One of the two two black men arrested in a pellet gun shooting spree that left two white Central Park joggers injured is blaming everyone but himself.

Edward Fall, 20, pointed the finger at two pals at his arraignment Sunday, according to court papers, and claimed they were responsible for the attacks that cops are treating as hate crimes.

But police say he had the air pistol on him when he was arrested on Saturday.

One victim was a 34-year-old man who was shot in Central Park on Aug. 17. The other incident in the park involved a 36-year-old woman jogger, who was shot in the back of the head with a pellet gun the next day and claimed the suspects shouted racial slurs.

Fall was arraigned Sunday on charges of assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held on $200 bail that his attorney said he can’t pay.

But Fall claims he’s being made the scapegoat in those two shootings — and told cops that his friends used a pellet gun to shoot a man, a woman and a dog in a previously unreported incident on Thursday in Hell’s Kitchen.

Fall was busted in Chelsea on Saturday on a charge of marijuana possession — and had on him the pellet gun used in the Central Park attacks and a machete, sources said.

During his interrogation, Fall squealed on his friend, Antwan Ross, 21, who has also been arrested in connection to the shootings.
Fall told cops that Ross pulled the trigger on Thursday, and another friend he called “Hollywood” fired the pistol in both park incidents.

“I was in the park with Antwan, Hollywood and two girls. Hollywood wanted to see my BB gun. I gave it to him and he shot a man with it,” Fall told cops, according to a criminal complaint.

Fall said he took back the pistol, but his trigger-happy friend asked for it again the next day.

“He hid behind a tree and shot a woman,” Fall told cops.

He said Ross shot a man, a woman and a dog with pellets on 12th Ave. at 43rd St. on Thursday.

“I gave Antwan the BB gun because it was his birthday,” said Fall.

“He’s a good shot even when he’s drunk,” Fall added. “I bet him $20 he couldn’t hit the dog.”

Fall told cops he lost the bet.

“Then he shot the girl. She turned around and looked, so the pellet must have hit her leg. Then he shot a man,” Fall told cops, according to court records.

Ross allegedly admitted the attack and said he was drinking to celebrate his birthday. He was also arraigned Sunday afternoon.

“Eddie gave me the BB gun and I shot it twice,” he allegedly told cops, admitting to striking a man and woman in the legs. “I've been hit by a BB gun before but from far away. It hurts. It can cut the skin and bruise you.”

Ross was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

He was released on his own recognizance. Two other suspects are being sought.

The woman he allegedly shot in Central Park, who would only identify herself as Hanna, told the Daily News that three black youths were nearby after the 12:05 a.m. incident.

“My hand went up to my head, and there was blood gushing everywhere,” she said. She said one member of the group yelled, ‘F--- you, you f---ing white bitch.’ ”
