This happened ~2 weeks ago, failed to report on it then, but it really deserves a mention. A nominee for the Jewish overreaction award-2012.
So, on the 28th of September, at midnight, a forum-poster on Swedish biggest internet-forum Flashback reported that the synagogue in Malmoe had been "attacked", an "explosion" had been heard, and according to the hysterical poster, it was most likely a serious bomb attack. And as the minutes passed by, sure enough, various Swedish-newssites starting to update on what "is thought to be a bomb-attack against the synagogue." After a half hour or so had past, and the first pictures started arriving, the only thing to be seen was a couple of police car and a Synagogue that was unharmed, apart from a window that had been cracked. Looked like a case of standard teenage mischief, but I turned out the lights for the evening with the feeling that there was going to be some shrieking awaiting on the morrow.
And lo and behold: What faces me when I wake up the next morning was suprising even to a jewpress cynic : ALL the major swedish newssites, with the 3rd biggest Bonnier paper "DN-- Dagens nyheter-- =Daily News", our equivalent to the NyT, leading the pack, was running with this full throttle. The Kristallnacht II that the prophetical Rabbis from the Wiesenthal Centre long had warned about, had finally struck the anti-semite nest Malmoe. The poor jews pleads had as usual fallen to deaf, goyish-cattle, anti-semitic, ears, this time of Swedish extraction.
There has been a lot of debate surrounding Malmoe (Malmö), and it has been reported on earlier here on VNN and given quite some coverage the international media, being our equivalent to a mini-detroit in the making, with a sky-rocketing crime-rate that corresponds to the quality of the new population of foreign occupants now holding this formerly nice, orderly industrial town (that is Swedish 3rd largest) hostage. Still, knowing your beacon-of-light-to-humanity international-press well, you can probably guess the main reason to why a pretty unknown Swedish town is getting all this coverage all of a sudden: yup, "anti-semitism on the rise", and, more specifically, of the muslim-variation. Even so, even that is a pretty laughable contention, given that more than 50% of the reported incidents comes from one single crack-pot Rabbi, who in his full-fledged paranoia is reporting on anybody and everybody who looks at him funny.
(Worthy of note: In reality, there has been not a single recorded act of violence, no beat-ups, no physical harrasment, definitely no murder or anything of the kind, against the ~1000 jews living there(!), this despite the huge muslim-population and the alleged critical situation for the jews. Meanwhile, the native Swedes are getting raped, robbed, beaten up by the invading criminal horde and the media doesn't utter a word.)
The event that really triggered this talk was an incident 3 years ago, following close to the end of the war in Gaza - where, to freshen up your memory, Israel had conducted some white-phosphorization' of children and other gruesome, cowardly warcrimes. The incident related to a tennis Davis-cup match that was to be held between Sweden and Israel in Malmoe, to which there were big demonstrations organized to protest this taking place so close to Israels unlawful aggression, and to this, a group of jews staged a counter-manifestation in support of the Great Jewish state. Quite provocating given what had unfolded, and given that we have thousands of Palestinians on Swedish land- with many of these invaders having just lost family members in the conflict- and a sizeable leftist "Palestine-movement" in Sweden, it caused a stir. The counter-manifestating Israeli-supporting-fith-column-kike' were basically told to take a hike', and that they had no business glorifying their choosenite ethnostate so close to this blatant aggression. Shrieking of horrific anti-semitismt ensued in days followin, but what really lit the fire was when the Mayor (technically councillor) of Malmoe, Estonian heritaged Ilmar Reepalu, said that the counter protesters should stop their crying because they had themselves to blame for acting so provocatively in face of what had taken place.
Or, the semitic narritive:
Anti-Semitism in Sweden is highlighted in the city of Malmo. 2010 saw Muslim immigrants there make up 20% of the city of 290,000 or about 58,000. It is also a city where Jewish Holocaust survivors had been living peacefully. They have been not only harrassing Jews living there but have been going around with loudspeakers blasting "Sieg Heil" and "Hitler, Hitler". They have thrown rocks and bottles at Jews peacefully demonstrating a support of Israel.
In response, the 67 year old Estonian born Mayor, Limar Reepalu, blamed the Jews! He was interviewed with Skanska Dagbladet and appeared on International Holocaust Memorial Day arguing that the Jews were culpable for violence inflicted on themselves. That's right. Blame the victim, not the aggessors. Try to say anything or do anything showing support of Israel and you get belted for it. I can see that these aggressors would never hold up in a decent debate about Israel. Violence is their only way.
This would prove to be quite more than a little step on the semitic toe, because there exist no such thing: once you make a stand like that, however insignificant it may look at face value to a goy, you become the deadly, eternal enemy of the jews. So ever since they have been going after him, three years and counting, trying to get him to resign, with numerous attacks both on him and the city as a whole, and from this stems the anti-semitic hype that surrounds Malmoe to this day, and to which I will return on topic and the "Bomb", and stop the digression.
So, they went full force with the bomb-attack narrative accompanied with opinion-pieces, tv panel-discussions discussing the "crisis" the whole day, although it was since long confirmed that the only damage done was to the window, and that these stemmed from a couple of rocks being thrown at them.

The "big explosion", and "the bomb-attack",now started to go into the Shoah-twilight zone, where something can be both true and untrue, both have happened and not happened, at the same time.
So the jews facing the abyss discourse continued the next day on many fronts, with no silly preoccupation on what actually had happened and continuing on framing it as "the "bomb-attack- one of the many recent attacks against jews in Malmoe".
Later, on the third day, they made an arrest of two 17-18 year old men, and it quickly unrolled that this had in fact been no bomb attack, as suspected all along - just a couple of low-lifes throwing a fire cracker around and throwing rocks on windows. It isn't even clear if they were aware that it was the window of a synagogue they threw their rocks at. They are now on free foot.
The story have now been allowed to fade it's way out of the news down, stealthily, maybe with a sneaky minor correction or update here and there. But as is very often the case: there has been no real closure for the average reader, no real clarification and explanation that it was all hype and a non-story to begin with. So the next time something remotly "anti-semitic" take place, this will be played upon, either covertly as "the recent attack" or simply overtly -because the prole either doesn't know or doesn't care about definitions - "the recent bomb attacks".
Maximisming the anti-semitic threat: how to spin the story? - a Swedish case study.
PS. Searching the story for the last time, I now see that a shitload of jewish news-sources and jew-sects are STILL writing and adding reporting on this "event", calling it a bomb-attack, of course.
For some reason, I find this really fkn HILARIOUS.
Early on Friday morning, an explosive device was detonated outside the Jewish center that houses apartments, a kindergarten and meeting rooms, and bricks were thrown at its windows.
The explosion was apparently heard several blocks away and cracked the bullet-proof main door of the Jewish Community Centre.
Swedish police later arrested two persons in connection with the incident but believes more people were involved. [color="Blue"]Outright lies? From jews? It cannot be.
...
"The authorities need to take urgent action on a national and pan-European basis," Kantor said, adding however that the Mayor of Malmo, whiose comments have been percieved as legitimizing anti-Semitic attacks, [color="blue"]Attacking and denoucing Reepalu as part of the script? Check.« has created an atmosphere where Jews feel threatened without sufficient protection or understanding.
