“Diver Dan” (1960). If this show were made today, the diver would be Black and the mermaid would be an Asian lesbian. The topics of the episodes would be: racism, racism, sexism, racism, diversity, transgender issues, White privilege, the White Male Patriarchy, and racism. White kids would probably like this show.
