Slaying heads of state just wasn’t economically practical during feudal times. It was profitable to ransom aristocrats captured in battle. Besides, most wars in Europe were wars without hate (save for ones inspired by Christ-insanity). Lots of petty nobles fighting for small tracts of land. Couple that with innate Aryan values and you have a recipe for civility.
Even in WW1 it was possible for both sides to play a Christmas game of soccer. Soulless savagery stems from telluric, Talmudic, and alien faiths. Hence Cromwell the butcher and the wars between Catholic and Protestant. WW2 being the most religious war in history was no exception. Even Hitler had to act in accordance with the zeitgeist to thrive. “Terror must be broken with terror!”

I noticed Dr. Pierce mentioned George Will in the transcript. Will is a typical right-winger, i.e., a draft-dodging war-monger, self-styled intellectual and closet homo. Will tries to act “manly” by professing a love of baseball. Sorry George, but Ken Burns and Doris Kearns Goodwin are also baseball fans. In other words they, like you, are douchebags.
