On Wednesday, September 29th a general strike paralyzed the city of Barcelona.

In this opportunity, taking advantage of what the police was occupied with channelling the strikers, two tens of " Marxist antifascists " came plundered the bookshop of the Revisionist Pedro Varela.

Pedro Varela had been, on March 8th of this year 2-year-old condemned person and 9 months of prison by the Court of Barcelona to have, according to the judges, "justified" the Nazi genocide; his books and diverse objects had been seized.

Against this condemnation he deposited an appeal with the high court.
