Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the former chief of the International Monetary Fund whose career foundered in a series of (supposed) sex scandals, is making a comeback in finance — this time, in Russia.

This looks like a bit of a game changer to me for this man.
He had not been following the IMF agenda, was taken down by scandal, and now is having his comeback on the other side.
Interesting.
Cops learned to "extrapolate" from bureaucrats who said they were estimating;except when civilians do this- it's called Lieing.
