Disabled Toledo Woman Says She Was Raped on the Street in Daylight & No One Helped

A twenty-six year-old Toledo woman says that she was raped along a street in broad daylight as motoristed passed by, and is upset that no one helped her. She told the Toledo Blade newspaper in an interview published Thursday that she yelled out for help and noticed at least two cars pass by.

Local police did end up arresting a teenage boy who lives nearby.

The woman, who was not identified, said:

"I'm ticked off because people were doing nothing. Just driving by. What kind of humans are we becoming?"

The woman said that after her attacker fled the scene, she asked a pedestrian who was talking on his cell phone if she could use his phone to call for help. She said he kept walking.

According to police, several drivers did see the attack. A couple even called 911, however, the witnesses were not sure if it was a consensual act and were not aware that they were witnessing a rape. One witness reportedly slowed down and beeped, and another turned around to return to the scene and saw someone running away.

Witnesses gave police a description of the suspect, and by interviewing neighbors and school officials, police arrested Anferney Fontenet, a 15-year-old boy at his home where he lives with his mother and sister.

Fontenet was subsequently arraigned in juvenile court on charges of robbery and rape. Prosecutors said on Thursday that they will seek to have him tried as an adult. Police say the boy confessed, but did not offer a motive. He is currently being held in a juvenile detention center, and does not have a criminal record.

The mother of the woman who was attacked told the newspaper that her daughter resides in a group home and has bipolar disorder and Asperger's syndrome.

I don't know the race of the woman raped, they did a segment on this case on Rick Sanchez's show on CNN. The rapist is a 15 year old nigger, they had his face blurred out, but you could tell he was a nigger. They interviewed some cop from Toledo and he said people shouldn't do anything physical to get the nigger to stop, but call the police.
