Detainees on stabbing in Kosovo released

(Prishtina, DTT-NET.COM)-Two young Ethnic Albanians arrested for stabbing of a young Serb in north of Kosovo were released on parole by an international judge a day after the arrest.
The two juvenile detainees were arrested on Thursday for stabbing of young Serb Milisav Ilincic (19) in divided town of Mitrovica in the north of UN administrated province.
Daily newspaper in Albanian language Koha Ditore wrote that according to attorney of the suspects, the international judge decided to release his clients based on Kosovo’s Criminal Procedure Law.
It also said that both the juveniles will have to report to police every day.
UNMIK has sacked yesterday two Kosovo police officers (an Ethnic Albanian and a Serb) as they were not doing properly their job following the incident.
The bridge which divides the town in two parts is closed for civilians since Tuesday evening because of the attack, in order to avoid further incidents and confrontations.
Since the war ended the north of the town is under Serbian control
