Someone pointed this web site out a while ago and I looked at it then. It didn't appear to have anything actionable at the time, though it is clearly in bad taste. It is simply an anti-fan site, legally no different than if we put up an Arielsharonsucks.com site or michaelchertoffkike.com, etc. Now if someone has threatened the girls, then the poster would potentially be criminally liable. I'm not sure if the blogger could be if it truly is "unmoderated."

Notice in the April 9th post how the blogger seems to be almost suicidally basking in the thought, nay fantasy, that some WN is out there "targetting" he/she/it for assassination. What a weirdo!

John probably knows this but I would add that there is a species of defamation called "false Light" and another called "public exposure of private facts." These are causes of action in a minority of states-- dont know which ones-- and they set a higher bar than the usual standards of defamation for negative publicity.

I dont have the elements at hand, but I would speculate that due to the fact that April has held these kids out to the public a) as performers, and b) as pro-White activists, that people out there are going to be able to publically comment on this and post their publically available pictures like it or not.

It's the same thing as the Falwell case, which actually became the prime case in this area of law. Back in the 80's (it might have been the late 70's, not sure) Hustler printed a clearly satirical story in which Jerry Falwell screwed his own mother, or something to that effect. Falwell sued Larry Flynt for millions of dollars for defamation. He alleged false light invasion of privacy. It wound up in the Supreme Court (I don't recall who won at the trial level) which held that Falwell was a public figure for all purposes and that this satire was essentially political commentary on Falwell, not unlike an editorial page cartoon, insinuating that he's a hypocrite. Public figures, said the Court, essentially sacrifice a great deal of their privacy.

With the Gaede twins, I would say that they are certainly not general purpose public figures, having not achieved "such pervasive fame or notoriety" as to be a public figure for all purposes, but they are limited purpose public figures in the realms of both white nationalist politics and WN music (as is April). While this anti-Prussian Blue site could turn out to be actionable, I haven't seen anything yet that I think is.

The creeps have gone as far as to post pictures of my baby and Amethyst23 has posted a map of what she believes to be our neighborhood. This was recently removed because the server complained though the asswipe said he "agreed with what they are trying to do", also Yama the Space Fish has made threats on his Gaming Force blog that " I am going to shove shards of porcelin down Lamb's throat". There has been mention that they would like to see my kids in a kiddie snuff porn video ( December 2004) and they posted porn on my kids website as well as ( but I deleted it I was so upset) that they wanted to " be the first to penetrate Lamb and Lynx while they drank milk out of Dresden's skull"......
