It's interesting to see how quickly Fox and other organs of the controlled media have shifted their opinion 180 degrees on Mubarak. For 20+ years they went along with the script that this man was a great and valued ally of the United States but now Fox is praising the "democratic revolution" in Egypt that ousted him. First of all, Mubarak was elected by a so called democracy. What does a mob taking to the street have to do with democracy? Was the Iranian revolution also a spontaneous outburst of democratic fervor?
If anything America has stood in the way of democracy wherever it has influence.
What cunts like Megyn Kelly at Fox aren't asking is where did Mubarak get all those billions? I read one story that he is actually worth more than Bill Gates. That's a mind boggling degree of greed and would make him one of the world's biggest thieves.
The obvious and only answer is from the dumb ass American taxpayer.
We live in a country where you pay taxes up the ass so the government can borrow money at interest and give it to corrupt foreign despots.
Funny how Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly never ask why that money goes where it goes and how it is spent because it's ultimately for the benefit and security of one country, Israel.
Even as the Fox pundits join in cheering the Egyptian people they can't resist expressing their concern over what this means for Israel.
It never fails to make me wonder why an average American with all the shit he is facing with the economy, job loss, immigration and moral decline should waste a second worrying about a country like Israel that may as well be on the moon it is so far away.
