Microsoft's one-day stock plunge
Microsoft's stock took its biggest one-day fall in more than five years Friday, shaving about $32 billion off the company's market value.
That's enough to buy Starbucks, with plenty left over to treat everyone in China to a tall cafe Americano. Or maybe buy Costco and Getty Images and get back about $2 billion in pocket change.
It's almost as much as the United States spends every three months in Iraq and Afghanistan. The endowment of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the world's largest charity, is a few billion less.
Microsoft's stock closed at $24.15, down $3.10 a share, or 11.4 percent, after the Redmond software company indicated plans Thursday to invest more in its businesses — including a battle for the Internet with Google and Yahoo! — at the expense of higher short-term profits.

Bill Gates isn't gonna miss it. That's the equivalent, of most people with a hole in their pocket, losing their spare change.
The people that lost the money, are the shareholders.
He probobly donated that much in computers, to a bunch of inner-shitty niggers last year. Tax deductible, of course.

You would think that with all the money Bill Gates has he could afford to hire a team of developers that could release an OS that wasn't so damn full of bugs and security exploits.

Bill Gates has a very jew-like mentality. Ever since his "Open Letter to Hobbyists" in the 70's which was published in a scientific magazine. The letter blasted amateur computer coders for using what he called "pirated" or stolen code. Ever since then, Gates has been the leading proponent of closed-source software. Which means, he has 100% control of the software and gets 100% of the profits. Very totalitarian. Ever since the early 90's there had been a wave of open-source software under Linux, which encourages free distribution, and user-customized versions of the OS.
