Based on the information I have received, what happened was, after Gleebe was caught with his hand in the till, and confronted with it and asked to correct his malfeasances, he proceeded to take other illegal measures to consolidate his control, which these people did not respond to in the best way. I call that ousted, though you could say that maybe technically one or some of them were not fired. I think Fred really was fired and you can check in with him on that anyways. But the difference at a director level between being ousted and fired is a thin one and I don't consider my characterizations of what happened a lie. I consider my characterization of what happened a simplified version of what happened, basically, that Gleebe hogged the fucking thing to himself and squeezed out the opposition. Forums like this exist so people can use them as a communications device like a damn telephone or the mails or TV or whatever. I remember when a guy who's not with us here anymore was trying to sell me on VNN having a forum. I was moaning and groaning thinking what will happen, where will that end, etc. I decided, once it was up, just to get involved and start using it to say what I had to say. My friend Alex and some other people encouraged my to be a mod and so I did that. It kind of snowballed. Years later I see lots of good being accomplished here and lots of fighting over trivial stuff too. The thing that dismays me from day to day, both in this forum and in "WN" in general, is the lack of people to get together and really cooperate closely to accomplish specific and attainable objectives. That's why I've really enjoyed watching TAA get up and go. Of course that's had its bumps in the road too. Another thing that dismays me is all the announcements of quitting and so forth. If you get fed up with forum bs just log off for a while or indefinitely. Do us a favor and don't make a grand announcement of departure because a) you may reconsider and b) it's an indirect insult to people who are using the medium to get together and talk about stuff. No need for insults, if you're fed up with the BS just take a break.

The long term objectives that we share will remain, whether we BS about them or not. Time goes by, we're not necessarily gaining any ground towards achieving them however so whatever you do to help save our kind make it count.

Dr. Pierce has been dead for almost 4 years. I don't think all the info about 9/11 we now have was available in the first 10 months. Additionally, Dr. Pierce was dying from cancer. He probably was not that concerned about doing a full blown investigation of 9/11 on his own.
