We had the final closing arguments in December, the 12th to be exact. The chair Karen Jensen said herself that this is a very contentious issue and has reserved her decision. (Probably went to consult with the various Jewish groups, Leo Adler and Irwin Cotler... but I don't know. She seemed [looked and sounded] very Aryan to me.) Karen Jensen is also the designated chair for at least one other WN I know of hounded by the CHRC, so she and the CHRC do have their hands full with all those frivolous, quasi legal, truth is no defense, lawsuits (Oh!
