I know there are a lot of pagans and atheists here that like Jews and Muslims detest anything Christian or anything that has a Christian overtone in it.
I was just curious how many of you actually celebrate Christmas.
WHY I DO NOT OBSERVE CHRISTMAS
1. We don’t know when Christ was born, and if God had wanted this day observed in a special way the Holy Spirit would have let us known about it (John 14:26; 16:13; II Timothy 3:16,17).
2. We haven’t been commanded to observe Christmas, and we are only commanded to teach men "to observe all things" that Christ has commanded (Matthew 28:18-20).
3. There are many false, irreligious, and pagan things tied in with the observance of Christmas which are incompatible and antagonistic to Christianity (Psalms 119:104; Ephesians 5:9,10; Philippians 4:8).

Ditto for me.
This is a stupid thread considering that xmas and Yule fall during the same time. Xtianity was sold to the xtians and the traditions of Yule now have a different title which is xmas.
This thread is typical xtian trouble making. Next he'll be asking who we think created this "wonderful" universe...

I celebrate it by kicking over christian gravestones.
I celebrate Yule, "christmas" is just a bastardized version of a pagan holiday.
You can kill our kin but you can never crush our spirit.
The heathenpride in northmen's minds will always remain!
Like fire schorced earth we are reborn!
With autumns coldest winds we arrive!
Proud in our hearts
Unchained in our might we are pure heathen wrath unbound!
They celebrate xmas, I celebrate Yule.
I buy Yule cards and do my Yule traditions while the rest of the family does their thing. We respect each other's religious beliefs and all is well.
Sean, do you hang a jewish star on top of your tree or go with the traditionally corrupt xian tradition of an angel?

You're in error about Jews detesting Christmas, they have turned it into the a merchandising opportunity and we gullible goyim have offered our teats up to the sucking of the jewish pigs like the herd of fools we are at times. Plus they have the arrogance to elevate the disgusting hate-holiday of Channukah up to a level of Christmas, which is a blasphemy worthy of death on their wicked tribe.
You're also wrong about the Muslims, they are essentially heretical Christians and regard Christ a prophet, whereas the kikes regard him a blasphemer. Much of Islam is a simplification of Christianity. To equate the Muslim with the Jew, one religious grounds, is error. One thing is a conspiracy of deliberate hatred of the good (Jews) and the other is something different more akin to innocent error. Moreover, there's plenty in Islam that is more akin to our own ancient traditions than the disgusting feminized heresy that is contemporary "judeochristianity." For example, the sense of "the good fight" or jihaad, which is both a struggle inside oneself against indiscipline and in favor of virtue, and a struggle outside oneself against wickedness in the world. Again, that is simply what we used to know as "the good fight" in Christian terms or pilgrimage/crusade or holy war even farther back. And, in turn, that notion built upon older European traditions, like the wars of national annihalation waged by the Greeks against the Trojans, and in turn the Romans against the Etruscans and the Carthaginians. Now they call that sort of epic conquest "genocide."
Christmas is an improved version of the pagan winter solstice/ new year holidays.
As for the pagan cultures - all over the world - no matter what color - all planting societies have just about the same New Year/Solstice holidays. The whites did just the same as semite and yellow, red and black, until Christianity took the whites higher up the ladder.
"Go, Nazis, Go!"
what black cultures keep a solstice holiday? it's hot year round in most of africa so there is not necessarily a set harvest time. maybe they have a monsoon season. hell if I know.
I'll grant that many cultures of Asians and semites and Injuns kept solar holidays, but show me the niggers. Not Muslim societies either, who learned astronomy from Arabs who learned it from Greeks either.
Exactly who are you quoting, Reverend Dr. Martin? Is it yourself? If so, which of the two poll questions offered will you answer yes to? If not, tell the forum how you would respond to your asshole poll.

Hmmph!
I celebrate Xmas, and I'm not Christian (I'm not Pagan, either, tho). I like the family get togethers, the dinners, the presents, and all that good stuff. It has no religious significance to me, but I still love it, as its the only time of the year where I get to see my WHOLE family.
Now, Sean. I understand your anger when Pagans bash Christianity. But, it seems you try to bring these people out so they'll bash you, why else would the "no" option read like it does? You have to realize, that there are decent non-Christians. And the Pagans need to realize that there are non-Jew-suckass Chrisians. I'm really getting sick and tired of all the religious arguments. They all read the same, and it gets old seeing rewordings of the same old arguments. Especially when its among people who should be united becuase they both love the White race and wanna save it, and not over which gods they believe in. Its a pathetic attempt to reopen wounds that are thousands of years old. Pagans and Christians and atheists should be able to work together towards the greater good. I think people need to meet their spiritual needs however they see fit. Spirituality is spirituality, and its just as fullfilling however you get it; whether its a meditating, performing Pagan rituals, or praying to God.

I try to celebrate vidminterblot the real celebration this time of the year, everything from the pig to the pine is not CHRISTIAN those bastards highjacked it from us.
Heil Odin!
I am an atheist and I celebrate and enjoy Christmas.
Christmas to me means time off work, Time with my family and a time to get a load of Socks and cheap cologne from family members. The religious aspect doesnt come into it.. and never has. I enjoy seeing the decorations and the lights around my town, and I dont mind watching the odd mind numbing christmas tale
Even when I was a child sitting in bed on christmas eve... I can assure you the last thing I was thinking about was the birth of christ. All i was looking forward to was getting my Optimus Prime toy the next morning.
This is a stupid thread
But "hot or not is getting better" and "should VNNF run a train on HG" are both acts of brilliance?

Sean, do you hang a jewish star on top of your tree or go with the traditionally corrupt xian tradition of an angel?
I haven’t had a tree in about 5 years, but when I did I forgot how I topped it. Where do you get Yule cards or do you just pick up ones with the word Yule on them? I haven’t seen any of those perhaps you could help clarify this for me.

Good points but I was going by my personal experiences. A Muslim doctor challenged Wal-mart here over displaying Christmas trees because it hurt his feelings. His argument was they were fine in their display for selling but having one in the food court was insulting and he could avoid the display but not the food court. Wal-mart removed the tree. As for the Jews they despise Christmas but I understand what you are saying to. I guess they will change if a shekel or two is involved.
I can just see the expression on Duckless' face as he reads these responses
You don’t know what I look like so how could you? Besides if I haven’t been shocked by some (not all) of the pagan psychos here by now I never will be.
Exactly who are you quoting, Reverend Dr. Martin?
I am not a Reverend that is the name of God.
Psalms 111:9 holy and reverend is his name.
I don't like when people introduce me as the reverend Martin either when I go to someone’s house for a visit. I am an evangelist.

Good comments and I appreciate them. Yes I did put the "no" option that way for a reason. That is how pagans usually word something about Christians and while two wrongs don't make a right I thought it would be good for a laugh if someone voted no. In retrospect I can see how it wasn’t being polite to the few good pagans and atheists here. Besides I think I am probably the only person (or American at least) on this board that hasn't celebrated Christmas in the past half decade.Ditto. I like watching the kids open the presents.
Thanks for the comment.
