I started this thread on the Phora a short time ago, and I am curious as to people opinions, here as well. Here it is:
After typing up this post about David Duke:

I became curious about who different people, here, believe may have had the most impact on them and their views personally. Like lots of people, possibly, I too have had certain views to a greater or lesser degree throughout my life, so it is not like I saw someone on television one day or read a book and everything just clicked so to speak, but that does not mean that a particular figure cannot be credited with bringing out your views and puting you on the path you are on now. With me what I had to overcome was the belief that my existing views were morally wrong. For that I credit Pat Buchanan(for VNNers specifically now, I know a lot of you will not like this answer, but for me it is the truth, and this is one of the reasons why I always say he is a good first step) and then David Duke. How about you?
Surely this is a topic that has been done before, but I haven't seen it for a while and it is an important one.(because it may relate to what approaches and styles work for other people as well)
