One of the things I, and many other White Nationalists have done over the years, has been to completely disengage from the mass media and mass culture, in an attempt to insulate ourselves.
But one recent day while at my public library, I picked up a very useful book titled "Hitler's Henchmen", and in it, there was a brilliant quote by Josef Goebbels in which he said something to the effect of:
"A master propagandist, who wishes to shape the minds of the people, must at all times have his finger upon the pulse of the collective mindset of the people he is trying to influence."
That insight struck me like a lightning bolt. Right then I understood the propaganda genius of Josef Goebbels. If effect, what he's saying is that:
In order to reach and redirect the minds of our people, we must be actively engaged with the mass media and political system that they live in.
Unfortunately, up to this point, we have been completely alienated from the very people we are trying to reach, and have thus been rendered incapable of communicating effectively with those we most need to reach.
In order to effectively influence our people, we must be up on all the latest local and national news, politics, culture, trends and issues... so we can effectively criticize those things, and reshape peoples perceptions of those events, gradually leading them over to our way of thinking.
One of the biggest mistakes the White Nationalist movement made (and I am just as guilty of this as anyone else), is that we completely disconnected ourselves from the pulse of popular culture, and thereby alienated ourselves from the very people we need to reach.
If we don't understand their world, we cannot communicate with them, and thus, we cannot influence them.
I have started to change course by delving into the mainstream media full force, to find all the anti-White laws, biases and agendas, and then dissecting them, in writing, on the internet, in emails, in phone calls, and in handwritten letters, directly to the government officials, media pundits, talking heads, and the news corporations, and calmly, politely and rationally pointing out the illogical inconsistencies in their policies and coverage, and making them aware of other perspectives... in effect, gradually altering their world view.
You can only shift a person or institutions world view if you know what their world view is in the first place.
A week or two after I started calling the CNN viewer comment line, and specifically Lou Dobbs voice mail box, leaving calm, reasoned, factual messages informing him of "La Raza", "Aztlan", "Reconquista", etc... within a week or two they were doing a story on those very things... all of which happen to be true.
That is why the Jews are now attacking Lou Dobbs... because engaging effectively with the good people in the mass media really does work.
Many well-meaning White people in the mass media are simply unaware of the real issues, and we, as enlightened nationalists have a responsibility to inform them in a respectful, professional manner, so that they can then inform the American people of the real issues facing our nation.
We can only give them constructive feedback when we are connected to the media matrix that they operate within, and from which the masses form their opinions.
For example, who has had more effect on the shifting of White American consciousness... the Hasidic Jews who wall themselves off in their insular little ghettos, or the ADL, SPLC, JDL, AIPAC and countless other Jew and Jew dominated groups who are actively engaging and critiqueing the mass media and shaping public opinion?
Obviously the latter.
So in order to succeed, we must stop isolating ourselves from the mainstream culture, and instead actively engage with it, analyzing, dissecting and criticizing it so accurately, rationally and outspokenly, that our world view and agenda will gradually replace the current Jew/Homo/Feminist/Mud/Zionist/Multi-Cult agenda.
Analysts and critics, of whatever field, wield tremendous power.
We must learn to wield that power by re-engaging with the mass media, government, system and culture, and progressively deconstructing and delegitemizing their ideas until our world view gradually replaces theirs.
