Watch the Jew-Media and the NeoCons try to spin this into something twisted.

Off of the campaign trail and back in Washington for this vote, Dr. Ron Paul stood with only one other House member to vote against the latest nanny-state legislation. The bill, H.R. 3791, is summarized as saying it will “Modernize and expand the reporting requirements relating to child pornography, to expand cooperation in combating child pornography, and for other purposes.“

No one is for child pornography unless you’re some sort of mentally sick person. The problem is, nowhere in the Constitution of the United States is the authority given to the Congress or to the President, or even the Courts, to regulate pornography. If pornography is to be regulated, it should be left to the states to decide. There is a huge problem in this country with government philosophy. The role of government is not to tell us what to do, especially on a federal level. If you have differing opinions, then work in your state government to increase the programs, welfare, schools etc. Don’t make me in my state pay for your state’s problems by violating the US Constitution.

The final roll call came in at 409 to 2, the dissenters being Representatives Broun and Paul.
