Registered Nurses are one of the highest paying jobs an American white woman can get with minimal education (compared to several years for lawyer or the like) and it is also inexpensive.
These are good fields for white women and also men (who can make between $60,000 and $90,000 a year because of the demand). Now those jobs will be taken by under trained subhuman beasts who detest America and even if they cared couldn’t understand your requests.
This absolutely ruined my day.
There is not an emicon to express how I feel about this.
African nurses heading to United States
NAIROBI, Kenya - Nurse Carolyne Mujibi went to work in Kenya's largest hospital after her father died there — from nursing neglect, she believes. Too much work, too little pay and an assault by a frustrated patient chipped away at her desire to try to make a difference in Kenya.
She is preparing to leave to go work in the United States, hoping for greater job satisfaction and more material rewards, and joining a brain drain from the developing world to the West that experts worry is only making it harder for Africa to pull itself out of poverty.
Mujibi has spent the past four months studying in preparation for a U.S. nursing certification exam. She hopes to take advantage of proposed U.S. immigration laws that would allow more visas for nurses — part of America's latest strategy to deal with a growing shortage of primary health care providers in its hospitals, nursing homes and other health facilities. European nations experiencing similar shortages also are a destination for skilled Africans.
Mujibi is among thousands of overworked, unemployed and underemployed nurses and other health professionals leaving East Africa's largest economy.
"Poverty is one thing that is pushing us out .... I felt if I go out there I could be able to pay for my siblings" to get the best education and realize their ambitions, said Mujibi, who lives in single-room home that has space for only a bed, table, chair, suitcases and a pile of utensils.
"I just want to change life for my family," she said.
"One of the main criticisms about migration ... is sometimes the best and the brightest leave," said Dilip Ratha, a World Bank senior economist and expert on the brain drain phenomenon.
"That has implications on the delivery of critical services, especially in the health sector, it has implication also for the intellectual capital that the country needs for its own development," he said. "If the best and brightest leaves, the country's brain is leaving in some ways ... and they can't take advantage of their own potential."
Still, the migrants are exercising their right to seek better returns for their labor, Ratha said.
Mujibi, 28, was inspired after watching a colleague go to work as a nurse in Colorado and save enough money to start building a house for her mother five months after leaving Kenya. That woman had nothing to show for the two years she previously worked in the country, Mujibi said.
Another nursing colleague, who left in 2004, has already built a two-story home for his parents, replacing a mud hut that had neither running water nor electricity, she said, her eyes wide with admiration.
Kenya had 30,000 employed nurses at the beginning of this year, including 16,000 who were on the payroll of the biggest employer, the government. Another 7,000 registered nurses were unemployed, said Frederick Omiah, secretary of the National Nurses Association of Kenya.
"People believe that nursing is a profession for which you can never be out of work because there is always a demand for health care" in Africa, Mujibi said. "But people are not willing to employ because there is no money."
The government needs to double the number of nurses in its hospitals to meet demand in a nation of 34 million beset by HIV/ AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, respiratory and intestinal ailments as well as other diseases, Omiah said.
The health ministry this week announced it will interview to fill 1,630 health care jobs including registered nurses, community health workers and pharmaceutical technologists this year.
Kenya needs more nurses, but the government is unable to hire the required number because "we don't have the money," said the country's Director of Medical Services James Nyikal.
For nurses, the United States is a major draw. Its quality of life as well as an aging nurse work force, low enrollment in nursing schools and increasing demand for nurses by the aging baby boomers have made America increasingly attractive to African nurses.
In 1980, 26 percent of America's registered nurses were under the age of 30, but the average nurse is now 46.8 years. About half of them are expected to reach retirement age within the next 10 to 15 years, and the average age of new graduates is almost 30 years, according to the U.S. National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
In December 2005, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projected that registered nursing would create the second largest number of new jobs among all occupations within nine years. Nurses' employment is expected to grow much faster than average for all trades through 2014 — generating about 703,000 new jobs by that date.
U.S. nursing schools, which are losing faculty, struggle to fill the gap. That crisis, Mujibi says, represents lucrative opportunities that are too tempting to pass up.
"I love Kenya and if I'd get a good job, I'd never go anywhere else," she said. "Going out there is a big risk. It is a new culture, you have to adapt, but you find the benefits are so big that it is worth it."

