Strangely enough, some attempts to ban Affirmative Action have been successful, e.g., at colleges/universities. (Affirmative Action should be called Infirmative Action, since it has significantly decreased America’s productivity). Like many crappy ideas, Affirmative Action came from a Jew, i.e., from New York congressman Emanuel Celler’s Civil Rights Act of 1964: [Article].
