How is it that Amy Sikowski's thread automatically updates itself?

Please note the time in the lower right hand corner of my computer and then note the fact that alkthough it was more than an hour ago that I made my post, the masthead VNNforum page reveals that I made it six minutes ago. I've noticed this, despite the fact that nobody is posting to it, the thread stays up on the front page as if people were. What MOD is responsible for this?
