From left, Kassey Jenkins, Courtney Millen both 21, and Nathan Mattocks, 24, were arrested in connection with a stickup at Wicomico apartment complex.

Police say the trio stole cash and prescription drugs from a man who was at the apartment complex negotiating a drug transaction. When the man fled in the car, Mattocks shot at him as he drove away, according to a news release from the Gloucester Sheriff's office.

Jenkins and Millen were charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony for allegedly taking part in the robbery. Mattocks is charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, shooting at an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
