I agree that muds publicly attacking whites, all of the time, would get the agenda moving at a faster rate. Thats why I think its great when the muds riot.

You really have to be more specific with the circumstances. there are numerous different reasons someone could feel motivated to kill someone else. A fight gone bad or anything similar to that I would feel no duty to tell anyone. If this was a guy who raped and killed a non-white child in front of me, that would call for a different response, for example. I would have to judge it mostly on how much of a danger the white killer poses to society.
