Probably already here, but I bet they cost millions and are too heavy to carry around. Anything you could carry in your hand right now would have to be held perfectly still or it would be about as harmful to the target as a warm breeze, unless you're just a few feet away. Bad for the eyes, though. I remember reading something years ago about an american pilot being blinded with a laser by the Russians when he was flying somewhere he shouldn't have been.

I'm too old and civic-minded to enjoy the tagging ritual, but can't help fantasizing about a computerized lazer outfit one could use from a car. Imagine a programmable and more powerful version of one of those cheesy laser-light shows you can buy now. Etch a perfect image or slogan of your choosing on an object in a few seconds, and from a safe distance. Juvenile delinquency of tomorrow!

OK for argument's sake let's say you have about 50K to spend on three items for yourself for Christmas. Not including anything related to WN folks, dont get preachy here, lets do this for fun.
