Most Slavic peoples in the North East of Europe look racial the same as the people in Northern Europe. For eg. the slavic people of Poland, Northern Russia, Latvia, the czech Republic.

And most Southern Slavs look more like the Southern Europeans. eg. Bulgarians & Serbians.

The Slavs are our brothers and sisters and I for one look forward to the day that we stand shoulder to shoulder with them in the fight for OUR Aryan race!

As a South Slav, I really didnt see any similarity between myself and the Italians(classic Southern European type) when I was there. Theyre very short, and their skin was much darker than mine, but then again, it was 26 degrees celsius there in October and the sun was strong. Hell, I picked up a bit of a tan there. I also saw some of the biggest jew-like noses I've ever seen in Rome, bigger than what I see in Jew York.

I never like to hear people call the poles or the Slavs. I have many good polish friends who are very Aryan. In Germany I know a few very Aryan looking Germans of Polish background who are also very good loyal Comrades. It's very much the same as western of Europe, in the North we are fair and in the South they are darker as they have often mixed with lower races.

Why a mistake? When I saw many of the yugoslavian muslims on TV they looked like Turks or Greeks.

Yugoslav Muslims don't look at all like Turks. Most of the blonde, more Nordic looking Yugoslavs that I know are Muslim. Ethnically they are Serbian. Those you saw could have been Mujahadeen fighting for the Muslims(most left the nation before the war), or Albanians.

I had friends that volenteered and fought on the side of the Croations in the early 1990's (the Croatian black legion I think it was called) this was at the start of the conflict and they joined and fought to stop the spread of Islam in the Balkans.

A few came back after a few months in total confusion (many were ex.Army, English, Dutch and German) they said there were also loads of French WN out there who had joined the croation side.

I was in two minds wether to go, but I have never been in the armed forces so felt I would be more in the way than anything.

Unfortunately the war was a three-way fratricidal conflict, particularly because there is little to no blood difference between Serbs and Croats, and essentially none at all between the Muslims and Serbs(while not so popular now, in the past many Muslims referred to themselves as Serbs frequently). No side had any real leadership. The Croats had pro-Western politicians, the Serbs had backward Communists posing as nationalists, and the Muslims had a leader that promised them a pluralistic democratic society but secretly dreamed about imposing Islamic law which would have been disasterous.

The Croats in Bosnia only fought with the Muslims in the first few years of the war. The international community recognized the borders of BiH, essentially handing power of the whole country to the Muslim SDA party without regard to cultural bounderies and the more important fact that the country's Muslim majority is in fact only 49% of the total population. Croats later joined sides with the Muslims and now the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina(BiH) is divided into the Muslim-Croat federation and the Republika Srpska.

At the time I felt like I was letting the side down by not joining, but looking back I am glad I never went over as a volunteer, the whole place sounded very mixed up.

I can remember very little about what Comrades who served over their told me, it's over 10 years back now. The main thing i remember hearing from everyone who came back was the situation over there was far from black and white.

I've never heard of a Black Legion during the last war, but there was an Ustasha Black Legion during WW2. I believe it's official name was the 1st Ustasha Regiment. The Independent State of Croatia(NDH) had a normal army called the Domobrane, and the Ustashe party had its own troops and units. The relationship is similar to that of the Royal Italian Army and the MSVN units(blackshirts).

Historical information on this unit can be found in Osprey Men at Arms: Axis Forces in Yugoslavia 1941-45. More specific information can probably be found in For Croatia and Christ, from Axis-Europa books.

No this was in early 1990's, loads of NS volenteered to joined the croatians. The formation was called the Black Legion after the WWII Ustasha Black Legion. A few hundred NS and WN joined and fought!

They had the croatian red and white shield with 3 letter H** above it as their unit badge, and mostly wore black uniforms which most probably brought back with them and some still have I think. I know one guy who still has his jacket with the sleeve badge.

Actually the Muslims of Bosnia tend to be the lighter, more Nordic variety. Many of them also intermarried with Germans during the Austro-Hungarian period. Those Southern European Slavs who are "dark" are not born that way. The climate they live in is entirely different than that of Poland or Russia, so they tan. Those that live in the mountains of Bosnia remain pale complected like most Slavs. The darkness I was referring to was their hair, not their skin.
