I'm employed at Squaw Valley Ski Resort in Calif, and we got a lot of Europeans that came over to work here this summer on J1 visas. Over the past few weeks I began to notice a stark difference between the attitudes and behavior of the European women as opposed to American women in general. Allow me to give a few examples of the differences that I observed:
The European females are mainly from Poland, Croatia, and Russia.
All of them without exception are polite, intelligent, very well mannered,
physically fit and mentally alert.
They actually will talk to you, not through you, listen to what you have to say and are able to carry on an intelligent conversation on your level.
They are knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics, can grasp different ideas and opinions and do not talk down to you or try to embarrass you if you have different opinions or make honest factual mistakes.
They smile, have very pleasant personalities and are great to work with.
They are not in constant fear of what harm you might do to them.
They are trustworthy, reliable, have a trusting nature, sort of know when
they are being taken advantage of but play it off in a good natured sort of way without running to a supervisor claiming harassment.
That is an important point because they definitely stand up for themselves and each other without making a scene or involving an authority figure.

Contrast this with a lot of American women I've run into especially in Calif.

Many of them are surly, indifferent, backstabbing, downright rude, sneer at everything in sight and have the persona of a block of ice.
Trying to initiate or carry on any sort of conversation will turn you off to them in an instant.
Most of them are absolute hell to work with, they don't cooperate or listen and in a lot of cases can't comprehend the simplest of instructions.
A lot of them seem to resent the fact that you're there in the first place.
Once you make a mistake or get on their bad side, there is no forgiveness
or redemption, only a permanent separation can solve a male/female personality conflict.
Physically, I've noticed of late, most American women don't take care of themselves,
they are aging much earlier than in the past and mentally/emotionally, border on neurosis, paranoia or bi polar disorders.
Many of them are flaky, flighty or just don't have it together, back in the 60's
and early 70's, their comprehension skills were in general a lot sharper, nowadays they all seem to have the attention span of a cat, no more than 5 seconds at most.
The major issue with them seems to be 2 parts, a fear of men harming them either physically or emotionally and/or finding "Mr. Right" to satisfy mostly their material needs.
To sum this up, while European women seem to project a confidence that is well balanced with an enjoyment of life, most American women are just the opposite, fearful, emotionally screwed up and have a "Fuck You" attitude towards life in general. Anyone else have the same experiences, or have been able to compare the differences between our women and those in Europe?
