The fact is that the vast majority of lawyers in Germany are ethnic Germans. Indeed only few jews at all lived in Germany from 1945 till 1990. Only since the beginning of the 90's has Germany experienced immigration of ten of thousends of Russian jews. And Mahler has been around for a bit longer.

Again for the slow readers. If Mahler did say something like that ,taking revenge on the white Americans etc, i disagree with him. But i do understand his anger and understand him. Mahler was probably a child back in the years of the bombardment of Germany by the Allies and saw with a childs eye the death and destruction the Allies caused. In that respect he is not different in his thinking from many older Germans of his generation.
