus making Mr. Zundel's release before Christmas all
but impossible.
If Blais's pre-break questioning had seemed to favour
Mr. Zundel, his demeanour after the break again raised
the spectre of holding Canada's most famous political
prisoner hostage for the shutting down or curtailing
of the Zundelsite.
Repeating that he was still "exploring options" about
granting bail, but "I'm not there yet," Mr. Justice
Blais pointed out that people are often restricted
from doing things they have a legal right to do --
such as drinking or frequenting certain places -- as
conditions of release. He seemed to hint that Mr.
Zundel might be restricted from publishing his
views on the Internet or somehow have to remove items
ordered removed by the January, 2002 order of the
Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. Mr. Zundel has
repeatedly pointed out that Ingrid Rimland, not he,
owns, edits and controls the Zundelsite.
"Never before in the history of national security
certificates have Internet communications been
considered a factor," Douglas H. Christie, Mr.
Zundel's lead counsel countered.
"The only justification for incarceration is being a
threat to national security," Mr. Christie continued.
"The Zundelsite is not a threat to
national security and should not be held as a bail
condition. The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal has
adequate means to enforce its order."
"It's very dangerous to hold a man's freedom hostage
to a website," Mr. Christie warned. "It's dangerous to
detain people on national security grounds for
communicating ideas that are legal in other countries.
To do so is to put us on the road to national thought
control," the Victoria-based civil libertarian
insisted.
"There must be objective, real suspicion, not paranoid
worries or political feelings, of a substantive threat
to national security," to keep a man in jail, Mr.
Christie argued. "We must give some value to the
liberty of the individual, if we are not to become a
police state."
"The Crown must prove that Mr. Zundel is a real
danger to national security, not just a nuisance or
political dissident," Mr. Christie insisted. Referring
to Crown Attorney Donald MacIntosh, Mr. Christie
observed: "The greatest vehemence of my colleague is
reserved for 'hate'. My colleague throws this term
around. However, Mr. Zundel has never been charged or
convicted of promoting hate."
Earlier Crown Attorney MacIntosh had insisted: "If Mr.
Zundel were released, he'd continue to associate with
Mr. McAleer and other purveyors of hate. All these
associations give us to believe that Mr. Zundel is a
threat to national security."
Knowledgeable observers of Canada's populist movement
report that Mr. McAleer has been politically inactive
for about eight years.
Mr. MacIntosh repeatedly called Mr. Zundel
"untruthful" and accused him of lying.
In the morning, Mr. Christie spoke forcefully to his
motion that Mr. Justice Blais recuse himself. As
Solicitor-General in 1989, Pierre Blais issued a
directive that no human source should be used to
surveil legitimate political parties. However,
apparently disobeying him, the Canadian Security
Intelligence Agency (CSIS) had agent Grant Bristow
spy on Reform Party leader Preston Manning.
"It was your directive not to do something (spy on
Preston Manning) that they did. The
Solicitor-General-CSIS relationship is one of
officially sanctioned secrecy which we cannot
penetrate," Mr. Christie said. CSIS agent Grant
Bristow's role in the Heritage Front "was not just to
spy but to incite," Mr. Christie explained. "Mr.
Zundel's contention will be
that his role was to incite violence. CSIS was used
for political purposes. A directive was initiated by
Your Lordship that such spying not be done, but CSIS
did. Now CSIS appears before you and it would be hard
not to agree with them."
"Our defence comes head to head with the credibility
of CSIS," Mr. Christie argued. "We're saying that, as
Solicitor-General, you must have known what was going
on. CSIS wasn't acting in a rogue capacity and
wasn't operating without ministerial consent."
"We have reason to believe that a bomb Mr. Zundel was
sent [in 1995] was delivered with the foreknowledge of
CSIS. When events take place like this, the integrity
of the Parliamentary system is involved," Mr. Christie
charged.
Mr. Justice Blais reserved on his decision, saying
that he would try to announce his conclusions next
week.
In his arguments against granting bail for Mr. Zundel.
Donald MacIntosh said: "I rely on a large and liberal
interpretation to the term 'a danger to the security
of Canada.' Canada's international relations are an
important part of Canada's security. Certain
activities could give rise to deleterious effects on
our international relations. Canada has an
international obligation to take steps to see that
hate propaganda is not disseminated," he said.
Intervening at that point, Mr. Justice Blais said:
"Playing devil's advocate, it's no secret that these
international conventions are not part of the legal
framework of Canada" and are, therefore, not binding.
The hearing continues Thursday.

A TANGLED WEB
December 11, 2003 -- ADULTERY was once considered a sin - or at least a secret. Before the meaning became jewed, the noun "adultery" equated to the verb "adulterate." Likewise, the word "bastard" was the noun for the verb "bastardize." At one time, nouns equated to verbs. One of the first things jews always do are goddamn the meaning of words. The ancients did have a prohibition against race-mixing, but you won't hear goddamned jews mention that. The true meaning of "adultery" is the debasing of the bloodlines - not just sex outside the marriage. It's a term traditionally applied almost exclusively to women. YMCA fliers banned from school
The local Y can no longer send fliers home with children because a recent one happened to mention the organization puts "Christian principles into practice," reports the Bakersfield Californian. This same school most likely prohibits cursing. The prohibition of cursing is a Christian value judgment. If the goddamned school is going to be neutral to religion, why won't it go all the way?

