A Criticism and Two Suggestions for Hezbullah:

You fellows haven’t the “kitchen” technology to reliably spin a rocket using angled thrust from the engine.

Try increasing accuracy by making the fins spin the rocket. First, angle the fins 2-3 degrees. Then, with the rocket on the launcher and immediately prior to ignition, spin the rocket from its center nozzle at a 2-3 Hz rate using a manually-wound, spring-driven gear. During the pre-flight spin the rocket’s body should be supported on the launcher by retractable, ball-bearing wheels.

One other thing: If the fuel block is a 60/40 volume mixture of KN03 and hardened sugar syrup, then consider casting, drilling and threading the nozzles from the higher quality aluminum found in automobiles.
