The dirty lower-primates in Over-the Rhine will chimp-out like never before on this one! This Over-the-Rhine area is where the 2001 riots took place.

An white supremacist group of self-proclaimed Nazis, whose appearance last October in a Toledo neighborhood sparked rioting in that city, plans an April 20 march through Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine.

Justin Boyer, the Ohio leader of the American National Socialist Workers Party, said in an e-mail press release that he applied for a march permit and was granted one by the city of Cincinnati.

The release said Boyer expects “few of his organization’s uniformed members to attend.”

“I think the fewer the number, the greater the glory,’’ Boyer said in the release, saying the Nazi organization is demanding that police “make the Over-the-Rhine ghetto safe for regular foot traffic by white people.”

The demonstration is being held April 20 which is Adolph Hitler's birthday.

Last October, about two dozen members of the American Nazi Party gathred in a Toledo city park for a march in that northwest Ohio city. A crowd that gathered to protest against the Nazis turned violent, vandalizing cars and stores, setting fire to a neighborhood bar and hurling rocks at police, who were there to protect the marchers.

Toledo Mayor Jack Ford, who blamed the rioting on gang members, declared a state of emergency and set an 8 p.m. curfew.