Nursing is one of the great moderate skill jobs out there. I've recommended the career to some young females.
We have to remember the main cost of healthcare in America is Jewish doctors and Jewish trial lawyers(both of which are tightly limited in supply). Other nations like France have much lower total healthcare costs.. yet nursing is still a high paying job in those nations.
So it won't lower the cost of healthcare here.. only lower another solid middle class career for whites.

Maybe they can bring in some black astronauts next. I really like nigger space shuttle pilots and can hardly wait for the day when they have an all black shuttle crew. That's one explosion I don't want to miss.

Very depressing to think about. At least some surly black clerk in a store can't harm you physically, only put you in a bad mood. I hate the idea of black dr's and nurses being forced on us - that's enough to really make you sick!

Coon nurses come here because they get preferential treatment and likely free admission to US nursing schools. I see it all the time. The University of Colorado School of Nursing bumps these people up in line ahead of white American women.

Very depressing to think about. At least some surly black clerk in a store can't harm you physically, only put you in a bad mood. I hate the idea of black dr's and nurses being forced on us - that's enough to really make you sick!
Few black nurses, very very few black doctors. Thank God. Most black doctors are female ob/gyns for some reason. Next in line would be family practice. Surgery is a practice that is rarely swarthy - then usually arabs or Indians.

I have a book, "When there's no doctor" that I ordered from a Peak Oil web site. It's good reading, it makes one just a step above medically helpless.
White Americans are neglecting their civilization, letting it go to rust and rot, and the Jews are happy to outsource the job of maintaining our civilization to incompetent sub-humans.
What has to happen is the development of "informal civilization" among racially aware Whites. Basically we take care of one another on a neighborly, barterly basis, while the civilization at large goes to rack and ruin.
I could see Whites creating "garage hospitals" among themselves, raising the money for equipment and getting a few racially minded doctors and nurses to pitch in with total assurance of no malpractice suits.
Also, care for the elderly fits in naturally with organic farmers. An organic farmer is basically around all day, shuffling about his and her chores, and can keep an eye on the aged Whites people as necessary in the course of their duties.
It's real simple. We don't need kike pseudo-civilization. We are civilization. All we need to do is recognize ourselves as a collective, and create our underground White civilization (think Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged"), and let the formal civilization go to hell.
Sure, there will be violence, expropriation, labor camps, etc. We know that. It won't destroy underground White civilization. Rather, it will make it stronger.
Every one of you that is thinking in terms of reforming Wal Mart, reforming the public school system, reforming ZOG, you are mistaken. It's time to start building an alternative, informal, underground civilization now. Unfortunately, the people capable of doing this are few and far between. We need to consolidate somewhere, in some geographical area where we are all near one another. Until then, it's not going anywhere -- that is, unless there is an economic downturn that wakes up enough people that all of us can find recruits in our areas. This is highly likely, I believe, and I am waiting for this to happen. I am very open to socializing with people in my area, and I don't reveal my ideology. I know that I will be able to bring the lemmings to my side, because I have a stronger force of will than they do.

Kurt Saxon has an excellent article on “quacks” or emergency doctors like the ones used in war time.
I have a book, "When there's no doctor" that I ordered from a Peak Oil web site. It's good reading, it makes one just a step above medically helpless.
Trained nurses are almost as good as practicing doctors. Here is something at least one member of every family should do and is take some EMT classes. I recently purchased an EMT training book and video from the Goodwill for $2.00. I am planning on watching it later. I have read various Red Cross and other first aid books even some from the military.
People did just fine before modern medicine which hasn’t really cured anything in several decades. Modern medicine just treats people with addictive drugs but never cures anything. During a crash the White Nurse will be one of the greatest assets for a racialist community.

There's no way a female nigger has the ability to nurse people. If I am lying on my back injured or one of my family is the last thing in the world I want to see is a black monkey face with frizzy hair leaning over me trying to speak English.
