If Brown people made countries “better” then Mexico would be a paradise. Instead, it’s a corrupt mess that is run by drug gangs (Mexico has 31 states [e.g., Sonora, Sinaloa, Guerrero] and most of them are run by drug cartels. That means Mexico is “a failed state” which also means that Mexico is a threat to America’s security). Every activity in Mexico revolves around bribes. If you want something done, then you must pay a bribe to some official (e.g., a cop, a building inspector, the mayor, etc.).

By the way, Chagas disease can kill or seriously injure people years after they have been infected.
