Another Wrong Ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court

Three points here:

1. America is a White/Western country. A hijab is not Western dress.

2. Abercrombie and Fitch is a private company which can decide its own dress policies without help from the government.

3. The current U.S. Supreme Court, being majority-non-White, should not be making legal rulings in a Western country [1].

[1] Out of the 9 Supreme Court justices, 5 are not White: Sotomayor (Puerto Rican), Thomas (Black), Kagan (Jewish), Ginsburg (Jewish) and Breyer (Jewish)

    1. Sgt. Skull Says:

Ironically it was a non-white (Clarence “long dong silver” Thomas) who voted the right way. They other eight black robed tyrants ruled that A&F’s decision violated the 1964 civil rights act. However, that is only the case if ms. muzzie specifically asked A&F for a religious exemption which articles I read said she did not do, so the ruling is politically motivated.

The kwa gives safe haven to this turd worlder and she shits on us by filing suit over her eye sore of a hijab.

    2. Cliff Says:

I’m English. I understand America to mean 2 continents and its associated islands. The United States of America is an ex-colony and a fairly new nation, still wet behind the ears. White European invaders stole lands from the rightful owners and brought kidnapped blacks with them as slave labour. European dress, culture and language is therefore alien to this land – they were imposed by force – as was the strange religion where we worship a wandering Jew who was proclaimed by one of his followers (Paul) to be an earthly manifestation of the living God. A pretty bizarre concept, I think you’ll agree.
Surely native Americans should have the majority say in Supreme Court rulings. And the descendants of former slaves should have, at the very least, equal say with their former kidnappers. The British Empire was a crime – it no longer exists, but it’s going to take a very long time to put things right. Attitudes like those expressed here perpetuate the myth that one people should have rights and power over the lives of others just because neither look nor behave like us.
