"Fat Nick" Municci Beaten by Guards

Nicholas "Fat Nick" Minucci of Howard Beach, Queens, was viciously assaulted by prison guards at the Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill.

Minucci was imprisoned for 15 years after a fight on June 29, 2005, when 3 negroes came into the nieghborhood to steal a car. All three criminals, Glen Moore, Richard Pope, and Richard Wood, have all freely admitted they were only in the predominantly White neighborhood to steal. Based on a biased prosecution, and the use of the word "nigger", Municci was railroaded in a high profile case that attracted the antics of black supremacists and tabloids.

Anthony Ench, a friend of Municci, and the son of a police officer named Frank Agostini were present at the time of the fight. According to the facts outlined in the case, Agostini hit one of the negroes and then Municci came to his aid as he was outnumbered. Much of the prosecution case was considered fabricated and based on Agostini who rolled over on his former comrades.

Fat Nick had already realized that the guards at the prison were already looking for an oppurtunity to harm him. He told his mother during a visit that a guard at the prison hated him and had said, "Oh, so you're the piece of shit from Howard Beach. What do you think you are, a celebrity?"

According to a letter written by Municci, after a visit on September 3, the same guard assaulted him. "He choked me and threw me against the wall. Then he put me in a headlock and I fell to the floor. Then I was calling for another CO [correction officer] to get him off of me, and when they came in they cuffed me and started kicking me in my back legs and neck. When they picked me up off the floor, they picked me up by the middle of the handcuffs."

Mrs. Municci said her son was left with serious injuries. Nicholas wrote that he told the guard he would file a complaint, but the guard said the complaint would never get to the warden's office. Nick's mother has filed several complaints about the abuse on behalf of her son.

Mrs. Municci reported that the guard was cleared of any wrongdoing at a kangaroo court prison hearing last Friday, September 8th. Department of Correctional Services has denied that any assault ever took place. Their version is that Municci's arm was pointed in the direction of the guard and he was forcibly handcuffed. This sounds like the usual bullshit cover up to excuse the routine beating and humiliation of White prisoners.

If by any chance you are ever pegged for charges you did or did not do, no matter how benign, it would be very unwise to play the unjustice system game. They are only out to make an example and leave you to rot in prison in a hell hole.

I agree 100%. I've lived in the NYC area all my life, I have quite a few relatives that live in Queens to this day. Fact is this punk is no hero, just another spoiled mafia wannabe. I can guarantee you that he's no friend to WNs although he may try to join the AB in jail so the nigs don't tear up his fat ass.

I don't know, Fissle, the guy is very young, I don't think it's right to be too harsh with the judgements against him.
