One thing that ruins femininity is gym exercises (i.e., weight-training, which is popular today). Even the lifting of light weights gives women a somewhat “angular” or “mannish” facial appearance and a “harder” physical look, due to the increased testosterone levels that weight-training (and vigorous sports) produces.
