William Gibson is the author of many sci fi novels some of which predicted the internet era.

He coined the term cyberspace before the commercial internet came about in the 90s.

His novels include Neuromancer, Mona Lisa Overdrive and Pattern Recognition. I have not read his books but I would like to check out Neuroma certainly first. If anyone has read his books I would like to hear your thoughts about them.

I haven't read his books though I know they were influential in the SF genre.  I would recommend 'Dark Millennium' by Gerald James McManus, about a dictator arising in the US who gets rid of the nigs.  It used to be available at Amazon by google didn't show the novel.  Had to go to DuckDuckGo just to find it and the author.

@conan-the-warlord I Googled Dark Millennium and it is listed on Amazon but it is out of print and has limited availability. It is described as a mix of Star Trek and The Turner Diaries. I would like to check it out.

@bedford He also wrote 'Lone Wolf Minuteman' This fictional novel shows how a terminally ill American Nationalist billionaire compiles extensive amounts of internet-hacked personal information about hundreds of leftist/socialist/communist elites. These corrupt elites have formed a cabal that controls the hierarchy of the Democrat party. They control the dissemination of fake news to the American people along with the dissemination or withholding of crucial information. They also control the purposefully twisted education of our children. The billionaire recruits, arms and funds four small, well-trained assassination squads. The story follows the bloody exploits of a squad of two Army veterans who are also first cousins as they track down and eliminate the leaders of the cabal.

I just got The Peripheral from the library. This novel was published in 2014. I looked for Neuromancer but it was checked out.