Almost 70% of Germans say they are annoyed at being held responsible for the
Holocaust and many believe Jews use Germany's Nazi past to their advantage, a
survey showed yesterday.
The survey by Bielefeld University showed 69.9% were irritated at still being
held responsible today for crimes against Jews.
A quarter of 3,000 people surveyed also agreed with the statement: "Many Jews
try to use Germany's Third Reich past to their advantage and want to make
Germans pay for it." A further 30% said there was "some truth" to the statement.
Almost two-thirds said they believed too many foreigners live in Germany,
while 30% said foreigners should be sent home when jobs are scarce.
Endorsing the survey, the German parliamentary president, Wolfgang Thierse,
said he understood why so many people wanted to shed guilt for what happened
before they were born. He said the survey did not prove there was widespread
anti-Jewish sentiment.
The authors of the survey said they found that Germans who were worried about
security threats and losing their jobs had become more hostile to Jews,
Muslims, and immigrants.

Underworld-related murder attempt in Hadera

An additional underworld-related attempted murder occurred late Thursday in
Hadera, on the same day that three people were killed when an explosion rocked
Tel Aviv, apparently targeting underworld kingpin Ze'ev Rosenstein, who escaped
with light injuries, Israel Radio reported.
Alon Levy, 21, the main suspect in a gang-related November grenade attack that
killed a married couple in a Hadera used car lot, was shot and critically
wounded in his apartment by two assailants.
Alon was arrested for the grenade attack that killed Daniel and Ella Nahshon,
and released to house arrest 27 days later. He was lying in bed when two people
wearing helmets entered his room and shot him at close range.
Police are investigating the attempted murder.
Brigadier General Moshe Waldman, the North District's shore region chief said
Levy is well known to the police, and that any person involved in criminal
activity can assume such events can happen, Israel Radio reported Friday.
Three people were killed Thursday afternoon and at least 30 were injured in a
gangland Tel Aviv explosion apparently aimed at killing underworld kingpin
Ze'ev Rosenstein, who escaped with slight injuries to his hand and leg.
The explosion just outside a foreign currency exchange shop a few doors from
the busy downtown intersection of Yehuda Halevy Street and Allenby Street
killed Moshe Mizrahi, 28, from Eilat, who was passing by when the bomb went
off; Tel Aviv resident Rahamim Suriya, 43, who lived a few doors down from the
foreign currency shop; and 19-year-old Naftali Meged, son of the owner of the
shop.
A Tel Aviv court slapped a gag order on all details regarding the explosive
device itself, but reports earlier in the day said that the device was
professionally made. Shortly after police arrived on the scene, and even before
they learned of Rosenstein's presence there, they noted that the bomb was
powerful but did not include the nuts, bolts and nails common to terror bombs.
Several cars on the street were damaged as a result of the explosion, and a
porch on a nearby building collapsed.
In the last year, 10 innocent bystanders have been killed and dozens wounded in
the cross fire of gangland battles.
The bombers' obvious disregard for civilian lives, was described by Police
Commissioner Shlomo Aharonishki as the "equivalent to the Park Hotel
bombing ... which was followed by Operation Defensive Shield," a theme picked
up later in the day by Public Security Minister Tzachi Hanegbi, who
promised "an all-out police offensive" against organized crime." Prime Minister
Ariel Sharon announced that the upcoming cabinet meeting on Sunday would begin
with a discussion of the organized crime problem.
Just last week, Rosenstein, long described as a major Israeli crime kingpin,
was being held on suspicion he had ordered an underworld slaying. But the
contract killer who claimed that Rosenstein had hired him was proved by another
witness to be lying, and police were forced to release Rosenstein. He was
slightly injured in the blast, which went off as he entered the foreign
currency exchange shop, and he was immediately hustled into his armored
Mercedes by his bodyguards. After going to his home, he was taken by his guards
to Meir Hospital in Kfar Sava, where he was treated for hand and leg injuries.
Rosenstein was then picked up by police for questioning about who might want to
hurt him. But police knew ahead of time that he would answer he is a legitimate
businessman with no enemies that he knows about.
"The number one intelligence target for the Israeli police," as he's often
described, Rosenstein owns casinos in Europe and is believed to be allied with
the Netanya-based Abutbul family, whose patriarch Felix was murdered last
summer outside an Abutbul-owned casino in Prague. Rosenstein's rivals and
competitors are the Alperon and Abergil families. The current round of fighting
goes back to an attempted murder of Nissim Alperon, who survived the attempt
and came to believe Rosenstein was behind it. Rosenstein has survived at least
six attempted hits on his life since 1996.
Aharonishki instructed police to step up their offensive activity against known
organized crime figures, by beefing up "central units" in each district, which
are assigned to monitor underworld families. Aharonishki also ordered more work
overseas with foreign police departments, to track activity by the crime
families there. The income tax authorities will also be brought into the fight
against organized crime. The commissioner is expected to tell the government on
Sunday and MKs during the week that more resources are needed by the police,
which has spent much of its efforts in the three years on security matters,
while organized crime has flourished.
The chairman of the Knesset Interior Committee, MK Yuri Stern of National
Union, and Likud MK Michael Eitan, head of the Constitution, Justice and Law
Committee, announced they would be conducting discussions in their committees
on the organized crime issue next week, while Labor MK Ophir Pines-Paz
announced he would bring the issue to the Knesset plenum next week. Pines-Paz
said Hanegbi should "stop playing Likud central committee politics ... and put
an end to the anarchy in the streets of Israel."
